This is my go to book store, Im never disappointed. Staff is great, prices is great, book selections are many and theyre awesome both for children and young adults/adults.When theres no Barnes and Nobles around (my old book store) stop by B.A.M. (Books-A-Million) at Potomac Mills Mall to browse and purchase.🙂

My 2 year old and I love this place! Its always so clean, quiet, stocked and the employees are always so friendly! How friendly? They got me to signed up for their membership and Ill be honest, I cant remember what any of the perks are anymore but Im glad I signed up. I just know the member so was affordable, you get a $10 off coupon card for your next visit and then extra savings so it really pays for itself. Do it!I love the selection of books that they have, a little bit some thing for everyone. B-A-M always has great deals and also offers signed editions. Ive even seen books on sale for under $4! This is a great place to pick up books and cute gifts. Would highly recommend.

This store is one of my favorites to visit because of their large quantity and variety of manga. They almost always have what Im looking for, including older titles, which they sometimes put out on display.

Clean, well-organized store. Only issue was that it seemed understaffed.

Books! Books! And more books! I love books. They have a wide variety of books. They also had special themed novelties like Baby Yoda everything. Dont forget the Disney princesses everything...ie purses, cups, key chains...

Great option with books, magazines, and more however, the fact that we were informed the store could potentially order certain items we wanted was definitely a positive thing. On the flip side, it would be nice if the store had a place to sit, drink coffee, and read. Kind of like other book stores. This is where they lack.

This place has all the old, new, and rare books and comics you would want. They have records ready to go home with you and cool squishes and anime stuff. I love this place. They even have a Harry Potter themed bedder and matching everything else. Plus the cashiers are always the most humorous and laid back people. They will be talking to 5 different customers about the same thing and invite you to come look and laugh. Great place. Wish one was closer to me.

Still has that nice bookstore vibe and a decent amount of space, not overcrowded with merchandise but not leaving that empty feeling. They can also order stuff you dont see or send it straight to your mailbox.

So this place is pretty cool. They have a great selection of kids books, and the best pet is that they have a pretty decent toy section. I like to buy kids books and reward my little ones with a toy every time they finish a book. The folks that work here are really nice people and very helpful.

The man who checked me out told me about a special they had and was very knowledgable about the books I was buying to use with a client. And he was full of smiles and humor. Awesome experience.

Great place, have so many different books, toys etc..

Employees are nice. They are willing to help you out always and even take you to the books so do not get lost. Even though not looking for books, they have a selection of toys that keeps you entertained. You can be yourself in the books without being shamed for what you like.

The salsa was good the server was good with helping me with select a lunch entree.... I have had better Mexican dishes but I would return and try it again.

They got books

Almost all the books you could ever need, when I went for a specific book they didnt have it but offered to order it. Ended up with a different book and it was great so over all a good place to book shop.

Im not sure if there a truly one million books here but they have a very large collection for sale, this is also a good place to try if Barnes and Noble doesnt have the book you are looking for.

My children like to go to this Books a Million because it is conveniently located inside Potomac Mills. Large variety of games, magazines, toys, even shirts and socks in addition to books. Recommend

Good spot for some discounted books or other miscellaneous items. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the store was clean and well organized, and I was able to find what I was looking g for at a reasonable price.

Very large store and sometimes has a few sales. I remember getting a deal on some manga I wanted. But the problem is sometimes trying to find the books you want. Browsing is always fun but searching for a title or author could sometimes be a problem. To be honest a lot of book stores lately seem to be having issues organizing their stock.

I love everything in this store, except that almost everything is overly priced and I could definitely find a better deal somewhere else, otherwise the books are great and staff.

An entertaining store to walk through. More like an FYE than a cook store, but perhaps thats smart and a necessity these days since book stores are closing all the time. Lots of toys, electronics, and collectables. Nice selection of POPS. Customer service is almost non existent.

Very nice bookstore featuring a few very interesting finds id never seen before. I was pretty surpried at the selection they had. I spent about a hour in there and it felt like 10 minutes. The employees were great and didnt preasure me. If only they had a little cafe in here itd be perfect.
