Have taken my phone here twice for screen repair. First time, the price was $100 and I was very pleased with the outcome. Took it in for a second time and I was charged $160? Same kind of phone as before too. Three stars because lack of consistency in prices. Also wanted to charge me $25 to restore...lmao no way.

Mind you, it worked PERFECTLY fine still, i just got sick of looking at the crack. She charged me $50, put the new screen on, and sent me off. Not even a full 24 hours went by, and my phone screen just stopped responding to touch completely. I brought it right back in to her & she told me that these types of phones have an ongoing issue with that exact problem, & there was nothing she could do.Well i had NEVER had a problem with it before bringing it in to her! So i basically paid $50 for this lady to break my phone. Ive went back several times and she still has done nothing to fix it or reimburse me. Screw this place, it deserves to get shut down. The lady is a scam artist and a snake.

My S8s screen was broken to hell and i was able to get it repaired same day for cheaper than other cell phone repairs in the area, especially one in Redlands where Id have to wait a couple of days without my phone, no thanks. This place was a life saver. Took no longer than 2 hours and cost about 200$ i didnt get the techs name but she did a good and fast job. On top of that she charged my phone so when i picked it up it was at 100%

Thought I was doomed. My phone was badly broken. It was bent and the LCD was fully out. They had it fix in less than an hour and I was blown away at how affordable it was. I still owe a few hundred on my phone. Life savers. Friendly and easy to find. Shop was very clean and smelled great. Beautiful little downtown area. Thank again guys. I know where I’m going from now on.

Excellent work and fast! I destroyed my Galaxy S9 screen and I already had the replacement screen (and frame) replacement purchased. Realizing that I was in over my head to do the replacement, I took it to the Phone Depot. I dropped it off at 1100 am and I got a message at 1230 pm that it was ready. Phone looks like new for a reasonable price.

My iPhone screen brakes about once a month. (I know I know) and I travel so I have been to several repair places around SoCal. Most of them have been okay but either over charged (since it takes 10min for you to do it yourself at home and screens can be found around $40) or have to order a part, and I’ve have an issue with one or two of them breaking the home button.So I went to this place I had never been to before. Cute little blue shop in Yucaipa. The woman there had giving me a price over the phone. When I came in she was really sweet. She had the front camera piece I needed in stock. And she put the new screen on there. When I came back in she told me she couldn’t test it since she didn’t have my password. I checked it and everything worked great. AND SHE CHARGED ME A LITTLE LESS! I did both things for just under $100. Now, surprise, I broke my phone again. I will be making the trip back to this place. My experience here was excellent. I’m very happy with the service. Ntm look like she keeps her shop clean and organized. A must!! -Tricia

Ive had my phone fixed here several times. I run a computer repair business in Yucaipa, and constantly get calls for phone repairs. It takes me about 3 seconds to refer them to Jan at the Phone Depot. Service is always on time, great price, best place in town to get a phone repaired.

Phone Depot put a new screen on my phone and added a great, affordable case. Ive dropped it a few times since--they fixed it and it lives on to dial another day. She spared me from buying a new phone and it was done when she said it would be. Great service--thanks!!

Really disappointed how they handled a phone repair they did for my brother. Paid $120, and phone stopped working. He dropped it but there was no physical damage and it shouldnt have been wiggling out like it was. Owner was relentless and not helpful, not standing by the quality of there product (as we can see why lol). Finally was able to fix it for a small ($30) fee but still ridiculous. Sad that they tried to take advantage of him and were so unhelpful. Gave 2 instead of 1 stars because weve never had problems here before but this makes us pause for question.

Took my iPad 5th Generation that was shattered here and waited a Hour or Two, picked it up and it looked brand spanking new and worked perfectly, all just for $100. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to get a mobile device fixed!

After pricing with 2 or 3 different stores. We took an iPhone 6s with a cracked black screen and they were able to replace the crystal at the lowest price weve seen. It only took approx 30 mins and the phone is good to go!!

Went here to have them see if they can repair my grandsons iPhone which he “accidentally” took for a swim..uuggh.... so anyway they said they would check it out and did a diagnostic on it and sadly to say the phone is a goner.... fried inside so they could not fix it. They did not charge for the diagnostic and their service is so friendly. I do recommend this place before going elsewhere.

This is my second time dealing with Phone Depot and they continue to impress me! My sons iPad screen was not functioning due to a simple fix that I do not have the tools or the patience to do and they fixed it for me no charge. I will definitely be back and recommend them. thanks Phone Depot!

I broke the glass on my phone back in April and procrastinated on getting it fixed for almost 5 months. Then out of nowhere on opening Football Sunday, my actual Screen went out. Sprint said that it was UNREPAIRABLE and that I would have to upgrade to a new phone or would have to pay a lot to have it fixed because of it being on a lease plan. But wait, I thought it couldnt be fixed. Anyways, I took it down to Jade at Phone Depot and she quoted me less than a hundred bucks, had my phone fixed within 2 hours, and saved almost 2 years of photos that I thought I was going to lose forever. Not only did Jade make a forever customer, but Sprint also lost a customer of 13 years. Thanks Jade!!!

The phone was supposedly brand new.. the phone goes black freezes a lot resets by itself .. since the day I bought it its done this.. not going back I dont recommend
