I had to complete a small project for school. Tia was immensely helpful. She understood exactly what I wanted the end result to look like and allowed me to do as much of it myself as I wanted and helped me with the rest. It was a busy Sunday but service was fast and so friendly and efficient. Tia was knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions and got my project done quickly. Would definitely recommend.

This company has lousy service all around. Broke not one, but 2 tvs in the shipping process. Had the nerve to send the broken tv back to me when I specifically said to return it where it needs to be and they shouldve made sure that happened.

I just had one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had at a FedEx printing shop. I went in with a last minute project and Tia was not only super helpful and accommodating, but she helped me make small adjustments that ended up saving me over $100! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

First two visits, really good. Third visit not appreciated. I was called next in line by a woman whom didn’t seem interested in assisting me. She told me she couldn’t help me with a scan because she had a line. I didn’t feel like a valued customer. I asked for Justin because he helped me before and he saved the day in three seconds. Justin was very professional, kind, personable, and simply cared.Thank God!

LIKE HAVING A PERSONAL ASSISTANT!! My representative from this store Tia went above and beyond to take care of some signs and shipping for my business needs. She was courteous, pleasant and fast. Her follow up skills are something to envy. Being from the customer service industry myself, I can appreciate talented individuals who represent the company they work for in a such a professional manner. It is so important to find front line employees who can handle today’s type of customer and this location found a winner in Tia. Thank you so much for all your hard work on my project. I have been here on multiple occasions and have yet to have a bad experience. I have used this place for a package drop off and for a variety of printing needs. They’ve always been quick and professional and I will continue to come back here.

If 0 was an option that’s what I would rate this location and FedEx customer serviceI’ve now lost a find sensitive deal because of FedEx incompetence and lack of guarantee for a service they guaranteeUSPS has become more reliable than FedEx

I live right down the street and ive been there 4x to ship and everytime theres drauma. the box has wrinkles or the box has printing on it. we have to re box it at a primium. the last 2 times ive taken the same package to ups. its cheaper and drauma free. no reboxing needed. maybe its just this Aloma Fedx location but im skipping this place and going else where from now on.

Helpful employees. Were a little slow to acknowledge me but answered all my questions when getting a package sent out. The store is big and stocked with shipping supplies.

Theres always this friendliness vibe going on even though the store looks empty & roomy in this location. I used fax & scanning documents & the associates are so friendly & courteous, professional, very knowledgeable!! Cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this Fed Ex location. I was working on a sensitive project (funeral materials) and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect after I submitted the wrong file. It was completely my fault, but Shawna and Hellen reassured me wed get it right, they did and I cant thank them enough.

I used to always be able to email to the Fed ex and the person could print a single attachment. The guy refused and directed me to the self serve printer. Now I have two $10 holds and still waiting on a code to print. Not coming back after this.

One of the larger FedEx Offices. Friendly and helpful staff. Theres about half a dozen tables for you to work/study with electrical outlets.Free wifi, quiet and clean environment.

One staff person in the store. I waited patiently after being greeted but then they took care of a person that came in after me without any comment or further acknowledgement. I walked out!

Needs FedEx customer ONLY parking spots, took me three times around until I found parking by the CFE ATM .... Was not greeted when entering building. Upon finding out what counter i needed to go to i was still not greeted or acknowledged until a personal conversation ended. When it was my turn another customer cut me off and was helped before me .

Very nice and helpful people. Printed a full size poster for me in a few hours when I was in a pinch for time. Would recommend this shop.

I used just print service. The system is easy to use, printer quality is very good.
