We are pleased with our local store. Even before the pandemic, it remained a mainstay. The owner has been part of this store for a long time. We will always choose shopping at this store over other options in town for the simple fact, they are a good fit for this community. Through this pandemic, they have remained open and used good decisions for ALL the customers. We have given alot of recommendations to others about shopping here when others enforced the fave mandate. We know of atleast 10 families who have driven for miles away from thier communities to shop here because of this. Prices vary compared to other stores. Knowing they support local farmers and other community businesses, we are willing to pay a little more. They have a great meat department! With deals daily and special cuts upon request. The store is clean and has a welcoming environment. Just what we want in a grocery store.

What a relief to have a grocery store that doesnt make me feel like Im in the kids section at the circus like our local Walmart. Kind and professional staff, very impressed with the youth working here as well as they are extremely respectful and always willing to help.

Got 8pc Chicken Family Meal from deli and tried to refund. Store manager called out store owner and both hassled me questioning if I even tried it. Eventually got a refund after being interrogated for a good while. Corporate has been contacted. I will never do business here again and I suggest everyone do the same for their own sake.

Food used to be good last few times I bought anything in there Ive gotten sick try to approach the owner and he runs and hides great way to run a business

Great local grocery! Glass bottled milk, Castle Rock and Lamers, plus organic selection. Great meat department. Good deli meats and selection. Good donuts and bakery. Good selection in grocery, but it is a small store. If there is something youd really like to see, ask. They were willing to carry something I asked for. Nice bonus for me is the local community support.

I was happy they were open until 10 p.m. I had stopped in about 9:30 very clean store. Nice employees very quick and she even carried out my groceries! Very helpful and nice employees. I try to go there as often as I can.

Good neighborhood grocery store. Fairly good selection, decent prices, good service. Tuesdays are senior citizens discount day, no customer card required. Nice benefit for us seniors.

The E. Grand store has that great hometown feeling. The workers remember you and they are very friendly. Produce is excellent, deli is impeccable, great meat. By far my favorite grocery store in Wisconsin Rapids. Not to diminish the rep of the Baker st. store, I dont frequent that store enough to know.

Cashiers no longer say hello. They know longer tell you what you owe or how much change your getting back. They dont even count out your change. They need to teach them proper customer service.

It sucked, have coupons for things, oh but quess what? Dont have any, have to wait for half hour, get back there, oh only have three. Come bake in 20 minutes. Screw that!! Never going back! Not first time this has happened!!!

Quality Foods, an IGA chain here in Wisconsin Rapids, is a superior grocer compared to Walmart and Copps. The quality of the merchandise and the customer service are what I like the best. The atmosphere is pleasant and the occasional Friday grill outs in front of the store give a neighborly committment to those of us who live in the subdivision. First rate and first class are my marks for this fine grocer.

For a small Store it has alot of inventory and keeps up with Fresh Produce. Liqour Department is usuly a hassle cause they sometimes dont have enough Clerks to work back there so they block off the door which makes you walk all the way to the front to pay. Other than that Its got a bit of everything you need
