Anna Maria was soooo helpful to me and my mom. My moms phone went completely berserk and we couldnt access anything or even get it to turn on! We walked in the store and iness than 3 minutes, she resolved the issue. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. She also taught us what to do in the event that it occurred again. Would def go back with any other issues!

I went into this location to get help with a replacement phone and all the employees seemed very uninterested because I was not there to purchase a new phone. They blew me off and really did not want to help and they made it very obvious. This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced. I do not recommend this location.

Visited ATT store in Woidbridge VA. Mo was polite & efficient. He was helpful & immediately got me hooked up with a new phone number and SIM card for an old Apple phone of mine. He explained everything & within 30 minutes I was finished. Resolved an irritating problem for me. Kudos to Mo. He is a credit to AT & T & Woodbridge store.

I found that it was time to upgrade my iPhone after using my old one for nearly 6 years. I went to the AT&T store in Woodbridge, and had a very positive experience. When I entered the store I was immediately greeted and offered assistance from a very nice, and very professional young woman, Sandy R. She never pressured me into any purchases, but was very helpful in asking questions about what I was looking for, and determining what I really needed as opposed to what I “wanted”. I never felt rushed, taken advantage of or manipulated into any purchases whatsoever.

Super star Customer Service! Stephanie Ann was awesome I came in to get a SIM card and walked home with life fixed! She helped me lower my monthly bills, get AT&T TV and even a new phone! Cant be happier! This is bar none one of the best encounters Ive ever had at AT&T! Great job! Anamaria Toia her customer service skills amazing. We got there about 30 min before closing, because the other at&t didnt have the phone I wanted to upgrade to. She was so kind and open to helping us, super friendly, and personable really trying to get our needs met. While still explaining how everything would work, very informative in all areas also giving us a bit more detial about our bill since my dad has been a customer FOREVER. Giving us a sense of clarity and comfort. Needless to say I was really left satisfied. She deserves to grow in this company she definitely had manger skills. Been having issues since I got a new iphone last year and my SIM card stopped working a few days ago. Came in and got a replacement quickly from Jibril who was amazing. Hopefully the new SIM card works.

I wanted to take the time to praise AT&T. As a long time Verizon customer for over 13 years I was hesitant for a switch but knew change was needed.The store was clean and everyone was wearing a mask so thank you for that. Employee by the name of Asa assisted me with my switch and was nothing short of exceptional service. The manager Oscar greeted me and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Watching him greet the customers as they walked in and speaking to his staff courteously was refreshing.This service is rare these days so I wanted to drop in and give this store kudos. The local Sams Club torqued up my order. I went into this shop and theyve been able to address most of the problems Ive had.In effect, the jurys out on AT&T. Sams was strike one. I keep having nightmarish experiences with their 800-helpline (strike 2). However, I do recommend this store (a solid single up the middle).

Sandy is amazing!!!! I tried to get the new iPhone 12 four times online and was unsuccessful. She was profesional and knowledgeable and was able to help me without any issues! I went into the store to consider upgrading my iPhone. My service rep was very knowledgeable of the features of each of the iPhone 11 products. I even told him about the promotion a competitor was having. We compared the prices and the services. As it turned out, I would receive more for money with AT&T. He even looked at my current plan and explained how I could improve it. As a result of my impeccable customer service, I decided to also try out the new AT&T cloud base home TV product. I applaud the guys at the Stone Bridge AT&T Store.

My wife had a balance due and we had to many questions of why that was on our account, of course he was very patient with me and at the end we had to pay in order to get the new phone for our cousin. I had a great experience yesterday at the AT&T store. A store employee, Sandy, assisted me with a SIM card issue. I ended up buying a new phone largely because of the great customer service. Sandy was knowledgeable, professional, and even practiced social distancing.

Arnold was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I came in just before closing. He sounds like the person to talk to when shopping for plans.

This is the best experience I’ve had the Manager Kevin was very patient and helpful in explaining everything with the insurance claim and helping me complete again. If I need anything in the future definitely will come back!!

If I could rate this experience as a negative amount of stars, I would. This AT&T location has the worst customer service and are completely unwilling to help customers in need. The retail manager in particular was extremely disrespectful and attempted to argue with me several times instead of working with the situation. My experience with this company thus far has been poor and lackluster; I do not recommend choosing this provider or this location for service.

This is by far my best experience with At&t Tech support. My mom and I had the pleasure of meeting the Tech supervisor Martin. He was incredibly helpful and very kind. He made sure we were satisfied before leaving the store. He made the wait worthwhile. Initially we had decided if we didnt get good customer service we were going to take our business somewhere else but Martin changed our minds. Hes a real asset!

Josh had great customer service during my experience in the AT&T Store at Potomac Town Place. During my visit, he also noticed that the previous representative who added my iPad on my account was overcharging me for two lines instead of a single one. Josh corrected my account with no problem! Overall, I walked out with a new iPhone XS Max and a lower phone bill per month. A Win! Thank you, Josh!

