Honestly not worth the money go to cardid on south broadway the food was blend and looked like it was sitting there for hours and it was over priced my plate was 90%rice $12.49 for that garbage definitely will not be going there again and just a added kicker for the horrible service i went and compared pictures cardid is clearly better and prices are better spent $7.90

The food is pretty good but whenever I order past 3pm the rotisserie chicken is so dry and has barely any meat. I would only order from this place if its 1pm and earlier for fresh food.

Non-residents, becareful not to get over charged for your meal. I ate here for lunch and one malestaffer gave me a price for my lunch and was specific to the cost per plate. then a lady staffer charged me $2 more. The food look to be leftovers from the night before. Beans were refried. Not worth the price.

Second time ordering from here. It was a nice day and I decided I would walk the 1 block to the restaurant and eat in. However, when I got there I saw there werent many tables. Its a small place. I decided to order to go. They have a prepared food bar behind a large glass deli counter. The girl walked me through every item and translated it to English for me.

I mostly order pastelitos de pollo which are to die for! Mostly cause they perfectly season the meat and use ground chicken instead of ripped chicken like most places. The food comes on time when I deliver and just the quality of the food is awesome. Will definitely recommend.

The BBQ chicken looked good and I wanted to try the mondongo. So I got a plate of BBQ chicken, yellow rice, and beans. I also ordered a small mondongo. The rice was perfectly done again. Well seasoned. The beans were just as good as before. The chicken however wasnt as good as it looked. The sauce did nothing for the chicken. I knew the chicken was on the bone and was chopped so may have little bones. And it did which took away from enjoying the food

Horrible experience . I made a complaint about the service and Salty steak, and the manager caught an attitude so i then told them i didn’t want the food anymore. As i was walking out they began to record me, as if I’d ever go back there again🤮

I will avoid BBQ chicken in the future. I love Menudo and mondongo is essentially a Caribbean version of it. So I tried it and wasnt disappointed. The tripe is cut into pieces small enough to get 2 or 3 in a spoonful. Very tasty, hearty, broth. I added lime juice before. The main difference from Mexican menudo is the lack of hominy and addition of vegetables.

The service is horrific. It took me 17 mins to receive food that was already made. I ordered to go and didnt have enough time to eat. There go my 30min lunch break. If they had better service the dining area would have better traffic. The food is dissent.

We had Odered a family combo from here and they gave us dried out chicken and burned food 😐 also when we called and complained about it they said they would give us our Oder free but we decided to get another beans. My daughter did not know that we had got another thing of beans so when she said she was gonna get the money the delivery guy took the beans and threw her the bag of food. When I had called to complain again they hung up on me and when I kept calling they didn’t answer the phone anymore.

Not sure whos running the show at this location but they are the meanest most strict restaurant in Yonkers. Keep treating customers like they are in the military and Soon you wont have any! Food aint that great anyway! Most of it looks and taste like they made it a week in advance. Least you can do is treat people with respect. Smh... boycott!!

Food is always on point whenever I come here. Rice and peas, beef stew still on the bone, sauteed okra and a side of avocado. I can rest in peace now.

The snaper given to me should of been disposed of long before it was given to me.The meat was dry and tasted like it was from the day before .. unfortuanately a bad expierience for me .. learned my lesson..ask before you buy it.. though most places wouldnt even think of serving a fish that old and dry..

The Food is Amazing, We Order Lunch from Here. Chicharron de pollo sin Hueso to die for with white rice and red beans. The perninr is amazing, best I ever had, better than Caridad or Malecon. Love the Ladies that work here as well and the boss, the gentleman is really cool. I always refer people here.
