I was in there today, we where buying my son a phone. jiovannie was great he knew what he was doing he knew how to answer all our questions. While he was getting my sons phone ready I had a question on my other line. I ask Emily (I think that was her name) she started out rude. then she gave me the wrong information she try to say I had no warranties on my grandsons phone. she also said we had to pay off the old phone before we can bbuy a new one which was

Feel very weird vibe in there, customer service is terrible. 4 People in there and nobody can help me out . Me and my wife went in for upgrades told them that and no further help. Just silence.

Why after decades in business, Tmobile STILL has not figured out how to streamline the phone purchasing process is beyond me. Not the fault of the person serving us. But, Come on man!. I have much better things to do than to spend over two hours in a Tmobile store! Like beating myself with a hammer for example!

I went in a few weeks ago to get a new phone and the customer service was really amazing. John by far has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll definitely be going to him if I need anything in the future
Ive been a t mobile customer for over 15 years, and the best customer service Ive ever had at a brick and mortar t mobile store was today. John, helped my boyfriend pick out the perfect phone, gave us so much great info about the phone, and switched all his info onto the new phone. He gave us both great ideas on things we could do to prolong the battery life, and treated us with the utmost courtesy and awesome customer service. I will definately be returning to this store! Thanks John!
Store service, associate was great, paid bill that for the last two days couldnt pay because T-Mobile Pakistan service people dont know what they are doing and switched me all around then put me on hold for hours and never answered call. They should be replaced with reliable american service staff, with modern equipment and better on hold music. .
Marcelino and Theodore did a great job with assisting my family and I with our phone upgrade. They each went above and beyond to meet our needs. No pressure upsell techniques. They are very personable and I felt like Ive known them for years. Cant wait to get that rebate in the mail! The transition to add our existing Netflix was easy. Very transparent and hip. Big ups T-Mobile!
This is an authorized retailer not a T-Mobile corporate store. So if you need SIM card or real service go to Redlands store. Don’t waste 45 minuets like I did waiting for them to get around to telling you that they can’t help real T-Mobile customers.

Couldnt cancel a line in the store and no protective cover on hand for my Samsung 8. Nice people manning the desk tho.. Unable the two things I came for.
Worst experience ever. I thought I was getting a deal on the cases charging cord and screen protector and on my lines. Well guess what the dude lied... it was a down payment not outright price so I am financing outrageously priced accessories that I never new I was financing! What a joke! Also the line for the tablet is 5 dollars more than I was quoted and the extra line is 15 more than I was quoted. I also asked the rep to remove the additional high speed hotspot and he said it was included. It infact is 20 dollars additional. I would never recommend dealing with the incompetent sales people at this store! Take your business elsewhere.

I Went in to buy a phone so I can use it on metro pcs. They told me I can’t do that, but I have done it before with a iPhone 6s. As they are looking up policies, a female worker behind the desk glares at me and looks away. That made me feel very uncomfortable, and showed bad customer service. They need to fix their attitude.
I changed phone plans at the Yuciapa T-Mobile store. John was incredibly helpful to me as a customer. He is fully prepared to remove all brands of sim cards with his collection of sim card removing tools. It was a pleasure to do business there today and I appreciated the professional service.
