I have been waiting on a rollator for a month because of my falls. Every time I call and leave messages, they never return the calls and when I do talk to someone, they tell me something different each time but cant still tell me why I dont have it. They told me they gave the order to the delivery person 2 weeks ago but yet I dont have anything. They are so unprofessional and the front desk help do not know what they are doing.

I do not like the change to adapt. Foreigners answer the phone. I miss the nice friendly ladies from Tennessee. Also, charged a late fee when Ive been making payments every 2 weeks. We are in a pandemic and yall charge a late fee?.pretty inconsiderate. Ill find another company .

I was out of town on vacation in NC from Michigan forgot a small part for my CPAP supplies and received OUTSTANDING customer service from Savanna in Winston-Salem location which really made my stay in NC nice being able to get sleep while I was in town!

Worst company to work with. First off they continuously hounded me about Time to Reorder. Then when I finally did re-order, they screwed up the billing with my insurance company. When trying to call them to fix it, nobody was the right person. They kept pointing the finger to someone else and couldnt connect me, had to call myself. Wait in cue, Get call back. Start cycle all over again. There are plenty of places to get your CPAP supplies, it is not worth the headaches dealing with AeroCare.

The people are friendly and helpful but they can be bad sometimes about returning calls so you have to be persistent in calling if youre having issues. Supply orders go through call center, Hit 0 if you want to talk to someone in that actual location.

Have a lot of trouble getting them to answer phones in the 1st place. 2nd of all this is the greatest part, my potable oxygen comes through this company, i called and let them know the regulator they brung me leaks bad, that i needed another 1 asap that i had up coming dr appointment.. The lady ask me if i could bring it in to change it out, cant use it to go to dr what made her think i could bring it in ? I am now sitting here praying our electric does nit go out. Its Wensday july 12th,2021. Wonder how long its going to take

I was trying to get service/replacement for my mothers CPAP. She was visiting from out of state. Her unit is appx 20yrs old, with no manual available. I had been working, unsuccessfully, with a local company and had become frustrated. My mothers insurance agent found Melanie @ AeroCare. She was professional at every step of the process. We were able to go the office, got the machine working, and were back on the road in less than 30mins!

I am a cluster headache patient and oxygen is one of the few things that brings me relief. I was finally able to obtain a prescription for oxygen after getting in with my neurologist. Excited to finally have an abundant supply of oxygen, I went to Forsyth Medical Supply first thing in the morning. I was quickly informed that they did not carry oxygen, so I found my way to AeroCare. Once I handed them my prescription and they realized I was a cluster headache patient, they were very quick and eager to help. I was out of there within twenty minutes. Very pleased and extremely thankful to have oxygen during this time.

Personnel do not return phone calls. Never brought additional oxygen. Called and asked them to come pick up the tanks and concentrator after husband transferred to Hospice. Still waiting for a phone call and for them to pick up cylinders almost 2 weeks. Worst company ever.

The ladies in the front office were so kind and caring. They were very knowledgeable about the cpap products! If anyone has a cpap plus the so clean portion - you know that the gasket is very important in the water chamber. I was on vacation and forgot that gasket! Thankfully these wonderful people gave me one! I would highly recommend their kind and generous service!!!

I came in for a pressure change on my CPAP - turns out that my machine was unable to be reprogrammed due to damage (mine). Within 15 minutes I was out the door with a loaner machine, and set up in their system for a new machine as soon as the insurance deadline rolls around. Diana and the rest of the staff are personable and cheerful, and work hard to ensure patient satisfaction. Thank you!

Okay so I am a little delayed in writing this review but for a good reason. I am a customer of aerocare and have to admit I have not been in in a while. I was needing a new nasal mask. Wendy was super sweet and assisted me with a new type and model after speaking to their therapist. I have been using it now for about 3 weeks with great success. Good customer service is hard to come by but excellent is even harder but not with Wendy at Aerocare. Thanks so much

Every Wednesday when I stop by to pick up my oxygen tanks, I dont have to let them know what I need. Cala and Wendy get right to it. And set me up with everything that I need. They also make sure that I have enough of supplies as well. Mr. Brandt trouble shoot my regulator that was on my tank and now the oxygen is coming out better than it was before. I absolutely love going to see my favorite girls of AeroCare, they make my day!

