This place has done a complete 180. Great staff, great customer service, food is hot and fresh. The outside used to be completely trashed now ... You see they care about their appearance. Keep up great job

Everytime I go in here there is an issue. Either they have one of the slowest cashiers I have ever experienced which creates a line thats about 15 to 20 mins long (when you are going there for a quick bite on a 30 min lunch break you basically spend 90% of it standing there) Their milk products are always on the verge of expiring. Their equipment barely functions if its even available. And they only have havet half here hot food items available unless u go early in the morning in which case you will find even less.

Terrible customer service. Have things priced one way then they ring them up at a much higher price. Wont be coming here again, lazy cashiers have no manners. Hire better people.

I have found that more times than not this location is hardly open 24 hours as advertised. Many times I have walked 1/2 miles, only to find after 11:00 pm there is a sign taped to the door. It says not open until 5 am, sorry for the inconvenience. Well I am sorry there is such POOR MANAGEMENT. When I was managing any 24 hour business and didnt have someone to work, as a manager it was my responsibility to work. However I was paid to keep the business open. Its called being responsibly to the business. Even if I was an area supervisor I made sure we were there for THE CUSTOMER . Without the customer, you have no business.Apparently your manager is fine with losing business. I will not shop there again. Day or night. There ARE OTHER BUSINESSES IN THE AREA.

A Certified letter is being sent to corporate about an incident with the child working the counter last night 12/23/20. Seems he only selectively enforces the mask requirement. I had forgotten mine at 7pm and he singled me out while four others were at the counter, or approaching it. This included on of the regular homeless panhandlers. Dont bother forwarding to local management team, the store manager is never there.

Why is it “open 24 hours” if every time I walk there it’s closed till 5 am ? Also very dirty bathrooms, expired food, and people always asking for change as soon as u walk out horrible 0 stars 👎🏽

Store is filthy. You have two decent employees, Carol and Kelly. Young people on their phones. They know how to hide from the camera, and they brag about it. Too many items past their expiration date. Including ice cream. The new management is horrible. Homeless people begging customers for money as they come out of the store. We have other choices.

Been going to this store a while now and multipletimes a day sometimes. usually very good.was trying to get drinks for my girl and the kids and was told to get put of the store after telling the lady she could keep the change I wasnt worried about it. Then helped other people. People have bad days but thats not professional

Ive lived in the area for a few years now, and the people who work here have always been sweet, friendly, and helpful. Ive gotten to know the employees who have come and gone and I have to commend management for finding such gems as employees. Ive never had any issues and the store is consistent and employees are trustworthy and hard workers.

I went to this location on Thursday, April 16th at 11:50pm. A female associate with black hair around 5 5 shouted at me from across the store as I went to use the single-stall restrooms. I was confused as to why she was so upset then she berated me in front of customers. I explained that I was confused by a taped on restroom sign and did not want any trouble. She got louder and angrier asking me about what which gender I identify with making me feel threatened and humilated.

Closed bathrooms wont explaine why I really have to go also its illegal to have a store running and selling food or snacks and not have an open bathroom happen today July 11th and 1130pm not coming back here ever again.

I came in today and i have a gift card and i’ve used it before and i called and made sure i have money on it and the girl at the cashier doesn’t know how to do her job. then i called and said we have a gift card and they said you have to manually put it in and we told her exactly what the lady on the phone said and she said no you can’t it won’t work and i was like i’ve used it before and she said we can’t do it. Everyone should be taught how to use a gift card if you sell gift cards. They need to know how to do their job!

Store staff allow people no mask in the store

Parking lot trash. Store trash employees trash bathroom trash why would anyone choose to spend a dollar here if given a choice? Horrible place all around.

Slow people not very friendly staff.
