The best car buying experience I have ever had.Ruben was the salesman and Anthony was the finance manager. It was like buying a car from my bros.I bought a used car, 2019 Impreza (30k miles) for $16,295. Thats like $3000 cheaper than anywhere else that I looked. Some places were charging even more.They have a DMV in office, and an All-State insurance rep on site, and thats my insurance company anyway. No pressure to buy anything else.I picked up the car the next day, after Ruben picked me up from Enterprise car rental, where I dropped a car off.Everyone was super nice here. If I ever need another car, I will be looking here first

Based on my observations today, 9/24/21 around 4pm, my experience at the Nissan Central Avenue Service Center was an amazing example of grace under pressure. The fact that the staff was overwhelmed with many unexpected customers at the last hour; did not compromise their professionalism, courtesy, and prompt service. Jess, the manager in charge, was well composed and did her very best to accommodate me and the other clients as best she could. Brandon was nice, quick, and understanding. Jess and Brandon gave me updates as I was waiting, and all the staff attended each client in an efficient, polite, composed, and urgent manner. I feel that if they can keep up with today’s “craziness”, they will be able to handle any situation successfully.Suggestions: Perhaps, it would be helpful to make clients more aware of the latest they can leave their car for service, either over the phone or online; and maybe just require appointments (except for emergencies), and hold off on offering express service without appointments.Lastly, the letter from the management team that was included with clients’ receipts was a very professional and considerate display of care for their customers. My fiancé and I came here to lease a Nissan Rogue Sport (Red). We had been to 4 other dealers prior to this and immediately met Nick Gonzalez. I must say, the expected sleezy “show me the money”‘mentality was quickly replaced with genuine respect and integrity. Both Nick and Scott, the finance manager provided A1 service from the time we sat down until the day I drove off the lot with my Rogue. He was patient, courteous, available, and genuine.We will definitely use their business in the future.
Roman was very helpful. Told me about motor in seat needing to be replaced. Said would work with warranty to get fixed. Only negative was time waiting for a car inspection to be completed, even though I had an appointment. Though over an hour a little excessive

I called and asked to see if there any other cars not on the site, you never know what games dealers play. Will said there weren’t and that the ones he had sold, like that’s great pal but that doesn’t do me any good. I said I couldn’t talk and had to actually go. Got three calls back- what do you want to discuss? You don’t have what I want. Find another dealer to deal with
I took my 2018 Sentra for an inspection this past Saturday, only to be turned away because, I didn’t make an appointment. I told the service specialist that I had forgotten to get it inspected as the reason for not making an appointment. The inspection sticker was going to expire on October 31st. I asked him to please make an exception since I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years. The specialist spoke to the manager and the manager refused. The specialist kept on looking at his watch with a smirk on his face and told me that I came to late. Mind you the shop closes at 5pm and I brought the car in at 2:36pm. So I left and got my Sentra inspected elsewhere. Great way to treat a loyal customer. I will not be returning again.

I took my car to CarMax and other outlets to know the value of my car, and they came back 5k no less. This dealership tried to tell me my car is worth 1k 😂😂😂 . I kindly took my keys back and walked out. Know your cars value before going to this place . They WILL lie to you.

Ive always ran into unprofessional, shady and overall poor quality workers and craftsmanship at other dealership locations, so I never really trusted dealership maintenance locations unless it was for a recall. I felt as if, once you bought a car, thats when the caring stopped, but Im glad to see this isnt the case here. I genuinely appreciate all the staff I have ever encountered here!
Great and friendly staff. Had to leave the car due to injury but they were understanding and took good care of the car. Fast, reliable, and explains the work done in detail. They used to have snacks, coffee, and transportation but they said they needed to stop due to the pandemic. Hope those days come back to us. Thank you always for the great work!

