I always love coming to this dealership to get my cars because of the friendly staff and how they don’t try to add on all of these fees at the very end. I recently bought an Ascent and I just had to put in a glowing review for the sales consultant I worked with. His name was Armell Nick Pappasodikos - he goes by Nick. He’s one of the best I’ve interacted with. He went above and beyond for us. He even delivered the car to our house. He stayed over an hour explaining all of our options when he dropped the car off. He even put balloons on there for my wife because it was her birthday gift. Very friendly. I hope he’s still around when we upgrade our car again in the future. If you want excellent service, ask for Nick from Subaru.

Four years ago when I was first looking to purchase a Subaru, working with Flow was a bitter disappointment that led me to buy from another dealership. Fast forward to the present, and things have completely turned around, and the purchase of my 2021 WRX on Friday was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I have had in the past 15 years.Leon at the dealership is an absolute gem, and his level of communication and professionalism is unrivaled. He understood and took to heart the poor experience we had in the past at Flow, and respected us as serious buyers who would be purchasing that day either from him, or a competitor. Needless to day, we were completely won over, and it is rare to have someone in sales that truly listens to his customers wants and needs.The General Manager (Kelly) was likewise a pleasure to work with and made the process very simple and straight forward. Leon had a detailed understanding of the features of each car we were considering and the benefits (pros and cons) of each option. He was willing to demonstrate to us how each option worked. He gave us the confidence that we had come to the right decision after driving and closely examining each vehicle. He was very efficient and forthcoming during the purchase process including the ins and outs of the loan. Paperwork was a breeze with Leons help. We had been looking for a car for a while and the very day we bought our Subaru Outback wilderness we had been to another dealership in the area and just had to walk away . We came to Flow in Winston and could not have been more pleased . I walked in and was greeted by Leon and could not have been treated any better. I told Leon that I had just left another dealership. Leon was very attentive to what I had to say and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted . I have never met a more knowledgeable car salesman . Every question I had was answered and he went over and above to make sure I knew how to operate everything on my new car. He has text and called to make sure I was well satisfied with my car . He also had me to return to the dealership a few days later to make sure I felt comfortable with all the in’s and outs of operating my car . I have told my friends how awesome and what a great experience I had buying my car . Leon is awesome . He never made me feel pressured or uneasy about my purchase . 10/29/21- Another great visit to Flow Subaru; Kristin and Howard took care of me and I was able to get a loaner car. Made all the diff. Definitely a top-notch Service Crew. I had a huge nail/screw in my tire today... worst time to happen (not that there is ever a good time), but Monday... early morning... rainy....TONS of stuff to do that required my car... you get the picture. So, I headed over to Subaru... and, they handled it. Kristin got me in. 8:30 am on a Monday, which is like, totally slammed-time. But, she figured it out. I was in and out in an hour. In 2018 I leased my Crosstrek through this dealership, and now 3 years later I just purchased an Outback. I had excellent sales experiences each time! Wendy Wood was a wonderful sales consultant - listened carefully so that she completely understood my needs/preferences, researched thoroughly, and was always honest and upfront with me and never pushy. She was also extremely patient, which I really appreciated since I am one who takes a long time to arrive at a final decision. After finding out the car we were interested in had been sold that morning, Sallie made it her mission to find my car - and she did! Most all of our paperwork was done online - no more sitting at the dealership for hours. Life long Subaru owner. Im a Subaru Brand Ambassador, have owned many Subarus, done business with 8 different Subaru dealers throughout the U.S.A.; out of the 8, this was by far the worst. Sales and service included. I bought a new car at another dealership, and will be using them for service as well even though its not convenient. Id rather be treated like a Subaru customer should.

The reviews where customers are saying that they were not satisfied is true by their perspective. However, you cant expect Subaru just to have parts on hand and you should expect to wait for the quality service that Subaru provides! When I compare this Subaru dealership with others within the state, this is by far the best. The price you pay is the five star service you will get! Customers complaining on how long it took for Subaru to order the parts need to learn to have some patience. This Subaru dealership has never done me wrong in anyway!! I would highly suggest this location to anyone looking for excellent customer service, and reasonable pricing.

