I used to like this gas station but now they added the screen monitors and they are SO LOUD! I can’t even hear myself think when I’m pumping gas.I’ve been inside once and it was clean and staff was pretty nice but the outside monitors have just killed this gas station for me. I only go there now when I’m running on fumes since it’s closest to my house.

I stop here often to get gas and always have a great experience!

Staff shouldnt call customers honey and sweetie, very unprofessional

I just wanted to get gas in the morning and as always I had to go to four different stations here just to get some gas. There chip machines never work and have to play chance to see if you can!

The worst car wash I ever experienced, it is a non touch car wash, but I waited for over 30 minutes, then the car look as if never been wash, just been sprayed with water, the wheels were same as before wash. I ended up washing the car myself. Dont waste your money, either wash it yourself or go to one of those wash yourself car wash will be more satisfying.

Pumps are terrible and customer service even worse. Cashier made sure they tell you “ see mam it’s your mistake so don’t come in here telling us that it’s our problem” . “ you’re doing it all wrong” “you’re not listening”. Well if you want to feel badgered go ahead and use Speedway at Winter Garden Village.

My ONLY complaint about this place is that its always so busy! But I can see why as the staff is always helpful and quick. Great selection of snacks, and their hot food items are terrific. Frequent this place often and will always do so.

The slushee machine wasn’t working right and the lady was very rude, she said to another employee when we were checking out “you’re station (slushee area) is gonna overflow because “they” didn’t know how to turn it off” with a snare at the end. It was NOT our fault that their machine didn’t work right, when we are customers and purchasing something we should be treated with respect.

I tried to get gas your pump will not read the chip in any of my credit cards. I live in the neighborhood so this causes me an issue. Why is this an issue all of a sudden????????????????? If you do not fix this I will never go back. You get one more chance.

Unfortunately every time I come to this place to refuel my car, they never have change to break a $50 bill. The excuse I get every time is Well I just went to drop off my $20s so I dont have change. Really inconvenient to have to go to a store and get change, just to come back and give them a 20 to fill my car up. I understand not having change for a $100, but a $50? Its frustrating sometimes.

Its a normal speedway. It was a little dirty the most recent time Ive been there. Food looks decent. Employees were friendly. Ive never experienced a problem here.

It is a good location for me. But I need to go inside often to get a receive. This is very inconvenient for me.

Been coming to this location for 9 years. But I have to say that I had a very rude cashier today named Cindy. I was just trying to get some gas, pump didn’t work, chip reader didn’t work, went inside to let someone know. Talked to Cindy and she really didn’t care. She Said someone ran off with the hose earlier and can’t do anything about it. I suggested maybe putting a sign on the pump. She said it just happened. I mentioned the chip reader and she said yeah she knows. I didn’t want to start anything in the store so I walked out. A young male mixed ethnicity was by my car putting a bag around the pump. Hmmm I guess it want too hard. Not sure who the manager of this speedway is but he should hire some better employees. Pretty sad but I Will not be going back. Didn’t realize there were so many bad reviews about this place.

Pumps are broken, dont allow chip cards, rude cashier says its my card, I tried 2 different cards on different pumps. Its their problem not mine.

Clean and feels safer than other gas stations in the area, also has a car wash which is helpful.

The line is 10 people long and only one cashier. Receipt didnt print at the pump. Not very convenient or speedy, speedway.

Best cigarette prices in the area that I found. $7.35 for American Spririt.

I was misused and embarrassed by a male clerk in front of a full store because he did not know how to use the spotyou coupons. Totally unacceptable behavior. I will never be back to this store where I do a considerable amount of business. ZERO STARS!

The gas pumps have giant screens that are too preoccupied with obnoxiously loud advertisements to provide information on completing your transaction. Also they built the car wash facing the wrong direction. This place is busy and loud. If you are a fan of frustration, this place is for you.
