Wanted to buy a vehicle that they have listed on their website. It was at another one of their dealerships. For them to bring it over for a test drive they want you to buy the car first sight unseen and then they will bring it over for you to test drive. so i asked which location is it at so i can just go there. they wont tell you. Sounds like a huge scam. Wont be buying anything from them ever

I knew when leaving the first two lots that I wanted to buy from someone who was helpful and friendly because previously I had not had that kind of service. Ed Woods is the man! Bought a new focus st from this place at night. Love the car, hate the paint.(2016)Hard to see paint imperfections at night. The next day I did an inspection on paint and found major spiderwebbing on the hood, took it back and they were reluctant to help but decided to take it for the afternoon and “buff” it. Got it back and it was probably worse, I told the salesman I was not happy and he told me that was the best they could do.I left and shall never return.

Wrong price from estimate on phone. Did not help with the bushing like was told on the phone days prior to scheduling appointment, and was given a reference to a person to help with said bushing that does NOT even work on fords. Joke of a dealership, will not go back. Had to be reminded to reset oil life before leaving the bay.

I took the liberty to transfer my service needs to Parkway Ford North at a time when Dylan Crosby changed locations due his professional demeanor, as I found and still find to this day EXCELLENT customer service and customer care. Kyle and his team are very professional, accommodating and have that can do attitude that goes the extra mile for the customer. Each and every interaction with this TEAM is and always has been a positive experience for me. This level of Customer Care is not easily found in retail today, so hats off to the Service Team at Parkway Ford North for a job always well done. Great place. After having such issues at the Asheboro ford we brought our truck here. They check it out for no charge and found the issue to be covered under our warranty and it only cost us $100 to fix. Asheboro kept telling us it was going to cost thousands. Parkway ford now has a customer for life. Great service. Everyone is wearing a mask and is super friendly.

I just bought a 2019 mustang convertible and the rims were scratched Really bad. I took it back and all they did was Spray Paint my rims. I told them that they are wrong for that. The manager came out and was rude and hateful and told the salesman Mike if he talked to me he would be fired. This is Definitely Discrimination and I’m so Dissatisfied with the treatment and the way that they tried to get over on me as a female

We have a camper on an E350 chassis. We had two lights come on and called parkway ford Lexington who said they will call back. They didnt but parkway ford north answered the email we sent went we had the issue happen over the weekend and had us come right in. Don was great and got the issue fixed and us back on the road.

I have been using Parkway North since I bought my car back in 2016. I prefer to stick with the same service advisor since I find it helpful to build a relationship with that person. Dylan Crosby is the advisor I work with now and my experience with him has been top notch. I had some warranty items taken care of recently and he kept me posted on status and got me back in my Explorer as quickly as he could. Kyle is the service manager at this location and he has also been helpful and friendly to deal with. Im very pleased with the level of service I have been provided and I appreciate working with people that will communicate openly and help me get my vehicle back out on the road.

I can’t say enough how well I was treated today at this dealership. They made my experience so easy and made me feel so special. Last car I bought in 2015 was at a buy here pay here due to my credit. Ended up paying over double for what the car was worth. My credit isn’t great still on the poor/fair side but i had worked very hard the last 3 years with my credit accounts and paying on time to get where I am. I went in with no expectations and it was the most easy andPleasant buying experience I have ever had with a dealership. One lender decided not to approve me because once we submitted my current working hours due to COVID. They called and explained the situation directly with the lenders until the had an approval. The whole time time nothing was ever negative. I have been through several buying experiences with my daughters and they say well do u have a co-signer do you have more money. And then u end up in a car that u weren’t even interested in because that’s the one they got u approved for. Terry was above amazing and made my whole day with his great personality! Everyone so was nice! They made sure the car was filled up with gas and recleaned before I arrived back to pick up. And when I pulled in they had my beautiful new Cadillac waiting for me all shiny with a big red bow on it. It just made me feel so special and worth all my hard work to get to this point. It was the extra little things that made it so special and made me feel they really cared about my happiness and not just selling me a car. Thank you guys for everything today!

