They went above and beyond expectation. Their customer service is excellent and the knowledge regarding their products and plans are on point. Staff helped me get financed and I finally got my daughter the iPhone she always wanted. Thank you MetroPCS, and I definitely will be recommending your store to everyone I know. Kudos!!

I have been a cstomer for over 4 years & have sent several friends there. Thier plans are reasonable & there are no extra costs. I bought my second phone there this week . It was informative and fast. Best cell phone plan we have had in a long time. The guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ran into an issue with Verizon, but he solved it with grace and ease. Super happy.

So i just left metro very upset,i received a txt offering me an upgrade,my phone was lost for 4 hrs. 2days ago and found by a very nice family and returned with the front glass completely shattered but the point being, my phone was returned....My upgrade expiration date was today 2-13-2019 so i went to metro to receive my upgrade and they told me it expired at 12:00 midnight on 2-12-2019....Now does this make sense 2 anyone?....Ive been with metro for 4 years now,looks like they just lost a loyal customer as of today....By the way-Thanks metro for your loyalty to your customer.....Odelia Prieto✌
Absolutely AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful ...he did whatever he could to try and avoid doing an exchange on a defective iPhone we had just purchased 4 days prior. We had to argue with him for about an hour and call customer service and 2 other locations just to prove to him that he was, in fact, the one that was required to do the exchange. Here I am, a week and a half later, HAVING GONE THIS ENTIRE TIME WITH NO PHONE AT ALL, and i still have yet to receive my replacement device that he supposedly ordered by mail. I wish I never did business with this ridiculous excuse for a store. The manager should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY, since he obviously doesnt like doing the simple requirements of his job, and has not even the slightest bit of quality customer service for his clients.

Went there Superbowl Sunday to get the New LG Stylo 4 was talked into getting the Moto Ive had this phone 6 days and it sucks after reading the contract and calling corporate I was told the store will swap it out with the phone you want before 7 days Cool. Went there today to swap phones and I had the pleasure of dealing with Manager ( was sitting on the ground next to the front door smoking first got there I thought it was a homeless person) so I explain to him the ISSUES Im having with the phone also told him what corporate had told me and his response word for word. I dont care what they told you Im not doing it. So to the owner of this store I hope you read this (if you dont thats cool because Im sure youll be hearing from the Corporate office sometime next week) you definitely need to do some house cleaning.

I wouldnt send anyone here. Me and my wife had nothing but trouble with the phones and there service. So be smart and dont go here wast of your time and money. We went to boost and been happy ever since. No more loss of phone service and lost internet. And all they say is Im sorry. Even had us up grade phones and it still all the same.So like I said stay away from them if you want good phone service

If you need an affordable phone and plan you could do a lot worse than PCS. I chose to buy my phone here not solely based on metro pcs, the price, and its service. You can get that anywhere. I bought mine here because of the degree of personal interest displayed by the people who work here. It is a franchise store owned and operated by a couple. They cant give you anything you couldnt get from another pcs dealer EXCEPT the level of personal attention they display in trying to make you a happy customer.Update: At the insistance of someone close at the time I switched back to my old carrier and ran into issues with them immediately. When it became apparent that their services had not and would not change for the better I returned to this location to reinstate my service with PCS. Not only did the staff make it easy and quick but they were able to give me a deal for unlimited everything, data included for HALF what Verizon wanted for the same talk & text with only 3 GB of data with a plesant attitude and professional demeanor tempered with a sense of humor. I happily recommend this store to everyone needing a phone and considering metro PCS.
