Purchased an emergency cable for 65 Ford Fairlane. They Sent the wrong cable. They tried to make it right and sent the wrong cable again. The owner said I would just have to make it work.I purchased a used wiper motor from them. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with my wiper motor. I took the wiper motor bracket from my motor and swap it out and put it on their motor during this process. I returned their wiper motor and forgot and left my bracket on it. So when I went to install my original wiper motor back on the car I had no mounting bracket. I tried to get them to send me my Original mounting bracket and they will not do that. They say they cannot find it. I have spent weeks and phone calls to try and get back my mounting bracket because it is an obsolete part that you cannot find anywhere. The owner told me to make it work without the original bracket.I drove an hour and a half away from my hometown to this dump 2 different times. The owner and his wife are con artist that will make you think they know everything imaginable about an old Ford. The establishment looks like Sanford and son with drunks working there. I wish I would’ve never found this place to begin with. And now I have to order all new parts that will actually fit my car for the emergency brake system. I will also have to search the world to try and find a wiper motor mounting bracket. They deserve worse than a one star review!

C&S has done work for me for many years. They are very up to date and informative. I dont believe there there is anything they dont know or cant repair. They are a family owned bussiness and they make you feel like family.

Extremely poor service. Took car here back back in 2014/15 to get an engine rebuilt. They kept the car over a year, and when I got the car back, the engine died within three months. Took the car back to them, they kept the car for another four months (denting the car while it was in their possession and then tried to tell me it was like that when the car was brought in). Ended up having to take the car to another shop to get the engine rebuilt again.I dont normally post reviews, but they have left me no choice. I contacted them through email to get a partial refund due to the poor work preformed (no reply) and then I sent them a certified letter through regular mail (which they rejected). I am still considering pursuing legal action against them.To whoever reads this: do not take your car here, as they will most certainly rip you off.

THEY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR BUT I COULD NOT EVEN POST THIS W/O GIVEN THEM AT LEAST ONE. DO NOT EVERY GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP!!!!! !!!!!!!!THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU AND PRETEND THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND REALLY HAVE NOT. THEN WHEN YOU BEGIN HAVING PROBLEMS NOT LONG AFTER GETTING IT OUT FOR THE SAME PROBLEM IT WENT TO THE SHOP FOR, THEY WILL LOOK AT IT AND TRY TO CONVENIENCE YOU ITS SOMETHING ELSE AND WILL TRY CHARGING YOU MORE MONEY FOR WHAT THEY SUPPOSE TO HAVE FIXED AND TELL YOU SOMETHING ELSE. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY....DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT EVERY EVERY TRUST THIS SHOP YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

All I will say, is that if this business continues down the path that it is currently on they will be opening themselves up to some lawsuits. False paperwork or not. I hope they are happy with how they are running their business because they lost two customers today, whether that means something or not.

Rip offs went back constantly and they just kept messing more and more stuff up even put the wrong size oil filter on and I didnt even tell them to change my oil ended up fixing my car my self
