Dave was courteous and helpful. Got a full synthetic oil change done for my car and it was quick, may be the whole work took 30 to 40 mins. I am hoping there wouldnt be any post oil change issues. I would surely recommend this place for a quick oil change for your car.

Great service. Walked in on a Saturday morning just to see if they had any time available to look at my brakes which were in severe need of replacement. Dave was able to squeeze me in that day and finished the job in just a couple of hours. He was also very informative. No complaints.

Horrible experience here while trying to get a tail light replaced. We live near a police station and one of the officers came out while parked on the street to let us know that our tail light on our minivan was out. We double checked and of course, the tail light was out.Went in to Midas to get the tail light replaced but instead they replaced a non-broken brake light. Picked up the minivan thinking it was all set only to find out later at night the tail light was still not working. We returned only to have them charge us AGAIN for replacing the tail light. When we spoke to the manager, he got very irate and barely let us even speak, claiming we were being condescending. The manager says he has video surveillance of the repair being done and when we asked to see it, he asked are you serious? in the most demeaning and condescending way. He continued to talk aggressively interrupting anytime we tried to speak and threatened to throw us out mid-repair.He claims the tail light went out magically on the same night that we got the minivan back. Incredible.

I had a terrible experience. I would not recommend this facility at all.I called ahead. I Was told I could bring my vehicle down. They would squeeze it in between repairs. I waited 2 hours and they put it on the lift.Then the guy at the counter informed me they couldnt service my vehicle. For an oil change.By now its almost 4 pm sunday and all the other shops had closed.They did not follow covid procedures they had posted on the door. They had the limit of folks waiting inside. So it limited others from entering. The did nit pay any attention to a line forming out side....It was run horribly.

I popped a tire on my way to work, got a spare on and made it to Midas. I dropped off my popped tire and ran to work for my appointment, went back not even an hour later and it was ready and put on in ten minutes. Also got some good advice! Very friendly and helpful staff!!

I always go to Midas of Woonsocket to get my car serviced! The techs are very professional and Dave is very knowledgeable! They service my car quickly and efficiently! I would not go any place else!

There was this mechanic named Edwin, top tier guy at Midas! He helped me with everything i needed and was extremely polite, even broke everything down when i needed help understanding. Definitely recommend coming here!

I normally don’t go out of my way to leave comments but I have to say the guys at my local Midas on Diamond Hill in Woonsocket, RI are great - especially the manager, Dave. They’re always very accommodating and honest. Dave has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions and that’s definitely a rarity in customer service these days. I just want to say thanks to the guys at the shop - you definitely make my life a whole lot easier!

The manager at this store does not listen to your concerns as a customer. He does what he believes is right or wrong with your vehicle, not what you actually want.

My battery died they came to where I was and jumped my car and i was able to go to closest midas and they replaced my battery. It was all last minute and i was in and out within 20 minutes thanks guys

Dave and his team almost always finish quicker and I have never had an issue with cost as he is very fair with prices. He is generally much cheaper than other garages I have been to. Highly recommend coming here for your repair needs.

I have been coming here faithfully for the past couple years. Always great service. They always get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Dave and his employees are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Its a little out of the way from where I live but its worth it to make the trip for good, consistent service.

The service at this Midas location is 100 percent every time. The mechanics there and the owner really take pride in their level of service. They also offer competitive rates. I had no idea how much money I was losing by going thru my dealership. I saved hundreds of dollars by coming to this location. I had my vehicle in for service before a road trip but never should have done that. A week after my service I headed to CT for a comedy show, about a half hour into my drive I had my front left wheel come off my vehicle while on the highway. I tried to go back to the shop and spoke to Dave who was no help at all. Completely unprofessional and no help at all when problems arise.just to update - there was never any help at all with this situation. DONT GO HERE!!!!

The manager Dave Frank told me about an issue with my oil filter as I was going to get an oil change done. Not realizing there was here was a broken piece that the previous place that I gone too broke it and never told me, so I appreciated his honesty very much!

I am a regular customer at this Midas location. Prbabaly 15 years or so. They always tell me the truth. They do excellent work. They never try to up sell me things I don’t need. Some of the work I have had done there over the years? Replace a clutch. New tires. Brakes. Belts,hoses, battery. Oil changes. I recommend this Midas.

Woonsocket Midas ruined my car after engine oil change. one week after oil change its giving engine oil pressure too low, shut off your engine. When i take my car to Midas they completely ignored and they are saying they are not responsible for it. I took it it to some other guy he said they did put wrong viscosity oil, and Midas person agreed to that but he is saying it can also usable by the book. Im dumb about cars I just use not mechanic, you should take care of things what works for it, if i know everything then i can do oil change by myself why do i come to you.....

Car wouldnt start. Charged me 950 for a new fuel pump but the problem persisted. Turns out it was an electrical problem and DAVE refused to refund any money or try to help us at all because he missed diagnosed the problem.