I was in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek. I had no idea what trim or transmission I wanted. Subaru representative T.C. was super helpful in showing me various trims and letting me get feel for the manual and CVT transmissions. I am usually hesitant to go to car dealers due to high pressure to make a purchase. T.C. and Flow Subaru provided a very relaxed and enjoyable experience where I could explore my options without feeling pressured. They were extremely professional and instantly ready to help. Overall: The ideal business to get major work done. They are through in their inspection, are transparent about all maintenance but wont push services on you, are excitied to have you in, and the quote was close to the final cost but under. Better to under promise and over deliverLong version: My 2010 Forrester was ready for the 100k miles maintenance. Which is a big deal for any vehicle. I got a few quotes from other dealerships and certified independents. Flow was the cheapest, most professional, and best value for the price. John Apple was my service sales rep, Matt Dobbs was the customer service rep, and I dont know the name of the person servicing my vehicle but he did a great job from what I can tell.HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING FLOW.

The service was fine but while my car was there to have work done I had items go missing out of my console while other items in the console had been thrown into my passenger seat. They do not have cameras inside or outside to monitor employees or property on the lot. I was told the car stayed lock while outside. So either it was left unlocked or a employee stole from a customer. Either way its my word against theirs. If I somehow missed placed the item, which is doubtful, I belive to be stolen I will correct my statement.

Lease onsite experience was very good however handling of lease funding was subpar to the point it impacted credit score. Eg we could not pay bill until lease was funded and we received the information packet. We moved out of state and tried to get ahead of issues by sending new address and asking for status updates.When issues arose, frustratingly management stopped responding.In general I would recommend purchasing but not leasing from this dealership. This was a nuanced situation however leasing appears to be a weak point in their knowledge, and poor customer service existed.

We drove to Kennesaw, Georgia to buy our 2021 Subaru Forester because when I called Flow the sales representative was clueless about this car. Their service department is just as bad. They do not tell you they actually charge for a tire rotation and act as if they’re giving it to you for free. When I talked to the advisor about it, he acted like he really did not care. I will not be returning to their facility any time soon!

I’ve had good experiences here and the staff are nice, but they are always SO slow. It took 2 and a half hours for them to change the oil and rotate my tires. They should provide service loaners for everyone here with those kind of wait times. If they could be more efficient, they’d be one of the best service shops around.

My Flow Subaru Experience was 100 % Outstanding from beginning to end. I called on Thursday, April 2, 2020 and made an appointment for Friday, April 4, 202 at 7:30 am. My service consultant, Miranda Thompson, was prompt at 7:30 am and ready to take my car in for service. She was 100 % concerned about my oil & filter change and suggested I have my tires rotated (which I had planned to request but forgot) and I was so thankful for her suggestion. Miranda even asked me if I would like to have my vehicle washed. This was the first oil change for my 2020 Subaru Forester. I came home to wait for my vehicle to be ready and within minutes arriving home I had received a text from Miranda advising if I needed anything else to please let her know and she would take care of my request. I received notification in about 2.5 hours that my vehicle was ready and available for pick up. I went to the dealership, met Miranda, my car was pulled around and vehicle brought around with a spotless car wash. Miranda went over my service and stated my vehicle was in top running condition. I paid for my services and as always had the great sense of trust and satisfaction Flow Subaru is Outstanding for giving to the customers. I would recommend Flow Subaru to all customers and especially recommend Miranda as your service consultant. It feels great to know we have a company like Flow that still puts the customer first. I knew my codes when I brought the car to the service department. Did they want to know them? No. I knew the Subaru Select Monitor was needed to recalibrate 2 systems. These systems put DTCs in the computer because of a low voltage situation. How do I know this? Subaru had a TSB about them since it was such an issue. Need another reason not to trust them? Before I bought the car, I knew Flow had it in their system. Called them, found out what it was, and reset the system somewhat by accident. Since I reset them, my brake light wasnt flashing. Today, I get told the exact same problem with my actuator for the parking brake system. All these systems simply didnt fail at the same time. They have one common denominator, the battery. Need another reason? The multi point inspection is bogus. Had an actual inspection been completed as thoroughly as they make it sound, they would have known that I have 2 puddle lights out and a lower control arm that was bent. I am not a mechanic by trade, but I have enough of an interest in cars to do my research.

