This company has the worst customer service.Lincare never delivers oxygen on time. They make you wait even for a week. My dad was in oxygen. I called them and talked to them. The guy was supposed to deliver oxygen the next day but did not deliver for a week. I had to take my dad to an emergency room because of oxygen supply.Another time, my dad was going through a transplant process. He needed oxygen delivery in a different place. I talked to three people, and everyone said oxygen will be delivered, but that never happened.Also, if you look at your contract, it will say they will supply oxygen based on prescription and demand. But they will not follow that. One lady was arguing with me she could only deliver a limited amount per week. I am sure her answer was based on my accent and race.I canceled their service on May 28. they said they would pick up their supply that week. that did not happen again. I called them three times, and finally, they picked up their supply after three months. And now, I see they charged in my credit card without letting me know. I am not paying their fee after I cancel their service. They should know they are working with peoples health. This is terrible.I have many reasons to take them to a court. Guys, if you are trying to be their customer, be careful. You dont want to risk your health. There should be better oxygen companies around Winston.

Worst customer service ever. My son was a gunshot victim in July of last year. Before we could leave the hospital it was required that we pay 565.00 on the spot before they would even give us instructions on how to feed my son through a g tube. After arriving home we were informed by United Health care that this would be covered by insurance as it was his sole source of nutrition. They billed the hospital (as a” preferred “ provider no less, 6900.00 but settled for 215.00). Eight months and countless phone calls later we still have not received our money back. The I Care team is a joke. We have spoken with Jan Terrell, Amanda McCain all promising to call us back and they never do. Retaining an attorney is our next step. At 1.5 stars they are rated far too generously. Will be speaking to United Healthcare to voice our opinion about their preferred provider status. The worst experience we’ve had during this trying time. Compassion and empathy; zero.

Customer service is horrible. They charged our credit card and wouldnt give a receipt to show what it covered. Kept passing me off to another person. I had to threaten to file it as a fraudulent charge before I could get someone that would try to help.

Placed order for cpap products a month ago called every week was told order was placed an being shipped as of last week was told post office had it.now as of today was told never left the warehouse I shouldnt even have to pay for it. Wearing old face mask that dont even stay on your face😞hope things are better next round

If you hear the word LINCARE run in opposite direction. They do everything under the sun to not take your call. After seven years and changing insurance companies they have started billing me again for concentrator for oxygen. BE WARE READ FINE PRINT

Wish it was possible to put 0 🌟Waited 3 weeks. Nothing has been done. My Dr office submitted orders repeatedly. Lincare placed wrong order, so insurance company denied. Everytime the Dr submits order they say they didnt receive it. And, on top of that, they were rude.Never use Lincare

They stopped my cpap supplies because I changed insurance companies and they said I needed another prescription for my supplies but this is after I called them to find out why I was not getting my supplies and they said I was non compliant how can I be non compliant if they never told me then I get the prescription and called first time I talked to Ryan and he was going to get everything taking care of and call me the next day needless to say that didnt happen called back talked to a lady this time ok they got everything they need from my doctor and shes going to put me on hold and I stayed on hold for 30minutes while she gets the hold off my supplies and when she came back we went over my address again and she said my supplies was on the way 3 weeks ago so I call back yesterday and why did they say my supplies was on hold I got so upset I had a bad panic attack and my husband had to put her on hold give me my medicine and my granddaughter came in and saw what was going on and she stayed with me to get me calm and my husband had to talk to them

I have called them twice in the past two weeks to come pick up their oxygen tanks that my mother no longer needs and they said they will send someone out to get them but they still have not shown up. Today I am going to deliver them back to them wonder if my pick up truck will fit in their lobby?They better not charge for the past two weeks!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!!!

I have a friend who is 84 years old and uses their services . They have terrible service especially bad billing techniques. He uses them because his Pulmonary Specialist at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital uses them and recommends them to his patients.They have canceled his oxygen service without notice and were rude to him when they called to tell him . They have missed billed him for services 2 years old z

Fought with this company for about a month to get a CPAP machine that was perscribed to me. They would not return my calls and when I was willing to wait they pretty much hung up on me. When I finally got to talk to someone they made excuses about pre-authorization needed from insurance. The thing was I called my insurance company and they said they never received such a request nor did I need one for a CPAP machine.

The worst of the worst. No customer service at all. Never returns phone call. Argues with you about ordering supplies. I am in the process of changing suppliers. I honestly dont see how this place has any customers left.

Wake Forest set up home equipment to be delivered the day of discharge for my family members needs and they NEVER showed we had to carry her inside. She is unable to walk as she has just had major surgery. We called the next morning and paid the 23.00 dollars that was apparently needed but someone failed to mention and after a couple phone calls inquiring when her equipment would arrive today she still sits and waits. Probably not a reliable company to use to set up home needs with the day of discharge.
