Wow! Ali is amazing! I’ve been going to a different cell phone repair place that costs a fortune and that wouldn’t last. They had the best price and initially my iPad screen looked to be replaced. But I suppose you get what you pay for.... there are two variables that make up a good screen repair. 1) The quality of the replacement screen. 2) making sure it’s professionally installed. They skipped out on both... The first thing I noticed, the day after I got it back, was that the screen would start to cave-in as I pressed down on it. There was also a few dust specs that got inside of the screen that I always see every time I look at my iPad. Unfortunately I’m a bit ocd so it’s not fun.. lastly, the screen started easily cracking again and I’m very protective of it considering I had just broken the screen... i’m sure I’m not the only one that they’re delivering me Stellar results to. It makes sense why they have such a good ratings because it initially looks good and it was cheap. But again, to summarize, you get what you pay for.

The guy behind the counter didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming when I first walked into the store, but he got the job done well pretty quickly and at a better price than other cell repair places in the mall. He charged me $70 to replace my iPhone 7 screen and I got a glass screen protector with it too. Came out to about 75 bucks after tax and there doesn’t seem to be any problems with the screen.

Went to cell doc to replace my battery for my Galaxy S8 . They told me my battery was working fine and doesnt need to be changed at this time. I really appreciated their honesty because they could have easily made a sale. I highly recommend them on their honesty.

I’ve been coming to Cell Doc for about 4 years now. Their customer service is amazing, they tell you exactly what’s going on with your device and they will show you what the problems are and what needs to get fixed. The prices are great and they are very quick and efficient. I recommend that people go there.

Very curt and unprofessional. Did not where masks during consultation, and disregarded hygiene and current sanitation procedures during coronavirus. Has no official prices, as the one who was willing to repair my screen gave a random price instead of breaking it down and explaining why the price is so high. Very rude, and I suspect they were saying poor things about customers in another language so that I could not understand. I am displeased, and will not be going back.

Took my Note 9 to two different repair shops (phone wouldnt charge) One couldnt fix it and the other one didnt even attempt to fix it. Finally found Cell doc at Woodbridge mall. He walked me through what wasnt happening in the phone replaced some parts and voila it was charging. One man show definitely knows these devices. Went to get my screen replaced, took ~40 minutes and cost $250. Screen brightness settings no longer work correctly, biggest regret of my life going here. All the other reviews are super suspect, trust me and save yourself, go elsewhere.

I had a phone repaired here where they replaced the screen and the digital back in August. Unfortunately the repair did not last (its only been exactly 35 days since the repair). We went there tonight too see if we could get it fixed under warranty. Unfortunately we were met with terrible customer service. Very disappointed in this company, Cell Doc.Within the ten minutes we were in the store, they found four reasons the phone was not under warranty.1) the phone was damaged (how did you come to that assumption without taking it apart? There is no sign of damage. )2) the digital part under the screen is no good (but you install the screen and digital as a set. Wouldnt they both enjoy the same warranty)3) you dont have a store receipt. (You acknowledged you remember me and I can show you my credit card statement.4) the warranty is only good for 30 days, you came in on August 15th, it is now the 20th. (Really dude? 5 days?)I would highly recommend finding an alternate phone repair service. This company does not stand behind their service or their products. I understand a warranty for 30 days is a warranty for 30 days but the phone was never dropped, never received water damage, and was not crushed or damaged in any way. The screen which is only 35 days old went bad without any cause. They refused to fix the screen and we ended up leaving with the broken phone. This seems to be a manufacturers defect and although its 5 days past warranty it was a lot of money to get the screen replaced ($215.00 with tax). Not only did they refuse to fix the screen they wanted us to pay another $215 to fix it. Thats $430 in one month and 5 days for a screen repair.I will never do business with this company again and I highly recommend if you are reading this review you find another place.
