I will not be shopping here anymore. The customer service was terrible. My 2 year old was reaching for a shirt that I told her she could grab for me and the employee said “ah ah ah” and told my toddler to stop. She’s lucky I didn’t curse her out and I continued to walk away. Then I needed help at the self checkout and the employee ignored me when I asked for her help and continued to play on her phone. She only helped when someone told her I needed help then proceeded to stand over me while I was bagging my things as if I was a trying to steal and asked for my receipt as if she didn’t just watch me like a hawk when I paid.

Love the store and curbside pickup. But they often stop/start carrying specific products and I’m forced to drive on I-95 to pick up from the next closest store. If you’ve ever driven this hwy in Virginia you know how long a 5 mile drive can take. It’s not worth it; I go elsewhere. Even ordering certain items for delivery means they arrive melted. Again, I go elsewhere.

It took a long time to get this store in order but it is so beautiful now! I love to shop this location! 10/10

I want to commend Wilbert for going above and beyond in customer service. No distilled water on shelf. Someone called back to him. He came out to specifically tell me it take 15 minutes to get it from the back. Came back in 10 minutes. Definition of great customer service. Saved me a trip to another store. Kudos Wilbert.

Overcharging people on mask during a pandemic smh. Such a shame. 25 mask for 12$ While Walgreens down the street doing 50 mask for 15$

This Starbucks location in Target is the ONLY Starbucks in Woodbridge that can make a brown sugar oat milk espresso perfectly. It’s consistently made perfectly no matter who the barista is, which is not the case at the other other Starbucks locations.

Needed a gift. Stopped at this Target and found what I needed.

If youre a woman looking for clothing, you have the entire store, if youre a man however, you have one TINY section the size of a prius. Not kidding. I hope you like one size of white T-shirts and one color of jeans on a dinky rack.. cause theres ACTUALLY nothing else. Go literally anywhere else if youre looking for Mens clothing. Women however, you have the pick of the entire several thousand square foot store and every clothing item in every season you can imagine. Have fun. Men, Go to Walmart instead. Complete waste of time.

I live near by and come here often. Its way better than going to the local wal mart. I appreciate that they keep their facility clean and clean their carts. I feel they are the only business Ive seen with shopping carts that actually clean them. Keep up the good work!

Staff are helpful and the prices are some of the cheapest for a range of items, including electronics and home goods.

Wish they would have some of their employees that are standing around inside the store talking, pick up the trash that is all over the parking lot. Very disappointed when I got out of my car to see, dirty masks, rubber gloves, fast food wrappers, plastic bags all over the parking lot. Such an eye sore and very, very bad for the environment.

I ordered for pick up from this Target for the same day. Four hours later, my order was still processing and not ready. I spoke with the manager who did not have any helpful explanation. Luckily, I came into the store 15 minutes before they were closing to buy the items that were ordered online. The experience was so frustrating. I waited around all evening for the order only to be told that it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow! That is not acceptable. The staff should continually review the orders that come in and process them. Customers rely on the pick up option and expect the process to work!

The baby area is a disaster, there are boxes anywhere, products are missing...

My Target is a one-stop shop - carry almost everything. My only complaint (not really a complaint) is that I go in there for one or two things and come out with half the store lol.

I absolutely love using the drive up pick up option that Target offers! It is so convenient to place an order on my phone and so long as its early enough, be able to pick it up the same day. The pickup area is clearly marked and all you have to do is hit the Im here button on your phone and your order is on the way out 😁.

Easy shopping experience. Store is pretty well stocked except for paper products. They get deliveries daily so its possible to find essentials. Senior shopping available Tuesday and Wednesday at 8-9am.

At first, it was difficult to navigate the store, because of the new set up. But, the customer service was excellent. The staff went above expectations to help me navigate the store and help me with my purchases. I had contact with several employees and each one offered great customer service, were courteous, and friendly. I fully enjoyed my shopping experience.

I Love target prices are high but the customer services is unmatched.

Stores are clean, organized, and well laid out. Waiting lines to check out are also short and controlled by staff to help eliminate long wait times. Staff are quite friendly and are quick to assist shoppers with questions/ concerns. The stores I shop at have active and well identified security on site. In addition; A key reason I shop at the stores I do is because thankfully there is no undesired loitering or disruptive behavior at the entrances. Very much appreciated. A devoted customer.

