Such a bad experience... Keep me waiting and going back for a simple cash money back I havent even received yet.. Handing out wrong parts!! 😡... Obviously they dont know what they are doing.

Jesus H at the south broadway store was able to help me out to the best of his knocklege and i was abel to fix my car an save $100 on my repairs

Store service is great, but rear parking lot was full of free Lancer mechanics and their costumer, and not enough space for regular Store patrons!

The middle of the day and they have 2 cashiers and theyre doing both payments and helping customers with parts orders. The line was long and it took forever. They need to hire more cashiers.

Very frustrating experience, i drove to the auto zone in Rye purchased brake lights and tail lights bulbs amongst other things after being told they can install them on site. After being purchased i was told they can’t do it, for me to go to a different auto zone. I then drove to the one in central avenue where they too were unable to put them in and was told to call South Broadway location. The office hours are till 10pm, when i called yesterday at 7pm they told me the people who do it left already... fine i called again today and they can only install it right this second if i stopped what I’m doing to get there because their guys leave at 4 and go in at 11am..... when their office hours say 10pm!! That’s a 6 hour discrepancy. What about the people who work?? I’d understand leaving at 6 but at 4? That’s unrealistic and poor service on their end especially because i purchased my auto parts at their franchise. 3 different locations all over the Bronx and Westchester county and not one could do it? Very disappointing.Had i known this i would have just went to pep boys or another automotive store to purchase my materials since this was such a run around.

Nice place good service plenty of parking

I waited a long time in line to ring up two small items. The supervisor was helping someone order something and she also had to assist the two other cashiers with their transactions. It was a bit frustrating.

I bought 2 lower ball joints from here that failed on me a few weeks after I had them installed. When I went back to return them it turns out the person who sold them to me only put that I bought 1 onto the system, even though I clearly had 2 boxes when I came back for the return.. Of course the employees again were of no help so I ended up losing money, having to buy the same piece again.. I explained what happened to a manager at a different AutoZone and he also suggested not to go to this location anymore because weird things like this happen there all the time for some reason. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Auto Zone, anywhere but this place..

I dont know what is going on to this location but workers were very loudly and not taking care costumers at the desk .

Was just in the store and this one female employee did nothing but cursed and complained loudly on how she didnt work to be there, thru the store. Was rude to customers in the store as well as one the phone for the few calls she took. Itll be a long time before I bother going back there. She needs some customer service training.

Have to wait 25 minutes to find out if the carry my motorcycle battery in this store there is not enough help

This is my favourite Auto Zone to shop in my area. They are courteous, helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. If they dont have a part in stock, they have no problem ordering it in. And if they cant get it...Auto Zone doesnt sell it! Love these guys!

Came in on May 18 to purchase a car battery for my Nissan. I called prior and spoke with Jose and he went over all the options. When I showed up to the store I was helped again by Jose and I believe another man who’s name was Jesus. Nice group of guys there and they know their cars. Keep up the great work!

Got my battery replaced here this morning. Quick and helpful. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Fast service at checkout. Found my relevant parts immediately. Serviceman went to my car and immediately installed all the parts.

Sure I got a broken light fixed but what automatic thing will be happening in the zone?

There was very good for us they didnt put the battery in for us so I give them a hundred

Poor customer service like any other autozone, autozone employees treat you like a dog when you ask or need something. Very long time in the line for pay your items. Suggest to training employees about how to treat customers. And hope autozone understand customers frustration from very long time.

Worst customer service ever !!! I went in to buy oil and was told I had to wait o the line to ask wear the oil was just to be directed. Staff was Very unprofessional asking me in his words (WHATS UP ) I didn’t understand what he meant by that proper way to address a customer is how can I help you smh !! Took my money else wear shame on you guys not to mention I was with my daughter! Who’s only 6 stated. They so rude .

On Saturday evening 8/22/20 I went in to find a special type of battery. As I inquired with one of the sales reps, another rep came up and slammed a battery on the table. He then asked if he could be of service, and after I reprimanded him for the action, he proceeded to disdainfully slam another battery on the table! He turned out to be the night manager on duty. Extremely rude and unprofessional! Needless to say I walked out of there empty handed and I will never buy from this store again!

Dont purchase car battery, you would have to replace it every 1yr or 2yr. Get it from the dealer pay a little more is worth it.

These guys offer a really good service. Came over to get a part for my car. They ran diagnostics and replaced the part for free. Of course the part was easily replasable but they were happy to do it. Good job guys.

The manager is very nice and friendly however, the sales guys have no manners. They are extremely rude and do not know how to properly greet customers. AutoZone definitely needs to train their workers before allowing them to work on the floor.

They are helpful here. They will install the windshield wipers I buy from them and they also will hook up their machine if I have an engine light on to diagnose it and if its not an issue they will turn it off. I thank them and will be back to buy more stuff.

Let me say this the level of customer service varies greatly between AutoZone locations. The customer service at the AutoZone in Yonkers is absolutely excellent. Try to avoid the AutoZone on 149th Street in the Bronx.

If you own a car and need anything from air fresheners to engine parts, this is the store to visit. Friendly and helpful staff are always available. The store has a parking lot as well.

I use to work at this location. It made me sick the way the that team works. They spend the day making fun of customers versus actually helping or maybe just plain disrespectful and sick of working. I encouraged team members to assist a customer, walk em to the product. Given not all can be catered too at once I tried to make it a positive experience. The store manager refuses to even play music in this location forcing a silent 1 hour wait for some ppl due to hugely unorganized team effort. I unfortunately was told not to return after my mother had a stroke around 7pm one night. I was told to write a letter and not come back because I had no choice but to be their for her. She has passed since then. Im glad I got to spend time with her before that but now as a customer, you lost my business. I wanted to help make the change in autozone, instead I was shot down on a moment of weakness. This location needs help and the problem starts from the management team. If it were up too me Id shuffle around all the tenured reps in the district. Take them outa their comfort zone. I feel their bored. But hey what do I know? Anyways goodday

Staff uses the computer to look up parts. they also pawn off work to other staff. I was tossed around from different worker to the next. I ordered a part a week ago and they say it is still at the HUB and that it will be in today. Well still no part yet. there is a great auto store run by a private owner a few establishments down. He will put AutoZone to shame!This is an update to my previous post. I called the store at 8:00 and was put in hold, I was driving to the store. I was on hold for 20 minutes and when I got to the store, no one was there. Staff was unloading boxes in back.

If they dont have it in store they order for you and will be there the next day by noon

Terrible experience, employees are not trained properly. previously I had two complaints about this locations which was never taken care of, I m a type of person who always give 5 stars or 4 stars. Did not resolve the issue. Instead they fixed my brakes and front routers. The issue was resolved with a right front sensor!by another mechanic.

Ghetto place, messy and absolutely zero help here. I asked for help finding something, and this employee literally would not take his headphones off (was talking to someone on the other line)- I mean really?! These kids are getting paid to walk around, listen to music, and ignore the fact that theyre working. Terrible establishment. Will drive further out next time. Highly do not recommend.
