Easy to order over the phone, friendly staff, easy curb-side pick-up. As always, good quality paint and help with the supplies I needed.

8 times out of 10 they “forget” our order OR they don’t call back when they say they would. We order stuff all the time and rarely get it when they told us. We call and they say it will be here at a certain time and 3-5 hours after the time they stated I CALL BACK and “ we totally forgot “ . This place is a joke. We are working and we are reling on their word to get the job done and it ruins or work day.I’d advise some more communication. When they give me time and don’t call back I’m counting on them to get it done right. Give your costumers a call back if you aren’t going to make it on time so we don’t waste our time.It’s your job to get it right.

Certain times I go in and get treated like a normal paint contractor! Other times I’m treated like I don’t know how to paint. I avoid this store and prefer the location on first street. Less anxiety ordering what I know I need. In this location the sales reps are so knowledgable that they tell you what to buy instead of just taking my request.

Great experience. The staff was fairly young but very professional and knowledgeable. The guy and girl there could not have been older than 30 but knew their trade far beyond their years. I would highly recommend going there.

I would tell them to go to Sherwin-Williams, they are the experts, and theyll tell you what you need or help you with the color or type of paint you need.

Exterior paint is excellent.