The service rep. I dealt with was informative and communicated as much information to me as it became available. Brandon kept me informed before my vehicle was inspected, when my vehicle was inspected and what steps were next after my vehicle was inspected. Under promises and over delivered! If you want a dealer service department that respects you and your time, visit Central Avenue Nissan. At every interaction the service department was mindful of my time and how quickly they could have my repairs done and my vehicle returned to me. I have waited in other Nissan service centers for half a day only for them to tell me no one will look at your vehicle today, maybe tomorrow. Not so at Central Avenue Nissan. Within 2 hours maybe less my vehicle was diagnosed and repairs explained. I knew how long Id be there and how long my repairs would take. I recommend Central Avenue Nissan.
This location has amazing service, they explain to you all steps for leasing or buying. I was doing a buyout from my lease and they walked me through the whole process. I live in the city and I’ve had my Nissan for a little over a year and I dreaded taking my car into dealerships anywhere in the 5 boroughs because I they always make me feel like I’ve done something wrong. Having paid for my service I was told my car was park on the right in front.It took almost half an hour before a service person could find my car and bring it upfront to me.As I sat waiting for service .One customer was told that the attendant forgot to close her car windows and her seat was wet.Another customer had to wait because they couldnt find her keys.Then there was another customer was waiting because they couldnt find her car too.For the past five years Ive been doing all my service at your location .Never have I experience service like this..
I have owned a Nissan car for over ten years. Heather is great and does her best to meet the need of the customers. However, due to lack of man power in the service area, the wait time is beyond extreme and has diminished the customer service quality that is provided at this location. I made an appointment and still waited more than 3 hours for my vehicle.
The sales rep. - Alex, was excellent and friendly and met with him about the Rogue Platinum in stock (the very last one). Everything was detailed and upfront. No games, no nonsense. I would highly recommend him to anyone whos looking to buy a Nissan and to go see him, personally.

What they advertised online and shared the price tag over phone, paid less than that after negotiation. Update: I emailed the rep below who responded to my review and two months later still have not gotten a response. Simply, they don’t care and the attempt to “rectify” the issue is not genuine. Go somewhere else.I don’t recommend this dealer for servicing your car. In short, the employees there aren’t very friendly, they overcharge for parts, there’s a hefty fee for using your credit/debit card which they don’t tell you when booking the appointment and the free car wash damaged my paint.I got my brakes done and paid way more than I should have upon further research.There was also an unpleasant man who came around asking people to upgrade their cars. Skip this place.
They were organized and quick. The thing that I did not like was they really did not have any structure in place for Covid requirements. Just about everyone that was in the waiting room waiting for their car did not have a mask on and there was no social distance requirement etc. While there were signs everywhere no one enforced them and no one asked about vaccination status etc.
I had an AMAZING experience getting my first car at Central Ave Nissan. The salesman, Ruben Garcia was the absolute best. He was very helpful, quick, efficient, and explained everything very well. Im going to be honest, I mightve not walked out with my car if it wasnt for Ruben. He sold me on the car after explaining all its features and wonders and I am not disappointed. The finance manager, Scott Anzalone was also wonderful. He made sure we understood everything, explained very thoroughly, and answered all our questions. Hands down the best staff. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. After driving my new car for some time, I am in LOVE. I highly recommend going to Ruben, the salesman (he also speaks fluent Spanish).

The wait is super long. They are rip offs that tried to charge me 500 dollars for a part that costs 30. Also they charge labor by the hour to where they leave the car sitting idle without working on it for sometime which goes towards the labor fee. Saw it with my own eyes in the back of the shop. They are rip offs, better off going to a mechanic or a small car shop.
The service was good. No hidden problems discovered. They made their recommendations and I decided what services I wanted.
Central Avenue Nissan had great customer service. My issue was with Nissan of America because they were giving me the run around for a few days. Said they were gonna help me out with the coverage for the issue if I got the car diagnosed at Nissan dealership. Then after diagnosis corporate asked for documents to prove ownership before covering the cost of repair. Sent the documents, only for them to tell me they weren’t going to cover the ridiculous cost of the repair for a sensor after making me wait 3-5 days without a car. Thanks for nothing.

I have never lease a car before so it’s my first time.So I shopped around seeking to understand and get a good deal.There was one dealer that told me I could never get a 2021 vehicle between $400-5:30 only in the $600-630 another one says I couldn’t get it for 12,000 miles per year 36 months it would need to be 48 months.At Central Avenue Nissan thank God my offer was accepted and I got a 2021 to lease for 12,000 miles per year for 36 months.TO ADD AFTER MY INITIAL VISIT ALL THE REST WAS DONE OVER THE PHONE!I have nerve bought/lease a car over the phone before in all my years driving and I have bought 4 cars before.Mr Nick was my sales person and he was very cooperative with me.Thanks a lot 🙏🏽

Unfortunately my car got stuck in the flooding due to Hurricane Ida. I had no idea what to do in this situation. I reached out to central ave Nissan and spoke to Heather. She is amazing! She was able to direct me to my insurance company, walked me through the claim process and was able to deal with my insurance company directly. Heather was prompt in her responses, questions and response time from her couldn’t have been better. I’m now in the process of getting a car and will do business with this location because of Heather. It’s great to still come across people who still value customer service interactions! Shop here!!

