Office poorly manned!! All calls are re-routed to an extended answering service. Leaving a call back number doesnt work!! Most calls are directed to a scheduling service and there is a long, long wait time before speaking to anyone. Once you do get someone, you are transferred and often the call gets dropped. No one picks up and you spend over fifteen minutes waiting to speak to someone and you dont get anybody. You get told someone will call you and nobody ever does. After 4 attempts, one email and attempts calling my local office resulted in no results. Terrible, terrible customer service. Just try sending an order back!! Youll pay out of your own pocket to send back a wrong order. They said theyd send a return shipment label but I never got one. I called back about it and was told they changed procedures for returning wrong shipments. They said a pick up service would come to my house and get my return. That never happened either! The only thing you can do is stop making payments and someone will come to your house after your oxygen.