I am not quite sure how the hiring process works at AT&T, but I strongly believe the manager at this location Oscar, somehow slipped through the cracks. He is useless. He told me and my wife to go online to do what we came into the store to do. Horrible customer service. Didnt even speak to us when we entered the store and he acted like our needs werent important. I would never recommend going to this location. However, I would recommend you all FIRE OSCAR.

John was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable. The phone I bought was dead on arrival and it was the last in the store. My previous phone wasnt working so he called around to other stores and even the apple store to figure it all out for me. It was only frustrating that apple made a defective product, but John handled it like a champ. This is my main AT&T store from now on. Plus if you have to wait, or backup your phone theres a ton of nice restaurants to enjoy :)

The representative I worked with today was excellent!!!

I arrived 5 minutes after the store opened, and it took about 5-10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me and took my name. I watched one guy sit around twiddling his thumbs, watching the TV, and occasionally talking on the phone. I was told the reason he wasnt helping me was hes not a sales rep, but a tech support. Likewise, a person who arrived after I had been there for 20 minutes was helped right away by another one of these tech guys, while I continued to WAIT for a sales rep. I had explained I was here about the free-phone upgrade, and it took asking 3 different people until they even showed me which phones were free to upgrade to. After 40 minutes of not being helped, I had to head back to work.

I had to go to AT&T twice in the past week because I unfortunately bought my phone from Best Buy and was scammed by the Geek Squad. I was helped by two different employees and they both couldnt have been more helpful!! Best Buy could learn from AT&Ts customer service!!

Returned Apple Watch to this location. Walked in and spoke to Asa. After revealing I purchased the watch online only 3 days prior and wanted to return/exchange the item, Asa proceeded to charge me a $45 return fee. He spent little time researching and just insisted on charging me to send me out the door. Once charged, i showed him the AT&T document that stated no restock fees if returned within 14 days. His response was “sorry bud too late now”. Not once did he offer to make it right... This location clearly needs to work on their customer service skills. I spent the next hour on the phone with AT&T who gladly refunded his screw up.

If I could give a zero I would. I called to inquire about trade ins and lady on the phone said no I know what you are trying to do and I wont allow you to come into the store and get credit for your phone, it doesnt work that way. I just couldnt believe that they spoke to me this way. I am going to try to find out who the regional manager of this place is and file a formal complaint. You dont speak to customers like that, I dont give a rats a** what you are going through, you dont treat people like that, specially if they want to bring business to you. Do not go here, its just a bunch of high school drop out kids not even trying to professional at all.

Absolutely horrible experience. The assistant manager is awful. They try to take advantage of their customers and scam to take their money. They are very confrontational and rude. I would stay away from this store unless you enjoy rude people who try to screw you over.

When I was an AT&T customer I bought two phones from this location. Customer service was slow, but well-intentioned. The store doesnt get busy, but you wont be in and out under any circumstances. The employees were always knowledgeable and professional. Im no longer an AT&T customer, but I recommend this location if youre unfortunate enough to have AT&T service.

I had the worst experience you cam imagine... i was scammed. I came into the store to purchase an iPhone. I was told that my old plan had expired and that in order for me to receive my unlimited internet i needed to sign up for direct tv. After signing up for direct tv. I called 611 and i was told that my account still has unlimited and that i didnt need to add direct tv... i went to cancel Direct tv and i was as told i needed to pay a cancellation fee. The staff there scammed me in order to meet their quota of new accounts. WOREST SERVICE EVER.

Came here for a SIM card, person who helped me did not readily know what kind of SIM card the new Nexus 5 takes, so he ended up giving me the wrong one. However the transaction was relatively quick and painless so would recommend them.

So after waiting until Noon to get in, when I get in their damn tablets are not communicating with the server which translates into a longer wait time, of course. This store is already a miserable place to be. Ridiculous.

Ive been coming here since it opened up some years ago but The new management here is terrible! The lady is extremely rude and condescending and totally unwilling to help. Most recently she tried to make go back home with a Note 7 AFTER the final recall asking customers to return them for full refunds. It wasnt until I involved AT&T customer support that she caved and gave me my refund.

If you like sitting and waiting on very long lines and basically wasting two hours of your time then this is the location for you good luck with this. Thats why I switched over to T-Mobile

Worst experience in my life. Went to buy a Galaxy view and Juan decided it was necessary to do my finances I guess. Told him I didnt come to get my finances done, I came to buy a product. Then asked to speak to the manager and he was just as bad. News flash I understand you may deal with younger folks in a daily basis or others who dont track their finances. I have control if my finances ir else I wouldnt have came to buy a product. Also, when dealing with Juan be careful he likes to HISS as if he his a kid again, when challenged about his ability to do his job. Never will step foot in this store again.