Kyle and his team are the best! When Kyle transferred from the Peters Creek location, I started taking my Ford vehicles to Parkway Ford North. I have never had a bad experience at Parkway Ford North. Kyle and his service team have always been supportive with any concerns on my Ford. I have three Fords and I take all 3 to Parkway Ford North. Their service is excellent!

Do not take your car there I repeat don’t do it. I took my car there to change a light bulb on my car. A employee told me to sit in the waiting area it shouldn’t be that long.It literally took them about two hours to do that. After about two hours they say sorry it took so long we had to order the part. They charged me $45 just to change my light bulb. Mind you they had me car for 2 hours before I got there my car was working perfectly find no problems no lights on the dashboard no nothing. So after I pay as I’m walking out I see an employee just looking at me (the person that fixed my car in my head I’m thinking it’s nothing) so I’m leaving out the parking going up the hill I’m like something don’t sound right something wrong I think they don’t did something to my car so I make a u turn in the street all of a sudden my car won’t go it keep stopping and going and I’m literally stuck in the middle of the street but finally after 10 minutes I make it back to the dealership and I confronted them about it but they claim they just changed the light bulb so atp my car don’t work at all I can crank it up but it doesn’t move so I lie ave my car on the side of the street the next day I take it to ford in kernersville they tell me I need an entire new transmission that’s 6500. My point is I recommend you not take your car there they tax you more than the other dealerships and they mess up your cars to be honest go elsewhere

The service department deserves more than 5 stars. i have had a minor issue with my 2018 Fiesta and they have gone way above to get the issue resolved. i now know if i need service for my car i can have peace of mind to be taken care of. keep up the great work and thanks again for taking care of me.

Terrible, terrible service. After having a recall letter, I went there to get that solved, they offer extra maintenance where Id have had to pay over $600, I accepted. The next day they called me and recommend a new battery for almost $200 (without mentioned that the vehicle was still on bumper to bumper warranty over 2K when I bought the car) I told them NO. After I picked the car up and drove it for 1 day the car will not crank-up after several tries of on-and-off connection was able to start it, I went to Auto Zone as you could imagine very frustrated, the person there asked me to start it while he watched with the hood open, a small fire came from the positive battery pole, a second assistant came after seeing the same she realized that the problem was that the connection to the positive side was not tight enough she tight it and have NOT had any problems since then and NO NEW battery Needed, the other issue was that the mechanics at Ford didnt use the original screws on the engine protector under the vehicle and while driving a side falls parts of it broke and flew while I was watching from the rear mirror (as what the heck was that), had to go to Ford for the second time and had to ask them to use the right screws to secure that protector again. My recommendation is to stay away far far away from the maintenance/service department, everybody that I talk to know that you just dont go to the Dealers maintenance department, just go to a regular mechanic they are cheaper and better service, I just thought I would give them a try, learned my lesson the hard way, could have lost the whole vehicle if a fire went to the engine or if I went back to Ford they would have told me that that is why they recommend a new battery. had to say that the guy who sold the vehicle was nice.

On Thursday July 11,2019 I brought my car to ford service center (as instructed) they said it was “unsafe” to leave with and they would have a diagnosis on July 12,2019 . I did not receive a diagnosis until July 15th because the person over my car wasn’t working that weekend. Prior to my call on that Saturday trying to get an update which is when I was informed that I wouldn’t know anything until Monday .. When originally I was suppose to know the next day. Monday came and I finally got a diagnosis - but that didn’t help any because the workers at ford continued to move slow about everything. I left a copy of my warranty for them to call so they could file a claim and my car could be worked on. Of course the person over my car at ford was calling the wrong company for 2 days. Nothing moved forward until I called the warranty company and did what ford company could not. Now making it a week without my car. On Friday July 19, they said my car WOULD DEFINITELY be done by NO LATER than Monday . It is now July 22nd and my car has yet to be returned to me. They have “no” loaner cars and my car is still not ready. So it has been now a week and a half with no car, no loan car and the only way i find anything out about my car is by calling. They act as if they cannot communicate when things on their end don’t go as planned. I know moving forward I will not take my car to ford !

