The date is Sunday 11/19/2017. Store opens up at 10am, I got there at 1015 and door was locked. I looked inside and saw two females who made eye contact with me and completely ignored me. I waited another 10 mins outside the door in the cold and then knocked on the door, again they looked up at me and still ignored me. Even if they werent open and I was there at the wrong time, why couldnt you acknowledge my existence? Im a local business owner and its a true shame that you treat your customers with such disrespect. How is this store still operating? Definitely will drive the extra distance to dale city and give them my business (which is 15+ lines I intend to buy for my small business) 1.5 star rating really makes sense now and Id give it 0 stars if I could. Hopefully they can figure out their issues, I dont want to see a failing business because of something so simple as customer service. Good luck to the owner!

I will not be doing business with these people no more they are so rude and dont do anything to help there customers... AFTER lying about prices and I got a lemon phone and they refused to even help me with it when there is a 3 day in store policy and I brought it back the second and 3rd day and they actually got loud with me and kicked me out of the store... I will be going back to triangle/ Dumfries boost and sticking with them

Disrespsctful staff ! WHO THE HELL ALOWED THEM TO WORK THERE ? Someone called me & hung up on my face from this store / number and since i have called back 6 times the first 2 times they picked up and hung up on my face, the other 4 times they have not picked up. I no longer wish to continue my service with boost mobile. This is not ok and judging by the other reviews clearly this store and management has ISSUES .

The worst phone service ever!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They DO NOT know how to do their job right. No customer service whatsoever. They even have children in there as if the job/ workplace is a daycare. Go to MetroPCS or something else. If you go here you will regret it.

I am never going to understand a business..with employees..incopentents..boy arriving four times 39 minutes before they close and the staff inside the closed door did not attend to me the business is kept from the customer. But I think the owners do not care about bad service ... they should better close
