Love this pawn shop it has great collectibles for purchase Marvel or DC

Brought in a $6k+ ring from Jareds to get a loan and they said it was fake because instead of doing the normal test they used a chemical that temporarily makes it magnetic. Spoke to another pawn location who tested it and confirmed it was real. Said that method can be used to fake the test when someone doesnt wanna do business with a customer. He also stated that that method is definitely against Cash Americas rules and policies. Why would you treat repeat customers so poorly... well take our business elsewhere.

Well their hours say open until 7pm. I drive 25 mins out of my way to purchase a item I saw in their store a few days ago and its 6:09pm and they are closed!!! It sure would of been nice of them if they cared about their customers to take 30 seconds and update the hours of operation#wontbeback

Jeff and his entire staff are the best! They are always available to help you out with anything you need and are super personable. The store itself is full of great deals and awesome finds. It is kept clean, and there are always new items to check out.

I have been in many times and always have been greeted fast and friendly recently i had been looking for a watch and Paul helped me pick out and try on the perfect one for me! Walked in looking for a camera, left with a PHILLIPS SMART TV! I do not have words for how wonderful each and every employee in this store. They didnt just go far and beyond, but they were all extremely helpful for each and every question my husband and I had. They let us freely browse their inventory, without breathing down our necks trying to make us purchase anything. Josh, who was our sales associate, also offered to give me a personal call himself when this particular camera becomes available. I would not recommend taking gold or other jewelry here, not only do they pay the lowest possible price but they do not know what they are dealing with. Tools and electronics seem to be your best bet at this shop, just be sure you know what you have so you dont get tricked out of 100 to 150 dollars. There is one nice person on staff and their interest rates are not competitive.

Terrible customer experience. The store manager was short and rude. I came in one day and was offered money for an item I was selling. This first customer experience was terrible but at least they offered a decent amount. I took the item around to see what other shops would offer and came back because initially the had the best offer. I came back to find that they would not honor the first offer and made an offer that was half of the original. There is a better Cash America just down on East Colonial, go there instead.

Best people on earth, especially Jeff. Go to him he’s the man!