Never in a million years I though this was possible. I have been through really tough times and Humberto at Parkway Ford was like an angel. the service was fast, easy and very friendly. Made a 8:00 AM appointment to have my Sync system checked out. Told them I needed the car back by 2:00. Figured 6 hours was plenty of time to run a diagnostic on it. Showed back up at 2:00 and they had not touched the car. Service guys seemed like they could have cared less if I had taken the time to bring the car in for service. They seemed surprised I would even dare ask for my car before 5:30. Not sure what was the point of making an appointment. Maybe I should drop it off and give them a couple weeks to get to it when the time is good for them. Customer Service does not exist anymore!

Wonderful People! They are all nice, polite, and very welcoming! They have freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and fresh coffee which makes the experience even better! They work as fast as they can, but the wait time is never too long. The cookies kept me occupied and the tv they have plays different channels every few minutes so you can watch the weather, Family Feud, and the Food network. I always go to Parkway Ford on University because they have the greatest customer service and my best interest at heart!

Really want to thank Kyle Voyt, service manager at Parkway Ford North for helping me resolve a problem with my 2019 Ranger. After starting out with the other in town Ford dealership service department it was refreshing to have someone who would not only listen to my concerns but actually believe I had an problem. I also took my Ranger into another local Ford dealership. When the technician said, these Rangers are really nice! This is the first one Ive ever seen!, I knew I was still in trouble. Kyle researched and found every TSB Ford had available but none solved the problem. I finally decided to throw parts at the problem myself with Kyles support. He went over and above by driving my truck home to experience the issue himself prior to doing the work and again afterwards to confirm the resolution. After they effectively fixed my Ranger he went to bat for me with Ford CS and got the repairs covered under warranty. So after 8 trips to various dealerships the Ranger I was ready to dump is a vehicle I love to drive! Knowing all the grief Id been through he even had my Ranger detailed before I picked it up!Needless to say, Im very pleased with Kyle and his crew at Parkway Ford North. Would highly recommend them for your service needs. Its great to see that great customer service still lives! Thanks Kyle!

I purchased a new truck from Parkway Ford. A recall was issued for the truck and I called to schedule an appointment at the North location to have it taken care of as it is closer to me. I also had a check engine light that turned out to just be low DEF fluid which cleared after refilling it. I kept the appointment though to get the recall completed. When I made the appointment they pulled up my information to include the model of the truck coming in for service (I purchased the truck from them around 1 month ago). I showed up on time at 10:00 am and reviewed with Kyle (Later told he is the service dept. Manager) what the truck was there for and was told the recall should take around 4 hours to complete. At around 4:00 PM I had not heard from them and did not want to leave the truck overnight as I needed it the next morning. So I called to check on the status. I was told the tech was out test driving another vehicle and they would call me back when he returned which they did a short time later. So at roughly 5:00 PM I get the call to tell me nothing has been done to my truck because they dont have the parts to do the recall and wont be able to get them for at least two days. Naturally I was a bit frustrated that they had kept my truck all day without informing me they didnt even have the parts to complete the recall. I went to pick up my truck and had a few questions. Why would you schedule service for a known recall without the parts to complete said recall. Why when you realized you didnt have the parts would you not call me. The responses I got from Kyle (Manager?) were we had to wait on the deisel tech to come in. And that the scheduler just makes the appointments and doesnt know what type of vehicle....blah...blah. I was no longer frustrated...I was angry. The scheduler verified my vehicle information to me when scheduling. The recall is standard so the parts are known. If you know you have a diesel coming in for an appointment why would you not have a diesel tech there at the scheduled time or at least have scheduled the appointment when you know the diesel tech would be available? Kyle did apologize for not calling me but the rest is unacceptable. When you drop as much as we do on these new trucks you have some expectations for back end support. My purchasing experience with Parkway Ford was exceptional. I however will now be searching for another service department to deal with and Parkway has lost me as a customer in the future. If this is the post purchase service I can expect my next vehicle purchase (soon as the wife wants a new one) will be elsewhere.

