My experience- i did the responsible thing by buying my textbook(access code included) as my teacher mentioned on the syllabus. The teacher messed up the versions so i went to return on my first day of class but the manager said to get deans approval first(this took 3 weeks.) Thankfully the dean approved and the kind manager returned it but my book didnt come shrink wrapped and the cashier kept my baggie so it had partial rain damage(not my fault even though they thought it was kind of) but at the end they did give me back a full refund. I wont ever be going back to any college bookstores because of the migraine i went through and i also recommend using Chegg.

•The staff is seemingly not knowledgeable about information packing to NOVA•The school is uninviting to new people, no where to park, paid parking is all there is ($2/hr) & everything takes several hours, plus they charge student a parking lot maintenance fee EVERY semester even if they dont drive.•Ive written several emails about all the concerns/problems were having being new to the area & the school & no one has returned responded. Rude.

Staff very helpful! Books easy to find - organized by class.

Busses come every 45 minutes. Vending machines expensive dont buy from them. Signing up is really easy just go to the website or do it in person.

Do not ever buy ANYTHING from here. Staff is rude and incompetent beyond belief and prices are overinflated. Youll get better service and prices if you shop on Amazon.

DO NOT BUY YOUR TEXTBOOKS FROM HERE. AMAZON IS CHEAPER. I bought 2 textbooks from here a week after my class started, I went to return these books 5 days after I bought them and I was told I cannot return them because my class had already started over a week ago. I payed nearly $300 for them and Im being told I cannot return unopened textbooks. They have this ridiculous highway robbery one week return policy for the textbooks you buy. If you buy a textbook and your class has already started you can only return the books within that first week of class. Alot of the text books have no binding which means you have to buy the textbook instead of rent it and you cant return any of them in for some money back. What is someone who pays out of pocket supposed to do? If you go on Amazon you can rent the same book and edition for a much cheaper price and the textbook has a binding. I payed less than $100 to rent both books on Amazon.
