Highly recommend Smith Carins Ford! In February of 2021 I put a reservation on a 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition (extremely desirable limited production trim) and named them my dealership for delivery. Just picked up my new Bronco today and as promised they played no games and did not charge a penny over sticker when they could have taken advantage of me with my reservation. This is an independent franchise dealer that is not part of any of the big corrupt groups where you are just a number in the scheme. They are a team of professionals with honesty and integrity and truly care about you and your experience. Dwight, Kenny and James are gentlemen. The hours in Google maps are incorrect. See photo for November 2020. As for Ford service be prepared that your online reservation data is ignored and you have to repeat everything. Also double check your phone number is recorded correctly as it is the only way of communicating, no email, web or mobile is supported? Pretty chaotic in morning wanted 30 minutes for intake.On plus side they have great looking Ford Model T you can admire when waiting.

Talk about sad and rude customer service. I just called looking to get a rim for my Ford explore. I had driven over a curb and messed up my rim pretty bad. So I called, ask him what the cost of replacing the rim would be. The service department immediately said I would have to call parts and transferred me. OK, I asked the parts department how much it would cost, and he berated me for not knowing exactly what size it would be, he told me I would need the Vin number. I told him that he would have to wait, I would call him back once I got home, and he didn’t even reply, he just hung up. OK, I’m sure you all don’t need the money or the business. There are a lot of Ford dealerships in the area, I’ll go to one of them.

This is the best car dealership my wife and I have ever dealt with. Weve had three vehicles through this dealership and we will continue to buy here for the foreseeable future.Beginning with Mark Ludes, hands down, he must be the best salesperson anywhere. He goes way and beyond to make sure we are totally satisfied with our purchase, and he does it all with a smile. The general manager also takes great care insuring that any everything goes smoothly when any questions arise. TL;DR: Hassle free pricing, no finance room, no shady charges, excellent service.I recently got my first car, and like many, I watched multiple YouTube videos and read forums on how to protect myself from cannibalistic practices that many dealerships use (over pricing, shady charges, e.g. doc fee, etching fees, double dipping on delivery fees, selling you on packages that add nothing, etc).I contacted multiple dealerships within a 100 mile radius, most of them fought giving me a detailed out the door price, with all fees, many were rude, and generally put me off doing business with them.However, this dealership was a breath of fresh air, specifically, Justin Deutschen, from the first time we got in contact, Justin was honest, immediately produced a competitive out the door price, and had no issues sending everything we discussed via email.The day I bought the car, there was no finance room, he showed me everything we had discussed, I signed some documents, and walked out with my vehicle. Totally hassle free, I was pleasantly surprised until the very end.

Unfortunately I enter into a lease deal on 6/24/21 due to a limited of vehicle and a need to have a vehicle. I decided to lease until I was able to purchase. However from the moment I drove the car out of the lot, I begin to receive messages of High Voltage warnings that stated the power train control system had detected a fault in the High Voltage electric circuit. Vehicle performance.may be reduce. Because I had not had the opportunity to look over some the features of the car, I didnt open the message until Saturday at which time I called the dealer and left a message which I never received a call back on. I than call the service department and made a appointment to bring the car in Tuesday morning in hopes of getting the problem resolved soon due to having a road trip planned for the 4th of July. After sitting for 3 hours I was finally informed by the young lady who serviced me, :that the problem was a software problem that could not be fix until Ford made a software but it should be okay just keep your road side number near and I would receive a letter when this software is made available oh and of course you will not pay for it. I was so appalled by the ideal that the thought of 1st not having to paying for it was even mentioned because of course paying for it is not an option and 2nd being told keep your roadside number near on a brand new vehicle. This is so un acceptable, I was leased a defective vehicle and am very unhappy with the service I have received.

I decided to start leasing over 12 years ago and each time the sales department have put me in a great SUV. The service department is very respectful and will work on any issue until it is fixed to my satisfaction. Justin was very informative. He explained each step of the purchasing process thoroughly. Since the car we wanted was not available at Smith Cairns, or at any other dealer nearby, we had to order one. This took a few weeks. Thats fine. We were willing to wait for what we wanted. Justin made sure to check in with us periodically, to let us know what was going on.On the day I actually bought the car, Justin was very thorough is ensuring that all the right documents were signed, including signing over our old Ford Escape. He sat with me in the new car, and went over many features. When I finally drove home, I felt secure in the car, and know that I was treated well.

On our way to Massachusetts, we got a flat tire. We kept filling it with air every 40 miles, because there were no shops open so late at night. By a stroke of fate, we missed our exit and passed by this Ford dealership. Their service department was open and we explained our predicament to the lady at the front desk. She said they could help fix us up and get us back on the road in no time. We waited outside with our dogs and in no time at all our tire was patched. Everyone was so nice and sympathetic to our situation. We are so lucky we passed by.

I took time off work to come in here for an issue with my 2020 Explorer randomly losing power when stopped (not start/stop, just total power loss requiring the vehicle to be put back in park and started again) . There is also an annoying rattle under the horn portion of the steering wheel that has been there since I drove it off the lot. The service dept was not able to do anything with either. They suggested I drop off the vehicle for an extended check for the power issue, which I can understand but I told them I was ok with waiting. They also did not even ask me anything further to show them the loud rattle noise. Per the tech this is just the way the steering wheel is supposed to be. Not true though. I know other owners with 2020 Explorers and dont have the same issue. I came here since there are good reviews but will definitely go elsewhere to help solve the issues.

I had to drop off my car for service and to have something fixed on my Drivers seat. I had Ed as my Smith-Cairns tech/support person and he was great!!! He was professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He also noticed that my car inspection was going to expire at the end of the month, and he got that done for me during this service. Our experience at Smith Cairns was a great one. We took our old Ford Explorer (2013) with a water pump issue in and had it covered by the extended warranty. Benny on the service side did a great job and even recommended certain choices to us that was great. We ended up trading in our Explorer and purchasing an Edge Titanium. Our sales and everything person was Karl and he was absolutely amazing from helping with the financing to delivering us our Vehicle. Karl goes the extra distance and we appreciated him doing so. We definitely recommend Smith Cairns Ford to anyone shopping for a Ford. Also if you do go there definitely go to Karl M. Thanks guys.

I have had mostly good experiences with Smith Carns. I started bringing my Subaru Baja to be serviced some years ago. Twice I had bad interactions with one service person and as a consequence I had the misfortune of having a very unpleasant interaction with the manager. But as I said after years of searching my car there overall very good service department. Last year we bought a new Subaru Forrester, absolutely no pressure, and got a great deal.

I needed a Key FOB replaced. These guys got back to me within a few hours, gave me an honest estimate (in that they let me know which optional items I could leave off to save money), had an appointment set up within two days, and the final price came back even lower than first indicated.