The workers here are nice and polite, but I have had to have my car serviced a few times and the wait is normally longer than expected. Which would be fine if they are forthcoming about it and let you know. Examples below.One time I dropped off my car to get the headlight changed. They told me it would be a couple of hours so I dropped it off at my appointment at 10 AM and got picked up by my sister in law. I was staying at her workplace so she could bring me back to parkway when my car was fixed and they told me theyd call. Around 2 or 3 PM I called to find out about the progress. The man with whom I spoke told me he had called me an hour and a half before to tell me it was already done, and he then rattled off my number. Not true since I never received a call at all; even a missed call would show up. He was VERY adamant that he called me and left a voicemail. TOO adamant. Surprisingly, no voicemail on my cell.Today Im waiting here for a state inspection and an oil change. My appointment was at 9:30 but I called at 9 to change it to 10 because I was running behind. The man with whom I spoke said theyll fit me in and find the time since Ill be waiting for my car. I dont have another car I can drive nor someone to pick me up. They told me it will probably be around noon before it is done, and even offered to bring me to the movie theater. Sweet, right? I went and watched Star Wars expecting my car to be done. The driver Bob couldnt pick me up till 45 min after my movie ended, which was fine. I figured my car will for sure be done by then. So around 2 PM I got back to the service area. They couldnt figure out where my car was. After a few minutes of looking for it, they realized they hadnt worked on it yet. (And at this point I was already very frustrated.)There are cars I havent finished working on since yesterday, one of the guys told me, as if that should explain why they hadnt worked on my car. He seemed to be in charge. If you want, I can have someone work on it now. He asked me this as if I had a real choice.The owners of said cars he hadnt finished working on arent waiting on their cars like I am, so I felt they could have found the one hour to do my cars inspection since I did have an appointment for it and obviously all they needed to do is DO it.I have lost my whole day just waiting, on both these scenarios. If you can drop off your car and have time to wait, like I said, the folks here are nice. Bob the driver was great. However, if you want transparency and need your car serviced on time, this may not be the right place to get it serviced.EDIT5 minutes after writing my review they finished my car. They waived my fee and told me Merry Christmas; also that they apologize for the delay. See, I told you they were nice. But these scenarios shouldnt have happened in the first place :)

Not a good first impression, went in for a simple oil and filter change and I added a tire rotation and balance. Which I did pay extra for with no issues. Car came back with only passenger side rotated driver side in same location, tech forgot to mark tire locations before removing for balancing. Took almost 2 hrs for service and showed up 15 min early for my apt.Explained issue to service advisor he had the car brought in a 2nd time and had tires put in right locations.Service advisor did full refund back which I was appreciated of it was not his fault he was great. But today I go out to my car and notice oil all over inside on the driver side pillar from when the tech put on the oil change sticker (that already fell off).Not a good experience at all

Had some issues with my 01 F250 and took it to the service department of Parkway North. The shop foreman talked to me in the parking lot and assisted the writer for the issues I described. Within 45 minutes or so Kyle the service manger had my truck out front ready to go........WOW. Where else in the Triad can you get this kind of service? Way to go North store!!

I recently purchased a 2016 GT350 back in February. (not at this dealership) I scheduled its first oil change on a Saturday first thing when they opened at 7:30. I was there right on time and was told the service would take approximately 45 minutes to and hour, (which was to be expected) and was told the price would be $99.99. An hour passes and its still not done. I went to my service rep and ask if it was close to being done and he said no. I said ok well Im going to walk around here is my number give me a call if Im not in the lounge. I walk around only to hear the technicians revving my car in the shop. I went back in 30 minutes later only to find its shockingly still not done. I was approached in the lounge 45 minutes after and was told it was done. Not only did my oil change take 2 hours and 15 minutes but my oil change was now $180.00. I asked the lady at the desk if she knew why and she couldnt answer the question and asked if i wanted to speak to the service rep. She went to find him and couldnt so i paid and left. was sent a survey and well i left comments about my experience and asked if the manager could reimburse me or not? I was never contacted and have only had issues every time when i bring my car in. Would not recommend