Dealerships are supposed to have qualified mechanics. I feel that this dealership has good qualified people. However, getting work done at a dealership is very expensive. If you dont use the dealership, make sure you get your work done at a reliable service shop.

Terrific and friendly service. Everyone you deal with, from Matt and Jason to the mechanics are professional and courteous. Theyre always busy so patience is a good thing to have but theyll take good care of you. They have taken care of everything from major to minor recalls, oil changes and routine maintenance the quality of service has always been top notch with no problems. The Service Department is competent, adaptive, and communicative. I’ve only had one miscommunication in four visits to the service department for major repairs and it was handled politely and efficiently. I didn’t buy my car from Flow Subaru, but considering how well I’ve been treated by the service team, I will certainly buy from them next time.

We purchased our first brand new car and first Subaru here. I expected this to be a harrowing experience but it was the exact opposite. The staff were very nice and hospitable, never once pressuring us and making it feel like a sales environment. Sallie sold us our 2019 Outback and we were happy with the whole process! She was not pushy and helped us find what fit us and our budget. She did not pressure us to get more than we need and even helped with money saving suggestions. They did not have the specifications I wanted but she found my dream car at another dealership and it was there the next morning. She was full of knowledge and knew our car inside and out. Their pricing is based on market rate and they are extremely transparent. I’m very happy with the price we purchased our car and I recommend everyone who is interested in a new Subaru to see Sallie!

Subaru shoppingI had been looking at the 2019 Subaru Forester for sometime and finally stop by a dealer to test and get more information. I sat with Rubin who is very knowledgeable about the Subaru products. Unfortunately when I was ready, at the very end of 2019 model year, to make a purchase they didnt have a Forester Touring on lot or inbound. They were will to search and make a trade within a 200 mile radius to which I said I would wait a bit and see what happens in 2020. Rubin is a very good sales guy with no stress. We did a good test drive and offer the chance to take a Forester home overnight. Flow Ill be back!thx,,

Worst Service! Had an oil change and they didnt do something right so I have a huge puddle of oil in my garage and I had to drive back to the dealership to have them correct it. Scary driving a car with no oil in it!! Then I get a phone call from a woman saying my car has a recall. No it doesnt!!I called another dealership to ask since I was never informed of one through the mail. And lastly, good luck getting someone to answer the phone there. My advice is to go anywhere else.

My wife and I test drove several different new cars from local dealerships and Flow Subaru was the last stop of the day. Honestly, I had already pretty much made up my mind on a different make and model that we had driven earlier, but we decided to go to Flow anyway. Turns out that was the best decision of the day. Out of all the dealerships, David, the salesman at Flow, was the only salesman we encountered that showed us on a test drive what makes a Subaru the best vehicle for the money. He showed us what the car was capable of; how it accelerated, how the all wheel drive glued the car to the road around corners, Subaru’s eyesight technology. If you are thinking about buying a new car do yourself a favor and go to Flow Subaru. Ive always had great service here. The employees are respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. They always confirm what I want done to my vehicle, go over what was done, and ask if I have any questions before I leave.I love that there is a waiting lounge that includes comfortable chairs & a TV, desks if you need to do some work while waiting for your vehicle, high tables with chairs if you want to have a cup of free coffee, soft drink, water and/or a snack.I would definitely refer my family and friends here.

