I always like Rite Aid they have it set up so that you can find your things that youre looking for and the employees are terrific very helpful very pleasant and the prices are very reasonable show My overall opinion of Rite Aid is one great store.

Rite Aid Pharmacy Staff was so very good to me and my Parents ! I had just left another Pharmacy close to them. What A difference Rite Aid was !Their staff and I caught a mistake by my moms Doctor that potentially could have been devastating !

Absolutely love going to this store! Im fairly new to California and all of the associates are beyond welcoming and caring. Literally everytime we come in were greeted with enthusiastic welcomes and are treated like family. The associates go beyond just a courteous hello and genuinely care about our lives and well being and remember small things about us in passing conversations. On my daughters birthday they gave her a wee birthday ice cream which meant the world to my kiddo. Even though its a major chain store brand with associates that deal with numerous people on a day to day basis, they have treated us with the same small town kindness that you see in mum and pop stores. Im so thankful for the kindness we have received from this store, it makes such a difference to this small town East coast girl!

They didnt enforce mask mandate. Theyre right down the street from a 55 and older community, an at risk group. They seemed more concerned about possible confrontation than the safety of their paying customer.

I only come here for the Thrifty ice cream. Its so good!

I would give 0 stars but I cant. Me and my girlfriend went for the first time to this store just to get ice cream, the ladies there are really rude, I dont know if the lady that served us the ice cream was having a bad day but her attitude towards us was really bad. She kept making faces. When she gave me the ice cream I said thanks,have a good day she just looked away ignoring what I said. They are hiring friendly associates (it says on their stores window) now I know why they are hiring.

Service was slow. Cashier was a boy who served us ice cream was sarcastic and rude said all the ice cream was disgusting when asked for a sample. And when we said no thank u he called us weird?? So never returning.

They change generic meds every couple of months so you never quite adjust. They didnt call to warn that yet a new generic would be coming on that month. They have an attitude of I cant help you, it is the venders that secure what they can. I expect Pharmacists to recognize that all this change is hard on the body and unnecessary.I have tried both locations in Yucaipa with the same results. Going somewhere else where they actually have some control over their venders or may understand Chemistry.

Clean and quiet

Randy the manager with white tag would not return a 7 hairbrush without a receipt or box that we bought 2 days ago I wouldnt recommend shopping here at all
