Hello everyone, I had the pleasure of visiting this store at a time where it was not too busy. Late afternoon on the weekend is a good time. There was plenty of staff members working one outside and two at the register that were polite and helpful even with the slightest, smallest inquiry - before purchasing and having to return. I had the pleasure of getting a quick response and a satisfying experience. I recommend this shop. However be mindful that other business hours may affect your experience.

Find a part that didnt find in any 3 AutoZone in my area. They didnt have it at the moment but they order it and next I have it. Good job guys.

Purchased a battery back in June 2020 and it died. Sent someone in to replace it in July 2021 they were given an old battery. Next day alternator went.First thing the manager Raheem says when he looked at it was the battery was old.I told him I needed to test the fuses because after putting in a new alternator several warning lights, dash lights and other things were no longer working, I was concerned about messing about the new battery and alternator and asked if there might be a connection to them blowing(already knowing some of this from the mechanic I dealt with). At which point Raheem started offering a full refund for the battery and a new replacement.Raheem spent another 20 minutes of making a great show of wanting to make me happy without accepting any responsibility and then back pedaled on the refund even though I asked several times about whether he needed the original card, if I needed to sign something .. THEN he refused to put the battery in saying he didnt want to be responsible for anything that might happen as a result of his doing so because of all that Id asked him🤦🏾‍♀️. Oh, and he insisted there was no machine to test fuses when asked if he could check them?!🤷🏾‍♀️ Yet the guy he paid to put my battery in told him there was a tool and brought it with him NONE of these people seemed to know that my car has a battery terminal fuse???I wont go in there if Raheem is working the rest of the guys seem really chill are pleasant, polite and willing to help. Raheem is a weasel that looks out for his own skin and tells you what you want to hear and then renigs lying right to your face like youre stupid!

Always only one person at the register. They are really nice people that work there but we shouldnt have to wait so long to get checked out.

This place appears to be well stocked with auto supplies, and the staff very knowledgeable about parts needed for various auto repairs!!

My car was having battery problems i went there at 6pm I ask one of the employees if they could check my battery their answer was it’s too dark we cannot do it so I had to drive to AutoZone not only they check my battery but they also replaced it with a new one AutoZone thank you

Every order I try to p/u, the item isnt their, come back tomorrow, it has to be ordered from the main office. Their inventory control is horrible. Other Advance Store this isnt a problem but this one, it happens nearly every single time. Its like these employees hide stock to hold for the car wash next door.

PAUL is the type of employee who faults a customer for lack of information in regards to company policies towards customers and transactions. Incredibly RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and basically not a good person. Advance auto parts is TRASH. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION..

The staff is always willing to help, the store is pretty well laid out and seem to always have whatever parts you need....You can purchase online and pick up in store too.

Slow the guy behind the counter didnt know what he was doing when I wanted to return something.. Lady on the floor didnt speak no English. When asked the Manger about electric cleaner spray he said he doesnt know what Im talking about.. Was really disappointed in the customer service all together..

I called for some heater hose. Mr Angel answer and said YES they have it, I asked if he can put them aside and Mr Angel said YES, I told him Ill be there in 10 mins. When I got there the store was empty. I found Mr Angel on the phone talking to a friend and ignore me for 15mins. I believe that this man be reported. Thank you for attention. First time this ever happened to me. And hoping its my last.

Went online to check their inventory for a Meguiar hybrid ceramic wax. Says in stock fast and free pickup. Get there..they didn’t have it. Third time I went in there and showed them online where it says they have it and they don’t. Girl up front says it may be on the truck but they can’t get to it. I go and pick out another chemical guys product and show her the online ad and she tells me they can’t match the price and if I want that price to put it through online. I already came here for a specific item that you don’t have and now they want me to put through the order online to waste even More time when they can override it in the system. The price was 8.24 online and 11.99 in store. If you want those low prices call autozone or go they will match. I called autozone and they matched the price and had the Meguiar in Stock. Easy as one two three. Go to auto zone don’t waste your time at this store their inventory is never right and it seems like an issue anytime something is picked out on the internet. Advance..sell the company back to Carquest.

It is clean and organized. Unfortunately i have had many experiences where they cannot find parts ordered or dont understand inventory. Definately makes me miss stores more out west.

Bought a light bar that was used on the shelf was told it works, went and put it in and went to test it and it doesn’t work, spent a hour and a half putting it in and then I come to return it and they said because it was used it can’t be returned. Find this to be very bad service
