Since I found this place I love it firstly because they have vegan options. I love vegan dark chocolate gelato is my favorite. If you are looking for a healthy dessert come to Winter Park and stop in Gelato-go like me. I highly recommend it.

This was me & my husbands first time checking this place out and it was LOVELY!!!! The lady was very sweet and the gelato was very fresh and tasty. We ordered size large and got to choose 3 flavors: I had brownie fudge, caramel brownie, and we both got the marscapone nutella (highly recommend)

Absolutely the best Gelato in Orlando! Have a bite its the taste of first 💘love! Looks amazing and tatste like heaven. My day blooms in the spring! I tried Yogurt, chocolate chip, coffee and black cherry, each bite has a long lasting aroma!

We usually love coming here because their gelato is so delicious but this past Friday we felt really rushed. The lady behind the counter seemed upset that we were asking for samples. Granted that they were going to close in a few minutes but then she started turning off the lights on us. Just felt really unwelcome this time.

The gelato is SOO tasty! Lots of variety, the place was very presentable, nice and clean. And the customer service was amazing!! Definitely family friendly :)

I love Gelato-go more every time I go. The gelato and sorbet is creamy, smooth, and full of flavor. If dulce de Leche is on the menu do not miss it! The espresso is equally is fantastic. It might be strong, but it is some of the smoothest around. And everything is served with a positive attitude.

Amazing gelato served in cones and bowls, the coffee flavor is very refreshing and the caramel is very rich and sweet! Absolutely would recommend!

Best Gelato ice cream I ever had. The price can be high but quality is where the trick is. I tried the mango gelato and it was amazing. This will be my new spot for ice cream whenever Im in the park avenue area.

Went to this location with some friends and the Italian ice cream was pretty good.  I had a ice cream coffee mix and enjoyed it a lot. If youre looking for traditional ice this may not be the place for you.

That dark chocolate sorbet is something magical. The yogurt flavor is also amazing and akin to the yogurt you would find in most Asian countries. I judge all gelato places by how good the pistachio flavor is and the one here is top notch as well, and I doubt you could get much better this side of the Atlantic. Prices are fair and service is friendly and fast.

The gelato was really good, which makes me upset to write this review. A couple of my friends and I searched them on google and were very excited to try the gelato. When we walked in, the employee immediately scrunched her face up towards my friends and I. Shortly after we came in, a family came in and her energy was completely different towards them. She spoke to them with excitement. Once they left, her smile dropped and acted like we were bothering her. She allowed one try per person. After receiving my the ice cream, I could tell by the presentation of my cone compared to the customers who left, that being stingy, and had had very poor attitude. The customer service is the only thing that negatively impacted my experience here.

The best gelato in Orlando — hands down.We’ve had gelato in College Park and Winter Park ever since we had the real thing all over Venice, not to mention the “gelato” some restaurants serve, which is actually ice cream. This place, which just opened on Friday, nails it.The space is all white and has a very clean and modern feel to it. Gelato is made fresh every day, which is their specialty. They also have breakfast sandwiches, espresso, teas, lunch and plan to add more soon...like cakes 🎂.The family is very friendly and provides excellent service. There is some indoor seating. You can also buy tubs of gelato to take home, which is what I’m about to do now, so we’ll cut this short. Check them out now before word gets out. ;-)

The Ferrero Rochelle flavor wasn’t good and the owner told me she doesn’t know about how supposed to taste, to me was very mean answer … the attention was really bad, the bathroom was closed and the owner was mad because I tell her we need the bathroom for the baby and she used a very disrespectful words with the kids near by

The best Gelato in town!! My favorite is sorbet, but I am fascinated by the hazelnut one (Nocciola) . It is like being at home. Il vero gelato italiano!!

Found this spot in Park Ave and now its my favorite place. Their gelato is handmade fresh at their shop and tastes like its straight from Italy. They have really good panins and coffee too! Their staff is very friendly and the shop has a really nice minimalistic/modern design. 10/10 recommend

Best Gelato EVER! The best service as well, really kind servers and conscious about the planet, they let you taste one flavor if you are not sure what you want to order for that moment! They also have amazing cannolis and crostatas (Guava is my favorite one), I spent like 2 hours just talking with one of the owners and is amazing how this store impacts park avenue (in a really positive way), I just cannot wait to came back to Orlando to visit them again!

I went here to pick up Gelato to go. This was my first time. Everyone in the store was dressed fancy, I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt (my plan was to bring gelato back to my family). The woman behind the counter looked at my outfit and rudely told me that I could only try one Gelato option. Terrible customer service. I will not be going back and I think that your staff should not be so rude to customers.

