The absolute worst company. Can never get in touch with anyone on the phone, especially the local supplier. I have asked for itemized bills as their online portal will not show me anything other than what I owe. It just shows a balance but no itemized listing of what is being charged, insurance payments/writeoffs and what I have paid. They also said I must do autopay with a credit card on file and when I try to go online to take it off autopay it states you cannot do that online and you must call them. However they have not taken me off autopay yet. They also charged me for equipment that I returned. Took numerous phone calls for them to understand that they cannot charge me for something I returned within 3 days and they told me that I would not be charged if returned within 45 days. I would never do business with this company again. Again, the absolute worst company and service.

I have called 3 times in the last 3 months regarding my bill without resolution. The billing statement is very confusing & no one seems to care. I want to pay my bill, but not unless I can get someone to explain the charges. So very sad! I would not reccomend this company aft this time!

I had home physical therapy with Glennis. SHE. WAS.AWESOME. So much I have requested to have her again. I had a full knee replacement and she came to my home twice a week. I couldnt have asked for better in cleanliness, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I put her to the top and would recommend her, just not next week :) I hope she is here.

Dont use Advanced Health Care unless you want your loved one to die. I wish I could give a zero rating for these people really deserve it. My brother has severe ulcers on his leg that need to be treated or he will lose this leg like the way he lost the other one. These people had been taking care of him for years. The Doctor sent in new orders on the 14th. They called today to say they would not see him in spite of the Doctors orders that we need to buy supplies our self and find a new provider. They gave us no warning. Disregarded the Doctors orders. Were extremely rude about it.It has been a year latter and you still have not picked up the medical equipment from when Reid was on oxygen. The equipment S|N 15FF00686 will be put in the dumpster on Monday. You have until them to pick it up.

Poor customer service on phone and in person.Unreliable equipment, fraudulent charges billed to insurance. After 5 months with this company I asked my provider to get someone else for my service and I had company pick up all there trash

If I could give a zero for customer service I would - two calls for service to my equipment were ignored and when I sent in an email to the website I was told I would have to bring my equipment in. I thought HOME was part of the name - at the time I requested the house call I wasnt able to walk due to foot surgery. I can walk now or my equipment would continue to be unusable and nothing done about it. Im moving my medical needs elsewhere and suggest others find another company to deal with if you want service. When my husband tried to go through them for a mobility scooter, they couldnt be bothered to give him correct information and he ended up wasting his time and 2 different doctors time trying to get the information needed. He finally had to go through another company and it was taken care of with the first visit. AHC is not advanced or home or care...its useless.

IN HOME CARE FOR 3 WEEKS. ONLY 2 DAYS DID I REQUIRE A NURSE FROM ADVANCED TO DRAW BLOOD, CHANGE BANDAGES & ADMINISTER MEDICATION. THE MOST IMPORTANT 2 DAYS, THEY DIDNT BOTHER SHOWING UP. BUT AT LEAST NURSE LORI HAD THE GUTS TO CALL ME & TELL ME SHE HAD PUSS IN HER EYE & WASNT COMING(YES UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS TRUE). NOW LYNN DIDNT SHOW & NO CALL. AFTER 1.5 HOURS LATE I CALLED BOTH HER & THE OFFICE. SHE DIDNT ANSWER. THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS UP EITHER. BUT THEYD CALL HER & FIND OUT & GET RIGHT BACK TO ME. NOPE. THEY DIDNT. SO I KEPT CALLING BACK TO FIND OUT THAT SHE CALLED IN SICK WITH A HEADACHE. SHE DIDNT EVEN CALL OR TEXT. LYNN HAS MY CELL # & COULD HAVE VERY EASILY DONE EITHER. SO INSTEAD OF BEING AT WORK, I SAT HOME ALL DAY WAITING FOR A NURSE OR AN ANSWER. PATHETIC. DUE TO THE EXTREMELY POOR HEALTH CARE FROM ADVANCED, NOW INSTEAD OF GETTING MY PIC LINE OUT IN TIME FOR THANKSGIVING IM GOING TO HAVE TO PAY A NURSE OUT OF POCKET DAILY TO FINISH MY CARE EVEN ON THE HOLIDAY. People in the store were very nice and capable. I was ordered oxygen and it has been months and I have not heard from them. Good thing it is not immediately life threatening. When I called they said they were waiting on another form. I took this to them three weeks ago and still have not heard from them. It takes forever to get someone on the phone. Save yourself some headache and go somewhere else! Their recording says if you are not satisfied to ask to speak to a supervisor. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for a long time and then they hung up on me and did not call me back.

I came in to get an oxygen tank from a prescription from my doctor. The male and female that works there were incredibly nice, helpful, and quick. I was in and out with my oxygen tank in 5 to 10 minutes. The man that worked there, Reed, walked my oxygen tank out to my car as well, which I thought was super nice.

Worst possible customer service by Victoria in CPAP machine department and by her supervisor Tina . These people do not accommodate disabled patients in the slightest. Switching to new company now. Good ridden AHHC.

Steven Pelzer a very nice Man came to my home and helped me set my Moms Bed up after he moved it from the Basement where it was stored during her hospital stay.I want to Thank Mr. Pelzer for going above and beyond his job requirements for my Mom.Your a very special person. I was obtaining a wheelchair that I had already paid for and I was told that I was to be notified when it arrived. No one called me, so I called them 3 times and the 3rd time they were closed. I have to have the correct wheelchair as now I am having to use an old one. Suffice it to say, I wouldnt use this company if I had another choice.

Wait for 20 minutes, listen to the same damn commercials over and over, finally get someone who refers me to somewhere else, wait seven more minutes, then get disconnected, with no return call. Their phone policy is clueless, showing no respect for the callers time. Mustve modelled it on AT&T.