I switched to AeroCare of Winston-Salem several years ago and have been extremely pleased with their service. They are able to answer my questions promptly without having to wait on a returned call. The entire staff is very knowledgeable. Recently I had a strange noise coming from my Cpap machine. Within several minutes of arriving at their location, the problem was identified as a bad bearing. In less than thirty minutes, I was out the door with a replacement machine. Not only did they take care of my machine, they gave me several helpful tips on how to properly use my SoClean. I visited AEROCARE this week for an appointment to learn how to use my new CPAP machine and how to sinc it with my smartphone. My in-office teacher was a delightful young lady named Diana. Diana not only taught me how to use the machine in a simple way that a 66 year old man, like myself, could grasp and remember, but she also made me laugh along the way (this gal truly needs to be doing stand-up comedy on the side!) But dont get me wrong: she was a professional all the way and helped me greatly to understand the process. I highly recommend AEROCARE of Winston for your CPAP needs and highly recommend Diana as a teacher of equipment use! ---Terry

When I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea in late 2018 and saw that I was going to need the necessary equipment, service, and expertise to meet my needs, I began searching providers within my geographical area. I found Aerocare to have the highest approval rating of any other providers in the area. I was still skeptical, having never dealt with sleep apnea before in my 65 years. I must say that with my very first phone call to their office, I was beyond impressed! While adjusting to my sleep apnea has been somewhat interesting, I haven’t had a single individual to act hurried, agitated, or overwhelmed at any point whether ordering online, walking into the office with specific questions and/or needs, or sitting down to discuss the use of my equipment with either a manager or customer service rep. I am SOLD on Aerocare of Winston Salem as my sole provider for all of my sleep apnea needs.

Just left the office of Aero care in Winston-Salem locates at 3084 Salem industrial driveMy wife Margretta was there for a new c-pap machine and a class for the Usuage of the new machine.The class was conducted by Laura Collins Respriratory Therapist,who did a tremendously great job of explaining how to properly use the machine.Laura is a great asset to the aero care family.

Dont bother with them... i tried 3 times at the end of april to get them to pick up their equipment... called and left message on managers voice mail... no response,, i waited for 3 MONTHS,,,nothing. so i called aerocare in GREENSBORO and made arrangements to take it to them in a 5 minute phone call. so i just carried it to them myself... sign release papers and was out in 10 muinutes

I came into the office this week with all intentions of turning in my CPAP machine I just had it set in my mind that I just could not tolerate it. After coming into the office and speaking with the Respiratory Therapist she suggested a different type of mask for me and went over how important it is for me to continue the therapy. Needless to say I left with my machine and I will give it another try with my new mask. She was very sincere and made me feel like she was really concerned about ME and my health. I didn’t feel like just another patient.

Was quoted ~ $831 for a CPAP machine and was told it would be mine after that payment was made. What they did not tell me what they would charge another $76 per month for 9 months even after I paid over $800 already. They did not completely disclose total cost. I am paying 100% out of pocket since I am below deductible. I have other coworkers who are getting CPAP and they are saying same thing about other companies also. Buyer beware.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with! Stay away if you can. I signed documentation for having my cpap supplies to be sent automatically on June 18th and as of July 22nd have not received anything. I called to follow up and the rudest woman, Jess, picked up the call from the que. She was unable to find my documentation and never once did she apologize for the mix up. When I pressed for a more specific reason, her response was This isnt my department, Im just filling in. She shouldve found someone who could answer my question. Oh, but she wouldve been more than happy to take an order! She was also more than willing to try to talk over me while I was asking questions. When I called the toll free number on the companys website the message I received was This mailbox is full and cannot take any new messages. Goodbye. Awful!

I would like to say that the CPAP department went above and beyond to assist me in getting my documents from a former DME company that closed without any warning. I found out that another company bought them out and I provided that information to the ladies and AeroCare and they took it from there. A week later they called me to say she had all of my documents and was ready to schedule me for a mask fit that I desperately needed. Thanks Again. Keep up the good work

Had husbands order for cpap over a week and had to call them 2 times to get them to set it up for him. Then he goes in to change his mask without an appointment and they are rude. They forget to give him a new attachment so he goes back the next morning to get it and two of the ladies go into a conference room and begin to speak badly about not only him but another man who came in without an appointment. We will be getting any further supplies elsewhere as I worked in DME myself and never treated a customer rudely for walking in to our store without an appointment. It was a mask swap. He knew what he wanted as he tried several on the day of the setup and was there all of five minutes.

My order for oxygen was placed on June 28th and all Ive received is excuses. Im now being told that Ill get the oxygen on June 30th around 5 pm. Thats only three nights with no oxygen for my CPAP. Formal complaints forthcoming.

This place is a joke already and I haven’t even gotten my CPAP machine..I get a call from them saying they calling to set me up a appointment..Then say my insurance won’t cover me because of my deductible..It’s cool but tells me I can do a 9 month rental but I contact my insurance and they tells me they don’t do 9 month rental I have to do a 13 month rental because it’s part of my insurance..You call and there no one to help you out.. Customer service get a one star ..They wil contact you but won’t answer your call …