If you are looking for a cold treat in Park Ave this is a nice place to go. They have more than 4 sorbetto gelatos (no milk added) which it’s perfect for lactose intolerant “ice cream/gelato” lovers and a good nice selection of options based on the gelatterias I’ve been to, so far. The place looks clean and spacious and they also serve a nice variety of Italian-fusion food (paninis and more!) so definitely check them out!

Ice creams were good, but the one of the servers was really disrespectful with us. She told us in a bad way the rules of the ice cream store. Also she doesn’t want to give us spoons, we had to eat with the same samples spoons the ice cream. Finally she didn’t want to finish with us and she left. Someone else attended us.

This is the kind of ice cream place I was looking for. I like the italian gelato. Definitely, I will be back to try more flavors and other items of the menu.

The original flavors are outstanding, but the 1 flavor sample policy turned me off and would make me think twice before I come back. Hope they change that!

Fun locally owned shop on Park Ave in historic Winter Park area. They are on the beginning side of the street, across from Burger Fi area.We headed in after eating dinner nearby. We were greeted right away and everything they offered was easy to see through glass cases and with labeling. They process everything in the same areas, so they did have an allergy warning for nuts - FYI.They serve up both Gelato and some pastries, which are in the back case along the far wall. They do catering as well!Overall: AFun locally owned Gelato spot with good flavors and nice staff. Satiate that sweet tooth!

Highly recommend! We got the mascarpone & Nutella flavor, stracciatella, and pistachio. And they offer paninis, croissants, and various other Italian pastries. We will 100% be back. A taste of Italy in Winter Park!

My fiancé and I have been going since they opened and we are so excited to be back. Whenever we dine out and they ask us “do you want dessert?” we always look at each other and say “or we go could get gelato...” We’ve tried easily 10 flavors and all have been excellent, Although I always come back to the Stratiatella. We will continue to go for years to come.

Fantastic gelato. Actually tastes of what its supposed to!

Was our first time visiting and was really impressed. Not only was the gelato amazingly delicious, the female working the counter was amazing as well. Even though she was busy and the only one in the store that I noticed would be an employee, she was efficient, friendly and handling multiple samples to the customers without missing a beat. Store is very clean and modern and did I mention the gelato is amazingly delicious? A must try if you are strolling on Park Avenue. Skip the ice cream store a few doors down (you can find that at The grocery store) Treat yourself to the good stuff.

The location is was amazing and very clean! I’m so happy the visit the place. I really feel so comfortable and the most important part is the Lady was attended “Rana” was so attended with us her costumer Service was amazing and so helpful!!!

Very, very, very good!!! I mean good. I had the coconut gelato and my daughter had vanilla and chocolate, it was delicious. Next visit I will try an espresso or a cappuccino, oh yeah they have coffee too.

I was blown away by how good it is. So rich and the flavors were great. The small was the right size for everyone in our party. The cones looked good but we didnt try them. They let us get many samples. Being that it is a little expensive it will be an occasional treat, but well worth it.

Great gelato, great staff. Carries a very futuristic, modern vibe, cute little location on Park avenue. Staff didnt chase us out after they closed, even invited us to stay longer if we wanted. No complaints other than small cup sizes, but they pack them VERY well, so cant complain. Definitely recommend.

The people that work at Gelato-Go are absolutely the nicest people in the world and I hope they achieve all their dreams. I could go on and on about the great service here! The flavors of the gelato are perfection! Coconut with the fresh chocolate drizzle is divine. The lemon sorbet is the perfect summer treat. And there is nothing nicer than a scoop of amaretto as you waltz down the sidewalks of Park Ave. Perfezione all around!

Amazing flavors and great services

My husband, my kids, and I went to the Winter Park tree lighting last night. We stopped off at the Gelato Go booth and had nothing, but a horrible experience. We stood in a line long which is fine. We watched the worker be so nice to everyone offering them business cards and so on. When it was are turn she treated us differently. She was very rude and was trying to rush us away. She had this tone that was not right. I was trying to ask the kids what flavor they wanted and she was like I will give you one of each. I was like my kids do not eat lemon. All the other families before us took their time, had converstations with her, and all got to pick their flavors. She said then I will give them all snow cookie, and that is what she did. Then she was like bye and next. We did not get offered no business card or angthing. I realized right then why it happened. You see Winter Park (this is where we live) is a higher class. For example: everyone dresses very sophisticated and business attire. Well my husband and I like are sweats. We looked poor so we got treated poor. I am a teacher and my husband owns his own restaurant. When we are off work we like to dress comfortable. The lady assumed because of the way we dressed that we were poor, had no money, and did not want us at her business. She did not offer us a business card or anything all of because of what she thought by how we were dressed. It is very sad to judge a book by its cover. Just for the record a teachers word spread like wild fire and honestly I am tired of the different ways the poor is treated vs. the rich. It is very sickening.