My wife and I were left in a bit of a bind as our only car was totaled right before she was set to leave town for several days, and our rental was set to run out soon. After checking out a ton of cars on all the usual car apps, I found one that I really liked - but it was in Winston-Salem while I was in Durham. Thankfully the folks at Flow were willing to work with me remotely to get most of the paperwork completed before driving the car out to me in Durham. The whole process of signing papers didnt take more than 20 minutes and I was set to drive away in my new car. Couldnt have been easier, and now I have a local dealership with a two-year free service contract. Take that Carvana.

I have used several Flow dealerships to do service and general maintenance, each visit has been as pleasant an experience as it could possibly be. I love having an appointment and knowing how long to expect before my car is ready. For long visits, I will typically get a loaner, but for general maintenance I typically wait in the lounge. The people are nice, the facility is clean and the work is done on time. How much better can it be?

I just had two recalls on my car. Took it here for the fix. Perfect service. They got me a loaner car and even did some extra work replacing the spark plugs for just the cost of the parts since they were in the engine anyway. 10/10 great service, will ABSOLUTELY come here again.

They really have the car buying experience and service down to a science. Most recently we went in to get a used car for our son. They worked with us to get his payments down to something affordable, we were not there for 7 hours like at some other places, everyone is friendly and even gave my dog treats and this Subaru scarf. I had the usual outstanding experience with Flow Subaru Service. I was greeted promptly in a warm and friendly manner by Matt, my service advisor. ; my cars needs were discussed and I was given an estimate of the cost (very reasonable) before the work began. I had planned to wait while the work was done and enjoyed my time in the comfortable lounge area - Ive found it to be a good spot for undisturbed paperwork or reading. Matt updated me on the progress of the work about halfway through the process; he was also able to cover a repair under warranty that I had expected to have to pay for. I paid a (very) few dollars for an upgrade from the standard complimentary car wash and was quite pleased with the job that was done. They had hand-waxed the car on a previous visit for a VERY reasonable charge. I plan to have my car serviced at Flow for as long as I own it. Matt has provided excellent advice on what my car needs on every visit. It is very obvious that Flow Subaru intends for your ownership experience to be nothing but positive in all phases of the process.

Amazing experience. The entire staff was pleasant and more important they were straight forward. Flow Subaru wasnt the only dealer I went to. The first presented numbers that made no sense, they wanted the total loan pay out to be 7k over sticker. Too many car dealership are looking for a sucker as evident in the 7k example. I suppose many dealerships assume people either cant do math or wont take the time. What made Flow Subaru such an amazing experience was being treated as somebody who in fact can do basic math. Their payment details made sense, the price as reasonable, the interest rate fair. I was beyond pleased to not have to haggle and all that other nonsense. Their first offer was what it should have been. I generally loathe car shopping, but for the first time, thanks to Flow Subaru, the experience was actually fine.

I’ve had questions after I’ve driven the car for several days, and they were very prompt and courteous.My wife bought her car from Flow Honda Commons so I was happy that I could purchase my vehicle from Flow Subaru also!I definitely recommend the flow dealership, they are very fair with pricing, and or extremely easy to work with! The rep explains everything, lets me know about how long the appointment will take, approximate cost (if any), and gives me a printout of what was checked, the amount of wear on the tires, etc. They are always happy to help me understand how to use any feature of my Subaru.

The technicians are well trained in various aspects of car situations, take the time to explain a particular service problem, how to correct it, give the price and time required to do the maintenance necessary. Service waiting rooms are well stocked with snacks. In essence, Flow Subaru is top notch!

Went in for my state inspection and 24000 mile service. I was greeted at the service desk by the clerk with a smile and a hand shake. He went thru what the service would entail with great detail. I was given a complimentary car wash and interior wipe down and even tire shine. I was in and out in no time! These guys are top notch!! I would recommend them to everyone! It’s the only place I will ever be purchasing a car!!!

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation 3 weeks in advance for 8:30 am. I arrived a little early, around 8:20 and my car was taken back. The work was not completed until 9:40. What is the need for an appointment if is going to take so long. Subaru is 12 miles from my house in Clemmons, where a local service would have had me in and out in 15 minutes, without an appointment. I will be going to them the next time.
