I bought a Saturn Outlook on Feb 25 2021 and the timing chain went bad before I had the truck 2 months!! It cost $2000 to fix and they won’t budget to help with the repairs. All they offered was to knock $1400 off my balance, that is not helping with getting my repairs done!! Stay away from here

Please beware of this place. DO NOT buy a car from here. They do not sell good cars. I purchased a car at the end of July. Two weeks after I had it, oil was completely out of the car. Car was burning oil. That lasted for several weeks, until finally the car cut off on me one day in the middle of the road mid September. Motor blown. Cruz refused to pay to fix it, said would only pay half, and then I must pay the other half up front. Refused to add the half of repair price to loan I still owed on the car. Then he had said I could get another inexpensive car, but would have to pay the tax and titles for the new car. He had a car, but then didnt hold it for me, he sold it, and now is saying that deal is off the table, that deal was only for that one particular car. He refuses to give my money back, which was a down payment, and I had made one payment on the loan. He did not try to help me at all, meet me half way with anything. That car should have never been sitting on his lot for sale in the first place. He knew something was wrong with that car before he put it on his lot to sell. He is not an honest person, and only wants to get money out of people. And then he threatened me with putting a repossession order on me, even though I dont have the car anymore. The car is sitting at his lot. I was very hurt by all of this, because I put my trust in someone who could care less about people.

BEWARE! Dont buy here!. BEWARE! Cars come with an 3 month warranty! Thats what they will tell you. To make you feel comfortable with the purchase cause if something happen I got a 3mon. Warranty....NO!BEWARE! CARS ARE POSTED ON HERE AND LETGO! THEY have Tracking systems in all the cars. It will break down on you! Mines and the loaner cars I had while my car was being fixed. Not by the warranty company cause the dealer said they would give him trouble. The loaner vehicles they shut off or smoked from under the hood. I purchased on 9/7 I got it back on 10/9. With Tracking Device still connected on a fully paid vehicle.

Never again will I buy a car from here, the day after I bought the car it rained and the whole car flooded, we contacted the owner and he said to leave it with them to fix it, they kept the car for a week and didnt do anything to it.The car floods everytime it rains,the week after I bought the car it started not wanting to turn on, the passenger door does not open, the engine light turned on. He later told me that if I wanted it fixed to leave it there again, I recently contacted him and he denies ever knowing that the car had problems.I The owner is rude and everyone that works there are rude and unhelpful. Since i bought that car its in a mechanic shop every week, spending $300 or more everytime I take it. I was told that the engine is so old and messed up that it needs the whole engine changed, I contacted him again and he denied knowing about the problems the car had, he insulted me, and basicly called me a lier. He insisted that the car was fine and that the real problem is how I drive it.

This place is horrible I would never buy from them again.They will tell you anything to get your money.The cars are no good and they are not honest people. I have been waiting to get my car fixed for over a month thats covered under my warranty and they keep giving me run around so definitely take your money else where.Reading other reviews well let me tell you this place havent changed at all dont listen to the owner response they ignore your calls and texts are send you to places that dont know what youre talking about.......Very bad experience

Do not buy a car here. The cars are trash and dont to get then to fix it, they wont. Ive know multiple people that has done business with him and his wife. Someone a car and the hood flew open on them on the highway 3 days after they bought the car. The owner told her she wasnt getting the car fixed or giving her her money back. He claimed one of her 8 and 9 year old grandsons messed under the hood and popped it open. When the woman went to complain about it, all the owner did was insult her and made her seem as if she was lying. Everyone I know got a car from there didnt last a full month. Take him to court, he wont show up. Like I said DONT BUY FROM HERE.

I am really really aggravated with this place. I would never buy a car from here. First off, I made a scheduled appointment to test drive a car, when I got there, no one was there so I called him and he said he had just left and had a wedding to go too! And he couldnt come back. So the first time I was very understanding and scheduled another appointment for the following Wednesday. I texted him right before I was leaving to make sure he was going to be there. He told me he would be there at 11. That he hadnt forgotten about me. I was there by 10:55, we waited till 11:30. Never showed Up. The car I was interested in wasnt even at the auto sales, when I asked him where it was he said he was driving it! This car already had 171k miles on it.If he really wanted to sale cars he would have. Thought he was a really nice guy, sounded like it over the phone. But I dont like being stood up.

Seen an ad on facebook for a van. things started out good but when it came to getting help on the down payment the person i contacted was rude and obnoxious. saying that maybe i should learn how to speak to people. Or that i should be nice to people even after he got a smartass attitude saying that realistically he needs $1500 down on a $3000 vehicle. First of all, go screw yourself. If i had that kind of money i wouldnt have contacted your sorry ass anyway. By the look of the cars you have ads for youre asking wayyy too much in the first place. DO NOT buy from this place. They say they rehired all their management but it only made it worse. They dont know a damn thing about customer interactions and they have no idea how to help people.