Worst experience I ever had! The service department is the worst I have ever seen at a dealership. I have had my car there, this will be the forth time to fix a recall. The third visit- they were to fix a door latch recall- the springs break in the door and the door can just pop open going down the road and they were to fix a fuel tank recall. After an hours diagnosis they come to me and tell me they need more diag. time for the fuel tank- diag. time-- ITS A RECALL! So they tell me to reschedule for another day- I leave, get home and go out to the store- come back out-- my door just opens and will not close back----- they did not even fix the safety recall. I had to have the car towed to Winebarger in Elkin where they did the door lock recall- I asked while Im here can you fix the tank recall-- they pull my vin and guess what- Parkway listed it as FIXED and Winebarger can not do anything- youll have to go back to Parkway. I call Friday, and was told to have it there Monday morning. I get there and they say - oh youll have to leave it. So, I get a ride home- call this evening thinking they should know something and I hear this- Weve not pulled your car in yet! REALLY! REALLY!!

What a embarrassment of a service department. I took my Ford Ranger here because I was driving down the road and it started to misfire. First, it took them 3 days to even look at it. I had an appointment for the previous day and it wasnt even touched. When I went to check on the ranger, the service guy said oh I drove it across the parking lot and it drove fine. Are you kidding?? Do you not want my business? What did you drive it at? maybe 5 mph? ridiculous. second, after waiting 3 days they tell me no compression in cylinder 5. We need to replace your engine. Hearing that was devastating news. I had my car towed only for them to come ask me if they could interest me in another vehicle while I wait for my tow. seriously? I take my truck to get a second opinion. Turns out it was the water pump being bad. Replaced the pump, replace plugs and wires and it runs perfect. They wanted to replace the entire engine over a water pump and some plugs and wires. Did they even look at my truck? Im thinking they probably didnt. Absolutely an embarrassment to the word customer service and from a customer who loves his Ford Ranger, you all should be ashamed of how you treat people bringing their business to you. Shame on you. I would never recommend them for anything. Go elsewhere

First of all, do not believe that the reviews are their website are fully representative of their company, I just tried to leave one on there and received a message that it would be approved and added soon, so they are clearly screening the reviews there, I have attached a screen shot of this.We bought a 2013 Explorer in September of 2016 and the purchase went well however any dealings we have had with the service department since have been absolutely awful. When we first purchased the vehicle, it was in need of a detailing, which we had included in the purchase agreement and then brought it back a couple days later to have done, after getting it back the extent of the detailing appeared to be about as mush as a 5 minute touchless carwash, not a true detailing, but we just bit our tongues and went on because we really werent in a good position to be down to just one car for another day. The next thing that came up was a rattling from the roof, which turned out to be a small piece that needed to replaced, to the tune of 4 hours waiting for a few minutes of work. Next was the fuel door, which the latch broke on, my wife took it in for them to look at, which was another 4 hour wait, after which they said they would need to order the part and would contact us to set up when to bring it back. When the new appointment came, my wife took it in and waited a few more hours for them to come back to her and say that the part would need to be ordered and the vehicle brought back in, to which she responded that that is what she was told when she brought in before and that the part was already supposed to have been ordered and to be installed that day, well they dropped the ball and there was no part and we had to have a third appointment set up to finally get it fixed, at which point we had decided we would no longer be waiting there indefinitely and started bringing the vehicle the night before. The next issue was the most pleasant experience but still bad (this time at the University location rather than Peters Creek) the sunroof stuck open one day and again we set up an appointment and my wife took it in on a Friday and waited an hour, was called to the desk and told they had to order a part and would keep it and fix it on Monday and gave her a rental, well Monday came and it wasnt done, then Tuesday came and throughout most of the day it still wasnt done then finally toward the end of the day we got word that it could be picked up. Now we are on our next experience, which is fixing an emissions recall and terrain management system malfunction, my wife called earlier in the week and said she wanted the first appointment of the day and could do either today or tomorrow, they set her up with an 8am appointment today and she again told them we would drop it off the night before. I called at 10:59 this morning to double check that it was being worked on and to ask that they check on an occasional leak issue we have found and was told they would add the note to check that but that the service advisor would have to call me to update on the status of the work in general. At 12;19 I get a call back from the service advisor and the vehicle still has not even been brought in the shop, much less any of the work started, I reiterate that we had an 8am appointment and that my wife has specifically asked for the first appointment of the day, to which he replies that they had some 7 and 7:15 and 7:30 and some other 8am appointments and had a tech not show up and just hadnt been able to work it in yet, how is that the case when we were supposed to have had the first appointment of the day? He is also very wishy washy about it getting done today during our discussion. This is really getting ridiculous and we will be leaving negative reviews everywhere we can find.

