The whole staff there was great, they helped me pick out a wild pair of glasses, highly reccomend that place

Absolutely stunning service! Everyone in the office was so nice and so helpful. Very friendly personal service walking you through every part of the eye exam and insurance with ease. They had even taken the liberty of setting up an appointment to look at glasses next door without even asking me. It hasnt even been a week and my glasses are ready. They even shipped them to my house overnight so I wouldnt have to go back to the store. The store also practices safe Covid-19 restrictions.

I made my appointment for eye exam and everything on the phone. Put in my insurance info said they accepted. Got there to find the Optometrist next door where they made my appointment does not accept my insurance. So I missed time from work and still have to wait to make appointment somewhere else. And have to wait even longer to get my much needed glasses. So much wasted time and now I still dont have any glasses. I wouldnt recommend....

Wors’t costumer service I when to buy a pair of glasses my insured covered me up to $200 and this old lady make feel like i can not paid for extra more money I ask her to show me a good pairs of metal glases and she start writing down numbers and told me that i can get this for $69 wich is the plastic one I felt like she was discriminated against because I was spanish she even ask me were I work what that has to do with buying a good pair of glases?so i grab my paper and told her you think I can’t paid for a good pair of glasses and told her i was going to another store that can treat me better and no never coming back to a store where i cannot be treated well...

I DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK!! GUESS SOME PEOPLE DONT MATTER!! Never acknowledged me. I walked around the store several times. I walked in planning to purchase another pair of glasses. There were 3 workers only 1 had a customer. No one else in the store. When I first came in 1 person was finishing up with a customer and they were done shortly after. Harping over how hard that transaction was. Now at this point I was about to leave I walked to the counter and asked a question. The 2 workers with NO customers still didnt try to either act as if I even existed or attempt to show me anything else they just answered the question with their heads kinda down and proceeded to do what they were doing. After that exchange I just felt the need to just leave and take my business elsewhere.

My family and I always shop around for glasses for the best prices every year. We consistently find ourselves right back at Visionworks. This year, my daughter wanted new glasses as well as it being my son’s first time getting glasses. It can be daunting trying to get glasses that make kids happy enough to wear them with a reasonable price tag. Debbie at Visionworks on Silas Creek (store #328) knew exactly what I was dealing with. She made sure my kids saw all of their options and made sure I received the best price for two pair of glasses. She was efficient and very knowledgeable with a mind for practicality. I felt like a friend was helping us not an unknown random salesperson. I am very happy with the selection and service.

Wonderful staff and great selection of frames! Karen helped me find the perfect frames and explained all of my various options to make sure I got the right frames and lenses to suit my needs. I also appreciated Rob and Jonathan for helping me get acclimated to the progressive lenses when I came in to pick up my new glasses. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. I had accidently stepped on my glasses and broke them. This is not a pair of glasses that I had bought at Vision works but I figured I would see if they would still be able to fix them. I had purchased a pair of glasses at Vision works but it was a number of years ago. I was very promptly greeted by Sam upon entering the store. I showed her my broken glasses and she said she thought they could be fixed. She gave me the option of waiting 15 to 20 minutes or coming back in to pick them up. I left and came back a few hours later. She had my glasses put back together and again greeted me promptly. My glasses still needed some minor adjustment which she worked on and then Jeff finished up. Both were very friendly and pleasant. Once they finished my glasses I asked what I owed them and they said it was free, they do not charge for adjustments. So very impressed with this place. It is so rare to find anyone in the customer service industry who is friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable but this place has two people who are such. I will be buying my next pair of glasses here. Very impressed

The absolute worse place to go! Lens Crafters has been the best place since having to deal with my Son needing glasses.Only came to this hole in the wall as a last resort.

I have been buying glasses every 6 months to a year for the last 13 years for my daughter. I have bought eye glasses in a variety of locations. We decided to try Visionworks on Silas Creek because of their Buy one, get one at no extra cost sale, Again, I have purchased many pairs of glasses over the last 13 years. I once bought graded pair of bifocals for her for $350.Frames she chose were $169.00 The other pair were $139.00. There is supposed to e no extra cost for the second pair. Yes, I know the lenses contribute to the cost and drive it up. As I said, I have done this many times before.Two pair of glasses in this Buy one, get one for no additional cost - $638.00One pair of glasses WITH a 40% off coupon - $382.00Its a sales technique. They figure you wont walk out on the sale after spending an hour in the store picking out glasses. I dont like hidden fees are disreputable advertising.The sales clerk said: This is what glasses costNo, it isnt.I went down the street and bought a really nice pair of glasses for our daughter. $119.00. Lenses and frames guaranteed for 2 years. I also added Transition Lenses to them.

Very easy to make an appointment, was in and out and had my glasses within a few hours. The technician did a fantastic job. I forgot his name, but he told me he had been with the company for over 20 years. Thats dedication and it shows. This is my go to spot for anything eye related.

Everything was ok except for one of the most important things,the fitting.When I picked up my new glasses I had to ask to have the ear pieces adjusted, the woman seemed annoyed and did a poor job so my new glasses feel like they are falling off all the time. Not going back.

The one positive is they will file insurance. Other than that, the staff was unprofessional. They messed up my lenses the first shot took glasses back they told me they would call when fixed.... a week later i called low and behold they were ready and no one bothered to call me. I think there will NOT be a next time for me. Had better service at Costco... even with the hassle of filing my own insurance.

Zoi was a great help in finding my glasses and explained everything wonderfully.

I walk in to get glasses and first wasnt greeted. A Few mins later one associate said do u guys kno what u want we responded not sure she said well okay I need to run things to the back.. Once coming out of the back the lady never approached us again instead her and her associate spent two minutes debating who was going to help us.. while we listed to them go back and forth. I was then approached by a person who obviously did not want to help me so I made it easy for her and took my business elsewhere..

The staff was friendly. The service was dreadfully slow. I waited over an hour the day i choose and purchased glasses, two people were in front of me.On the day I picked up my glasses I waited 30 minutes. Again two people were in front of me. One had just started the process of ordering glasses. The other finished in 30 minutes. It is a shame they don’t employee enough people to handle their customers in a timely matter.My glasses were only $50 cheaper than ordering from my Ophthalmologist‘s office, using my insurance at both places.

Great & experienced staff but beware the Buy One Pair Get 1 Free pair promotion. There really is no free pair of glasses. They press you into a 2nd pair and tell you its free but after the fact when you can see your itemized bill its clearly been charged for. Beware the the 2nd pair for 50% off too -- my friend ran into the same issue on her bill where her 2nd pair was only 33% off instead of 50%. Youre better off to purchase 1 pair of glasses and not get caught in the trap.