Great shopping experience. I came here on and errand after Walmart. It was like going from a swarming mass of humanity fighting through the aisles and checkout to a calm, pleasant shopping experience.

They will not honor the price tag

I like shopping at this Target, and I like the renovation that they completed last year. My only gripe is they have all of those registers, and usually, only one or two of them are open, especially at night. I dont get it. There shouldnt be a line forming at 9:30pm. People shop late to get in and out fast.

The cashier was very helpful. But I was disappointed that grocery was very limited. But overall very happy with target.

Oh my gosh I was in the checkout line today with my teenage daughter and after putting our items on the counter the associate at the register told my daughter to move 6 feet away from me. We were in shock as my daughter told her it’s ok we are related and are together. The associate said ok but we are doing social distancing in the store. NOBODY TELLS ME AND MY DAUGHTER THAT WE HAVE TO BE 6 FEET APART!! My daughter was so insulted she had to just walk away. Social distancing applies to NON FAMILY MEMBERS! So we are separating mothers and their children now in Target? I think not. Please educate your associates on the rules our Governor has implemented. It certainly does not include what happened today.

The store is easy enough to shop in - it’s a Target store. As long as you know what you want, and don’t need to interact at all with the sales floor staff, the shopping experience is a breeze. However, don’t expect the sales staff to ever approach you to offer help - I’ve only seen this happen on a couple of occasions at the Woodbridge store in the five years I’ve shopped there. In contrast, every other Target store I’ve visited when I’m out of town has staff that is helpful and friendly.

Price but high, quality not there yet for what you pay for. It’s clean and great parking lot easy to get there,

Great store to shop at every time

Staff was rude, shelves were empty and only one register was open. The parking lot is littered with garbage. Very disappointed. It’s bad when I ask a sale associate for help finding a item and tell me to use the Target kiosk / terminal because they were busy. Gee sorry to bother you.

SHOP TARGET! I like the variety of items they carry plus the ease of running in to grad something quick when I need it. Great resource for families and childrens clothing as well as household items. Makes one stop shopping easy for me and the return or replace policies are really wonderful and easy!

Lines move fast and they open new registers quickly. You can always find someone to ask for help and they always find away to help. I love the order online and I can choose to have someone else do the picking up.

The store is clean and well organized. If you need any extra assistance but are not fond of talking to people such as myself then you can look things up in the app and it will tell you what aisle there are in. AMAZING!

I live really close to this Target and they have a great variety of groceries, clothing and toys. However Ive noticed that right now (a week before Christmas) they have limited childrens books on stock and also have last years Samuel Adams summer ale on the shelves. They just reconstructed their whole store so Im a bit disappointed that I cant go get Sam Adams Winter ale so close to home.

I used to enjoy shopping at target (Woodbridge) but I Cant shop here no more this place is a mess and i cant find anything..will shop elsewhere for awhile!

Manager Krystal at the potomac mills location goes above and beyond to assure Target provides excellent customer service. When making a large purchase, my 20% coupon did not work. She made sure to fix the problem. The store itself is nice too but customer service is super important!

I was looking for a K-cup carousel, found one online at Target, purchased it with PayPal, got an email receipt. Less than an hour later I stopped by the store, and the customer service clerk looked up my order, went to the back room and emerged 30 seconds later with my product in hand. It couldnt have been any easier, or quicker! Very satisfied.

Their is this homeless guy and he is always looking at me and my grandma whenever we get food he, makes me feel really uncomfortable besides that i love target and the workers are really nice.

Most of the staff is awesome make my drink perfect but there is one .. Indian guy who burnt y cookie and ads my drink HIS way. 6 pumps instead of two what I asked for. Didn’t have time to wait so here we are..

It is a Target, a great alternative to shopping Walmart. Just like with Walmart ... do not shop for food here!!!Target is a great store for housewares, which is pretty much all I come here for. I have yet to experience out-of-stock items I want to purchase.This location is very well lit but has poor visible signage to assist in navigating the store.I have not yet dealt with any employees so I have no clue what the customer service is like ... just hope better than at Columbia Heights in DC.