This store has the worst parts dept with the most inexperienced and rude people Ive ever met. I understand catching someone on a bad day but every time you call its been like this over the last three to four months! Ever since Danny has left, this parts dept has fell apart. I purchase parts from this store two to three times a week for my company. I have been dealing with parkway ford all my life. They have had great parts guys (Harry, John G, Phil, Danny to name a few) but now they have lost my business forever. I will be ordering all of my parts online now.

I had a good experience and was very happy with my service with Parkway Ford,but with Ford deciding to put Immigrants wishes over their Customers safety and go against their President that is trying to keep them safe, I will not do business with them any longer and hope others will do the same. Very bad place to have anything do at. I took my car to get it worked at because of a recall it had and suddenly all this other problems occur after they worked on it and they did nothing about it. They wanted me to pay out of pocket to get it checked out. Service representative was very unprofessional and didn’t care to provide us with any type of good customer service.

Always slow in service department. They hate doing oil changes. Tried to schedule one they told me it would be 3 days. Wow what a joke. Always try to sell you overpriced air filters windshield wipers and anything else they can con a poor soul out of. Parts department doesnt want your business either they dont have any one at the counter they hide around the corner and act like they dont see you. Pitiful representatives for Ford Motor Company. Only thing they ever had going for them were the nice ladies at the cashiers desk. Will drive further to find somebody who would like to service my Four Fords.

I got a quote from the service department to replace the back up camera for my wife’s vehicle and they quoted me $900. I researched what all is involved when replacing the camera, and I bought an OEM camera brand new for $65 and replaced it in less than 10 minutes by removing 6 small nuts and unplugging the old camera and plugging in the new one, that’s it.The quote was a robbery and I would have lost hard work money if I used this dealership for my vehicle’s repair. I do not think they have the best interest in mind to care for their customers. Needless to say I have used them for other repairs and was not very satisfied.Hope this helps anyone when choosing to do business at this location. Thanks !

It wasnt necessarily a terrible experience, their prices are just higher than everywhere else. Their prices are anywhere from $1,000-$3,000 higher than Crossroads or Green. They try to hold gross on all their vehicles and I know they are in business to make money, but if you need to keep some money in your own pocket and out of theirs, go to another dealership. We bought two vehicles from Crossroads after shopping at Parkway Ford. The Girl in the call center, Laci, was rude to begin with so that should have been our first red flag. But we live in Winston so we wanted to keep our business local. We ended up getting an Explorer and an F-150 and saved a total of $3400. If you want a better deal, go to Crossroads. It is a 10 minute drive from Parkway. Very bad experience with the sales people. Have been chatting with them by phone during the day, promised me I could get what I wanted within my budget, but once I walked into the dealership, nothing they had was even close to my budget. Hugely disappointed by their behavior, felt betrayed.They promised me to contact me later on, I might change my rating in a few days, but for now, it is too bad I cannot give zero stars.
