If I could give this location zero stars I would. I havent rented from them in years due to the bad customer service. When I did rent from them, I paid off 3 large items. The last item (which was a big screen TV) was paid but not before them harassing me over ONE late payment. I didnt ignore them, I called to ask for a 2 week extension. Prior to that, I had paid off two items with no late payments and the last item was almost paid. I had ran into a financial difficulty and just needed that one extension. They came to my house all the time and called me everyday. Long story short, I did pay the TV and NEVER rented from them again. I went to Aarons about a year later when I needed a few more things and paid off 3 more items with them with NO harassment. I needed one extension on a game system I purchased and Aarons totally worked with me. The GM also gave me a generous discount on the final payment for being such a good customer. I havent needed to rent for a very long time but I am thankful for Aarons for being there when I needed to. Last but not least, this pandemic has caused serious hardship for many Americans, Rent A Center doesnt care about that. They call my phone once a day regarding account that doesnt even belong to me! Ive told the Manager at the Woodbridge location to NOT call me anymore and she still does. I was used as a reference but never even got a call from them verifying that I was a reference! They think that they can just call and harass people that have nothing to do with an account. Newsflash, there is something that can be done. I will be writing a formal letter to the company requesting that the harassment stops and from there I will be filing a complaint if it doesnt cease. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE!

Do Not I repeat do not rent anything from them roaches were in my house and I dont have roaches I rented furniture because my family was coming to visit. I was so stressed and embarrassed. I rented it for a month Im begging them to take it back. To think that this furniture turned my anxiety to paranoia. I have to throw all my food away because I dont know if the roaches been in there. I have been living in my apt for 4 months nothing until I rent their furniture and all I see is a roaches coming out of the furniture. I would not recommend this place. I am so angry

Due to whats going on in the world, you would think RAC would have a heart and half payments. NOPE!!!! Watched at least 3 homes my community have furniture taken due to nonpayment! Disgusting!

This place is ridiculous I will NEVER rent from them again they charge a arm & leg for old ass furniture and then has the audacity to add $7.50 for late fees on EACH ACCOUNT Im better off going to Aarons paying ONCE (1) a month with a one time $5 late fee &....... Get WAY...... better service and a better deal on everything and paying a lesser price then to top it off EVERYONE at the damn store NEVER knows what the hell their talking about they all pass the phone to different ppl when talking to me on the phone it ridiculous how even the store manager Chad will even tell me that his workers dont know anything Lol! Im over Rent A Center they can have that OVER PRICED cheap ass furniture and shove it where the sun dont shine just like Color Tyme went out of business Im sure sooner or later rent a center will too they dont have one ounce of good customer service and if they call what they dish out customer service then their WHOLE team needs to go back in training and try again. I will be getting a petition signed to have the Establishment removed from feather stone plaza its just ridiculous how rent a center is ripping people off and stealing hard working money out of Americans pockets Chad, Jorge & Andre all suck at rent a center!!!!

This NASTY place brought BED BUGS into my home! The young girl who picked it up took pictures and Everything! This used twin bed had been MARKED from the location they had picked up from.. Tho it did come from another location, the delivery guys SHOULD have seen this box springs was marked. So they pick it up on day 4, it took them 9 dang days and then i get a FIRST phone call saying this guy was from Terminex to do an inspection.. NINE DAYS!! Sorry, but I have pets and children. So, it was an emergency call after 5 days and the cleaning company came out on day 8 to scrub and spray. YES SCRUB.. those bugs are small and hide deep in the fibers of carpets where the girl who picked up the bed says they do not.. So, It has now been 3 months and I STILL have not recieved my money I had to put out to protect my home. The lady manager at the store treats me like crap and tries to make me hush in the store and put s me off and tell e the CORPORATE office is the ones dropping the ball. I AM NOT AT FAULT and I am belittled by this manager. When I just want them to reimburse my $160 dollars ... not even the 2 days off of work to deal with this, not the doctor bill because the perso nthat slept in the bed for 2 nights got bitten over 40 times.. yep the doctor noted it... not even $200 of silk drapes that had to be disposed of because they were against that bed... I have never had bugs in my house and I be damned if I will . I have EVERY right to care for the problem since they took NINE DAYS to even contact me. Then this lady managers LIES to me about CORPORATE and gives THEM the bad rep for her actions of treating me like crap. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS. I am more than likely going to a lawyer soon about this. Putting my family at risk and treating me below human standard. I am sure he lawyer will make out better than me, but they should really respond to someone. AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT! I mean come on... I am out $500 and only want my reimbursement which I gave them proof of via the invoice is $160.. well in court I will be demanding MUCH MUCH MORE.

Rented for a month, they have come and picked it up and still calling every day for a payment, never went behind. Stay away from these clowns poor excuses for customer service.

My brother went there to rent an Xbox one they said first payment would be almost $90 then every week a $100 thats straight up stupid for a used one thats ridiculous cant believe this place exists.

This place has bed bugs my kids was sitting on one of their couches and notice a bed bug when we mentioned it to them they tried to tell us it wasnt a bed bug that we seen it was a roach either way a roach or bed bug that is still nasty then have the nerve to have attitudes and bad customer service is there any number I can call to report them because Id hate to have some one go home with bed bugs or roaches from this establishment
