Richie Rich was great...he was able to resolve the APP issue I 2as having.

Fourth time I go in to sign up for home internet. More than 8 hours so far. Today, 4 hours later and Im still waiting to confirm home internet. This is not for lack of trying by staff at the store - more so the folks at the customer service. SMH

I initially had a bad experience at this store, but the store manager followed up and tried to make it right. Still working through a few issues with them but they do have some pretty knowledgable associates.

I was in last night about an hour before closing because my phone was broken and I needed a new one. The guy who assisted was super helpful and I felt he went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a great one. He answered all of my questions, gave me a recommendation on a phone, gave me a demonstration on the functionality, and was really helpful on helping pick out accessories. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could mention it in this review because he definitely deservers a shout out.

I called in earlier regarding how to go about closing a deceased persons account. The lady (whom you could tell by her tone, didnt know what to say) asked if she could place me on hold, leaves me on hold for about five seconds and hangs up my call. Didnt think much of it, so I went ahead and call again, they didnt pick up my call. I called about three more times before giving up. Clearly, if you do not know the answer to a question, just say that. If you do not have good customer service, dont work for a company that relies on CUSTOMER SERIVICE.

I am only giving this location a 3 out 5 due to the lack of knowledge on a promotion. Everyone was very nice and respectful; however, before I went to the store I called to make sure a certain promotion applies to my account. As I was told it was, even after I clarified again that it would apply to me, I headed over to the store and waited patiently for about 45 minutes to be told that it does not apply to my account. I appreciated the kindness from everyone but it really sucks when you take the time out and call ahead and make sure a promotion applies to you, to come to find out after waiting that it does not. Overall, please be aware of your promotions as this is a pivotal factor in your customer service.

The young lady Maria Vargas was very helpful! Took care of all my needs. I will continue to use only this branch.

Bad attitude with no help at all visits last couple days ago

I am a long standing customer with T-Mobile, I was very upset after having to return my phone which is still under warranty back to the store within 2 month, The young Gentleman that was there charged me to return another phone that was the second replacement. I was not a happy customer. I believe that to be poor customer service. I called T-mobile customer service number and they. Issued me a credit. I just know that to keep happy customers sometimes you have to use commons sence, and good judgement.
