My hair always comes out great here. Regardless who does it. I love the appointment system so I dont have to wait. My kids also get their hair cut here. Great job. They listen to what you want.

Honestly they got themselves a loyal customer I have been taking my kids here since early this year and I love it my son got his first haircut here and my daughter did too and I am beyond happy with their service,friendliness,customer service,clean,well kept and they keep up with the holidays decorating Maria cut my sons hair and I loved it they all do a Good Job Definitely will keep coming back!

I took a friend there to get her haircut and she had stylist by the name of Jessie he was great he did a fantastic job on her hair just the way she wanted it she was very very happy with it the price was extremely reasonable and he did a quick and great job hats off to Jesse for doing such a fantastic job and well be going back to him the next time around.

My stylist was Debbie. She is extremely good at layering. My visit was fun and I will return again

I got an average haircut for an average price. Customer service could be a bit better in that my over-the-phone experience was lackluster. When I called the person answering the phone seemed to be in a rush and seemed a bit bothered by my 2 questions.

I always leave this place knowing I got a good haircut. They dont rush you out, they take their time making sure you are going to look your best. This place is my go to place for a good cut. I have had many different people cut my hair and have never been disappointed with any of them.

This was my first time and I got outstanding service. My haircut was only $15. I didnt know there was a fantastic sams in Yucaipa. I was able to have a full day. I went to Ross for Christmas. Over to t.J.Maxx for stocking stuffer. Finished it up with a haircut. Stopped off at Vons to bring dinner home for the family 😁

Love being able to walk in. Affordable. Sometimes eyebrows done great sometimes okay. Last haircut took off 3 inches and love my short uneven layers.

I am the guy who wrote the complaint about having to fix my haircut everytime after I go there, but I must say that, that was 2 years ago and that is no longer true, all the girls in there are always very kind and helpful, very courteous and professional. Tana though is the best without a doubt when it comes to fading for sure!! She is very professional and kind, they are a 10 out of a 10! I would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

My mom went here and what they did to her hair was unacceptable. They let her walkout of there with clown red roots and gold ends. I called to try and get a refund and the manager was so rude and condescending. Very unprofessional. They refused her refund and forced her to go back and let them attempt to fix it. I hope everyone stay away from this place. This is not how we should be doing business. Without respect or integrity.

We had called before we drove all the way to the salon from Bloomington and asked if we could make an appointment and they had said no and I asked can we get our hair dyed and they said yeah just come in and we drove all the way over here just for them to tell us they don’t do hair dye after three absolutely terrible

Even if you are single Sams is still a great place to shop, not only for food, but they have furniture, TVS and some of the best pasties for when you are intertaining..Have been a member for a long time and will continue to shop there.

Asked the guy to have my hair sit on my shoulders and instead of that, he cut my hair so it goes to my jawline. He would hand me the mirror to show me the back and when I told him it looked good, he took the mirror back, and kept snipping. If I tell you I like it, dont keep cutting it.

Worst haircut ever. I asked the girl for shoulder length and she cut it up to my ears. If I wanted a butch cut I would of went to a barber shop. Furious. I will never go there again ever. I wouldnt even give it one star.