Throughout year 2020, I did not do any major repairs to my 2011 Rogue. I realized while driving the car it needed some work. I called Central Ave Nissan and made an appointment. I was greeted warmly and the Rep was very professional and went over very detail of what I wanted or needed to done to the car. I did not have to wait long for the repairs to be completed. Overall I am a very happy person.

My husband, I had a great experience getting our car here. We were able to get what we wanted and needed fast - all transactions were smooth and timely. Newton, the sales rep, and Anthony, in finance, were very courteous and accommodating!
On the dashboard, my airbag light was blinking on and off. I was told that in order for it to be corrected (turned off), it would cost $1,045. What else could I do since, Im told, that there is a certain code that only a Nissan Dealership can obtain. On top of that, I waited more than 4 hours before it was fixed. The waiting room was not comfortable and they offered nothing to drink and only had a vending machine. Meanwhile, no one came to me to explain why it was taking so long. My only solution; even though I need a new car, I wont buy another Nissan and I will certainly blog about this.
The sales rep, Kenny, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly not because he had to be, but I was able to communicate with him on a guy to guy level. I think he’ll be successful in the job.

Certainly unpleased. The dealer Kevin offered me a trade-in price for near nothing. When I said no thank you. He took me to view the car I was looking to buy. Thinking I would just jump on the deal.I still didnt want his offer. He asked what will be the lowest I would go. I then said my offer price again. He came back with a offer I refused and I left.The following day he called me with the offer I asked for plus additional $2,000. I was excited. To only get there Monday after work with him playing games with me & trying to get me to sign a binding agreement. They did not run my credit or try to see how much my payments would be good for me. He often got upset when I asked questions. He saw that the previouslyperson got over on me with the car I came to trade so he tried me. I was more knowledgeable and reading the fine print. He was annoyed and he truly wasted my time.

Anthony Cruel sold me a certified pre-owned with an accident reported (which they hid from me). The side mirror fell off a few days after purchase. And then my windshield wiper came off during a down pour on the highway. These people are scumbags of the 10th degree. They refused to fix anything. Stay away from this dealership. Just terrible people.

Did not let me know my warranty was expired. They could’ve easily informed me I was over my mileage warranty by looking at the odometer. I asked if I still had one when they told me my vehicle would need a diagnostic.

Although there were signs everywhere stating staff and clients were required to wear masks many of the male employees were unmasked. When i said something the guy at the front desk said if they were vaxxed masks were not required. I pointed out that was not what posted signage stated. He said he did not have to wear a mask. This was the same person who checked me in in the driveway and was all of one foot away from me...unmasked. So no i would not advise anyone to go there...note this was service not sales.

I have always found the folks at Nissan very very helpful and caring when I call for status on my car and when I drop it off.The only improvement I would like to see is when my car has to be there for a week that I received at least once a day updates to let me know how it is progressing.I only wish they had a car available that I could have rented from them to use during the week my car was in the shop.

Heather the service tep is the only teason you even het a 2, she was excellent. Overall your mehanics are not checked. Everytime i bring my call in to get one thing fixed, they break another and deny it. The 1st time they brought the Sirius speaker. Roll in with music rolled out without. This time came in to replace a chewed EGI harness and Alternator. Came out with a broken oil dip stick( which they 1st denied) and now my air conditioner is not working and it was working when i came in. Quick and complete service. Been a client of Nissan for over thirty (30) years) However, Central Ave Nissan has the best service department. Wont take advantage of you and find flaws with your vehicle just to make money.
I took my car for one thing Tuesday for 12 pm . When I got there I was greeted in a very warm welcoming way . And they even checked to see if I needed other services which I did and did not know . When I asked do they accept Apple Pay because I did not carry my wallet with me just my cell phone Heather was so nice to let me know that I didn’t have to pay for it because of my warranty and she informed me up until when I have it . Other places would try to get over on you . I was not in the place for long I was in and out Thank you for the great customer service and thank you for taking care of my baby ( my car ) .
My experience was absolutely amazing! From the first telephone conference with Mr Rodriques to the final process of purchasing a vehicle was a pleasant experience. They listened to me patiently and respected my suggestion throughout the purchase process. They also made suggestions that helped me to make good discussion as a customer.
