Parking is an issue...no choice but to double Park which is risky in itself....everything else is great

Horrible place. The warehouse run around like chickens with there heads cut off. The supposed “manager” they called to help me couldn’t even seem to know how to look for a part. The tried to replace the office people with younger workers which is why at this point is the only reason I still do business with them. The person at the front seems very professional yet too young. I asked how much they get paid and is sad. They stay there because the older people have no other chance at another job and then they get younger people who can’t do better. The men have been working there for 30 years with that same pay. And I would know because I asked every single one of them. The job has no benefits, bad pay, and just falling apart with customer service. That’s maybe why is being ran so badly. The bad pay. I apologize for this long review but I just hope people know what they getting when they are coming in here. This is the fourth time within the last month I don’t get my parts on time and if I do is the wrong one. Hopefully they replace everyone there with younger people and pay better so they actually do their job how they are supposed to.

They take to long to greet you and placing your order, they need to be in the same page and dont forget that customers are they most important partt of the business there is a lot a competition out there, they need to learn from them, I rather order through Amazon or ebay before I come back here, they have better customer service ty

Don’t go to this place they sell very bad parts your money is waste if you go . They will say you have warranty for 30 days and they will say fake reasons to avoid your return.

This worst people sold me a non working item and refused to take it back because I didn’t have a box but I had the receipt and the label . Don’t go to this place they cheat .
