Just left from there and I know the lady that took my order is Aaliyah but didnt get the guy that fixed the food name. But both of them are very kind and great with suggestions and had me laughing. You love to see that people still can create fun and amazing moments during these rough times so please recognize those to for keeping me smiling. I didnt have enough to tip but I will definitely next time‼️🙏🏽

The ice cream was five stars. We got the brownie fudge Sunday and it was one of the best ever had. The ice cream was sweet and delicious and the brownie was the perfect balance between fluffy and deliciously dense. I would recommend to anyone.The reason its only five stars was the lack of effort in customer service. I can overlook a few things, but I cant give five stars when they like up too much. First, the bathroom was out of handsoap completely, which is a major problem right before you eat. Second, a sign on the building said they close at 9 but they told us it closes at 8. We got there just before 8 and they told us we could not stay to eat out dessert but had to take a hot brownie with ice cream on top to go. It was very melted by the time we found a place to eat it and took away from the experience.Again, fantastic ice cream and Ill probably go back again. I recommend this place, but be aware that the customer service isnt the best.

They did not have most of what is on the menu and when we tried to order and they told us they didnt have what we wanted. We said to give us another minute and the 3 young workers behind the counter began to run their mouth about my family. Very disrespectful and not great service

Ate here three time in three weeks (for lunch). The food is great and consistent. It always comes out fresh, hot, and tasty. Awesome value for the money - which can be hard in a downtown setting. Give this place a try! It’s my new “go to” place for lunch.

Im not exactly sure what the management of this restaurant has against the transient community. When I arrived, there was absolutely no customers. Literally, just me and my boyfriend. There was an elderly man sitting at one of the tables outside. After me and my boyfriend ordered, a bulky stern man appeared told him that he needed to vacate the area if he wasnt going to order anything, stating he needed the space for his customers. (The customers mustve been imaginary)As I said, me and my boyfriend were the ONLY two customers. We stayed for about an hour and a half and no one else even came to place an order. I ended up ordering the guy a meal so he didnt have to leave. I wont be returning because I dont like to witness maltreatment of elders, disabled people or homeless people. This is a global pandemic and this couldve been handled much nicer!!

The store was unclean and I had to wipe down the table I wanted to sit down at. The staff took her mask off while preparing the food and also kept handling money and preparing food without changing her gloves or washing her hands between. I asked for a refund because I didn’t feel comfortable eating food that was being prepared by someone who constantly removed their mask and breathing over my food and handled money while making my food.

Classic Mayberry in a new location downtown .. (the old Tropical Smoothie place on 4rh st... across from Jimmy Johns!) Sweet treat after stretching our legs!

Enjoyed nice lunch on Friday with daughter and grandgirls. First experience dining inside restaurant since covid19 shutdown and it was quite a pleasure overall with ice cream treat afterward.
