Working with cube smart was a great experience!The staff was so friendly and the facility was extremely clean and well maintained. At one point, my lock wasn’t on my unit door correctly and they called me to let me know so I could secure it. 10/10 would work with them again.

Anthony at Cube Smart in Winter Park, Fl was extremely helpful when purchasing my unit. He helped me fill everything out online, gave me all the information for the units and the buildings hours and amenities, and even walked me to my unit. Inside my unit was a little goody bag with my lock, keys, and all the information I would need. The building and the units are pristine and extremely high quality. It’s also located in a very nice area and felt very safe. Cannot recommend Cube Smart enough!

Apart from not being able to use my lock which is a replica of theirs and cost me an extra $20, the place is great. Anthony is wonderful, the storage is well organized and super clean. I forgot my DL and Cc, and he contacted me right away. Furthermore, they beat the market price on an 10x5 now. In a word, they are Just Right.

Very clean facility, climate controlled well. No issues getting my unit and gracious to help me with obtaining my unit. I am happy to store belongings here.

This is by far the best self-storage facility in the area. I highly recommend this place. Prices are very affordable with many specials as well. But most of all, the customer service has been fabulous, always friendly and going the extra mile to help. I was one of their first customers at this location and am still very happy with that decision. Plus, this location is super convenient!

Clean well lit has AC great storage place

I may just not know what these things are supposed to look like but the corners are tight and I had a lot of furniture. However it was super clean and everything looked pristine.

I expected a tedious experience with overpriced products and storage. I was literally blown away at how affordable everything was. The products are friggin cheaper than Amazon!!!The employees were super nice; Had a cool convo with one of them while I waited. Just all-around above and beyond service, tbh.The only thing I couldnt help but to side-eye was the fact that this store has been recognized 2-3 consecutive months for being the best, and when I asked, out of curiosity, what the reward was for that.... a trophy?Cmon. These workers deserve a bonus check or *something*.This store would not be what it is without them.

I just reserved a unit at the Winter Park location yesterday. Evelyn, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me with my rental of the storage unit. She has the best personality and very friendly. She was a delight to work with. The building is safe with security cameras and very clean. I would recommend this location to everyone and when you make your appointment ask for Evelyn. You won’t be disappointed.

CubeSmart was the most seamless process any storage facility could have customers go through. I’ve never used a storage company before so I was completely brand new to how these things worked. Evelyn was an absolute GEM helping with that !! She was so wonderful and patient with me. and I’m sure she repeated herself probably 10x saying the same things over and over just so I fully understood things like price, promotions, details, storage sizing, etc. etc. Not only was I pleased with Evelyn as the greatest help I could have asked for, but CubeSmart as a company was also just as incredible with pricing packages AND storage maintenance. The various sized units I looked at were beautiful and clean and that was NOT the case with Public Storage and the two different locations with that company that I had viewed right before Cubsmart. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and I am thrilled to be another one of their happy customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

SMOOTHEST PART OF MY MOVING EXPERIENCE WAS RENTING A UNIT HERE. My boyfriend and I (both college students) were told 2 days before move in that we had to push our move in date back a week. We were not able to stay at our current place since it was already leased to another couple and everything was just a mess. We were scrambling to find ANYWHERE to put all of our belongings for our 3 bedroom apartment- and this was the perfect place! SO CLEAN, SO EASY, SO THANKFUL YOU GUYS WERE HERE FOR US DURING THIS TIME. 100% recommend. It was an easy set up, within an hour of finding this place I had the keys to my unit and we were moving things in.

The Manager was a knowledgeable woman who is a delight to talk with. I found The prices are about 12.5% cheaper than other facilities in a 8 mile radius. The place is brand new and still has that new building smell. I give it 5 stars. And for a business that is a 501C3 they went out of there way to help accommodate my requests.

I worked with the manager at this new establishment and from the moment I reserved a unit online, I was impressed. The website was easy to navigate and I received a follow-up call the next day. I was able to change my reservation date with no Hassel and even corporate/ sales line was polite. Upon arriving, I was treated by the manager, who was friendly and kind. She walked me through everything and was so personable. The prices are reasonable and the establishment is beautifully kept. I am glad this was my choice out of other storage carriers.