Food refrigeration issues! Overall, Ive really liked this store, but theyve been going through a renovation in which theyve moved their refrigerators and freezers around - likely allowing food to go unrefrigerated in the process.I just got a carton of already spoiled milk and we got a box of popsicles that had been allowed to fully melt before being frozen again.In the past, this has been a good store, but Id wait at least a couple months after the renovation is done before buying food there.

Always a smooth shopping trip at this location. Great parking options although getting back to Warrenton Rd / i95 during rush hour can be challenging. Options for lunch inside Target as well as typical food chain options.

I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ what is right and wrong anymore? A homeless guy were in Starbucks today and chilling. Security came and ask him to leave because he was there for 4 hours. The weather is cold and it is holiday! ( Starbucks was almost empty) They could be nice and wait until closing. 😔 I felt bad coz he did not have jacket on and it was freezing outside.

I went in earlier yesterday to pick up a few things for my vacation and when i went to the deli and produce area, i noticed that a lot of the lunch meat looked discolored, grey, and expired. It grossed me out completely

This place (Target) is terrible!!! Unprofessional and liar employees.. I was over there to print photo which I did in several places with the same Kodak machines and with application which should be in phone. Before at CVS and in different Target stores employees did it for me for couple minutes and $1.00-$2.00, but this liars and cheaters waste my 40-50 minutes and couldnt print anything for me. I asked them could you please call the manager or someone who know how to do it? She called someone over the phone, but 10 more minutes and nobody came.. at the end they lied to my face that we dont print photo for passport, even thought it was showed on their list! I will never go to that place again!!!

I loved the Target off Prince William Parkway up until they had new management recently. The last several times I visited the store it has been extremely unorganized and nothing was stocked. The shelves were half empty every visit and the store was not clean. It was hard to find things and the Childrens section was a complete disaster every time I visited. The clothes were never on hangers and seemed like staff wasn’t walking through consistently enough to maintain the disruption of common traffic in a store. This used to be my go-to spot when I drove home from work and it offered a nice “break” before returning home to wild kids. It always ended with me purchasing one too many items I didn’t need. Now, I hate going to this store because it’s always unorganized, empty and the staff seems to have no direction. I miss the organization prior to this recent management change, unfortunately.Unhappy customer:(

There is a guy that works there named Wilbert. He overheard my sister asking where an item was. He came up to us and offered to take us right to what we were looking for. We didnt have to go looking for help, he came right to us, I havent seen customer service like that in years.

I frequent this target often, as it is close in distance and the employees are helpful. However, after todays experience it is most likely that I will not be coming to this target again. I have never felt so offended before until today by the employees in this target. My 14 year old cousin and I were followed around the store by security and an employee. We were just shopping for makeup when security came beside us, watched us as we browsed, followed us to check out, AND followed us out of the door. I do not know why they followed us. Were we followed because they profiled us? Was it because we were Asian, females, or young(again, my cousin is 14 and I am 19)? Either way, this is the first time I have experienced something like this and Ive never felt so uncomfortable and unsettled before.

I enter a time warp and experience memory loss every time I enter. I go in to the store for a “quick trip” only to realize it’s been two hours and I only came for toothpaste but found these super cute party favors but I’m not having a party.

This Target is always clean and staffed by friendly staff. The fact that they have some groceries, makes it even more convenient. Though Wal-Mart is a bit cheaper, Target makes up for the cost difference with its convenience, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Target has good quality products, its nicer than Walmart, and less crowded usually than Walmart. Overall its just fun to go see the latest trends in clothing and quality items throughout the store.

This Target was recently renovated. I am still getting used to the new layout but I really like the cleanliness and selection here.

Is nice to shop and the staff is helpful, however theres always a short amount of staff members available on the grocery side, specially the produce and dairy sections, they have a wide variety of product but more often than not is empty. It seems like it gets replenished every other day.

The organization of your Woodbridge store was deplorable! I realize you are reorganizing and/or changing styles for some unknown reason, but you can forget about our family shopping this store again. Everything was in different location and Im not just talking about moved slightly. Shoes were separated from other shoes, food from food and like items from like items. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had! Nowhere was there any advertisement of the disruption or apology for the inconvenience. I left with my entire shopping list unfilled except for one item.
