They lie,They say to activate the line is $20( then can’t waive the activation)Then they tell you: we give you this tempered glass, (or this charger free) to which you say yes because is “free”. Once you check the… receipt they gave you, they actually sold you the items. Once you call to complain about it, they sinply say: come back to the store and return your items and we then will change you the activation this time. That is a shady practice: they selling items promising there are free to push up their sales. I reported it to corporateThey sold me a charger and now a tenpered glasss like that, i was told they were free

Please do not go to this Metro pcs!!! There no good. I got a new cell phone and told the guys to make sure he put insurance on the phone and he did not. My phone got messed up and come to find out the guy never put the insurance on there. When I tried to get help I could not get any help what so ever

This particular location is great. Its a not the closest one to me but i still take the trip because the knowledge of products and promotion as well as customer service is excellent every visit. My most recent experience was purchasing two phones, this employee Karen Varel... Was very patient and advising she gave me multiple options that were cost efficient. They never try to up sale you which is another thing i like. I would definitly recommend this particular Metro PCS location

I wouldn’t even give a one sta. I always come to this store and never had a problem. I went today after talking with someone from metro on the phone and they would not sell me a SIM card. I have five lines and never had problems but I won’t return to this store!

I took my daughter to upgrade her phone. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all her questions and even helped her pick out a phone case. She was happy. Im happy. Phone service is great too. Love the prices and the convenience of the location.

Im not sure of Metro PCS as a company, but DO NOT go to this particular dealer. I went to the one in Patomac Festival and they didnt have the device I wanted so they sent me to this one. Immediately they tried to sell me something I didnt want. All I wanted was a hotspot portable device. A. They overcharged me for the device after they gave me a different price. B They were not supposed to sell only a hotspot device. So I went to check my balance and the operator said they couldnt look up my account because they needed to verify the phone number, which I didnt have because I only purchased a hotspot. I continued to talk to the sales rep and she told me that they cannot sell a hotspot portable device without a cellphone plan. This place is shady!

Nothing better than Metro PCS!! NOTHING!! I left Sprint after 35yrs of being with them bcuz of their increases in my monthly bill every month..hidden fees, maintenance fees, administrative fees etc. I now have the same service for 56.00 a month and that includes insurance INSTEAD of 86-93.00 from Sprint and no so-called taxes EITHER!!!
