Went in to purchase 2 new lines and 2 iPhones. The girl that assisted us did not seem to want to help us. her attitude was definitely showing me the she was judging the book by the cover… unless you are dressed in your Sunday best do Not go here…

I was hoping not to have to get a new phone but with the gracious help from German, I did have to get a new phone. He was so helpful as downloading everything took quite a long time with my old phone. He was so patient and educated me with all the new things on the new phone. It made for any easy transition. Thank you so much.

I have been a Verizon customer for some time now and the customer service has been great. However, I came in today to speak to a representative and have been told to wait outside of the store while he was assisting two customers at his desk and there was an empty waiting chair inside. I wasn’t told how long I will be waiting either, just that they’re short on staff, so I left. I will most likely not come back to Yucaipas location, ever. Very poor assistance.

Employee was unable to accept payment from my Husband when using a $50 bill. Suggested he go to 7-11 and buy something and get change. Unable to make pmt. over internet and employee unable to find out why. Didnt seem to help as much as we hoped for.

Years ago I stopped going in the Yucaipa store because the people there were not helpful and I would rather drive to another store then deal with them. Well today I went in with my family and I found the best group of young adults I have come across a long time. I got great information i was told exactly that to expect with my next bill and while we were holding up one clerk (we upgraded 3 phone) the other two keep the store moving along. So I want to thank German, Kayla, and Alba for a great afternoon and I have no problem going back into the Yucaipa store.

This place is amazing. I didnt need an appointmentand I was able to walk in as soon as it was my turn. German got me set up with my new phone and helped me transfer all my stuff. I didnt know my passwords so he was kind enough to help me reset all of them. Hes awesome.

Good place to shop. The staff was very nice and easy to deal with. They did a good job and helped us move our lines over.

We arrived at 4pm today and waited outside per the sign. After 5 minutes of not being acknowledged at all, we stuck our head in and were rudely told they would be with us shortly. There was no more interaction for the following 25 minutes even when another customer arrived. So we waited 30 minutes just to be told that the replacement screen we needed was not in stock. If they had been at all courteous when we first arrived, they could have simply asked what we were there for and informed us that it was not in stock instead of us waiting outside for half an hour. They also told us they could not order the specific screen and that we would just have to call in a few days to see if it came with the shipment. Seeing as how we paid extra for these replacement screens, Im pretty disappointed that we arent able to know when we can get the product and they didnt even offer to reach out to us. Unfortunately, we have to go back but will not recommend. 👎🏻👎🏻

The manager at this store helped us out very well until they lied to us about how much our bill would be, the sold us 35$ chargers that dont work very well. My husband returned his charger got a refundBut when he went to return mine a very rude woman said no refund & I couldnt get anything to replace the bad one. Not cool...

Just purchased a new Samsung Android Cell with their rep. Kaela. Very smart, sweet and Kind. Most important, she was patient helping me get use to the new phone, since I had my old one from Verizon for about 4 Years. You do spend a little more, but I feel, you get what you pay for. Anyways Kaela is the best if you want to buy a new phone. She deserves 5 Stars!

What is up with Verizon wireless customer service seriously you guys cant answer the phone within two minutes like T-Mobile does or AT&T does when we call them for customer service and were with them they answer the phone and they talk to us they have great customer service now youre walking location is cool but your guyss phone customer service sucks get it together as a corporate Corporation and the franchisee you guys should have people answering the phones for customers at all times no-questions-asked seriously where is the customer service where is the people that are supposed to answer the phones where are your customer service Representatives AT&T and all the other phone companies even has the better customer service than you guys

This is the best cell phone store Ive ever been in. Ive been to other carriers and have been helped by various sales people. This store has completely changed my perception of a cell phone store. Ive always felt like they were very car sales man like. This store helps you with what you need and clearly goes over your entire experience and recaps it so its very clear when you walk out the door. I love this location and always will come back to this location.

This store is great. I always get all the help I need when I come here. No matter what my issue is I always get treated like I matter to them, even if its just a general question they treat you like you are important. Walking in asking questions or walking in to buy something I always get treated the same. I feel valued here and Ive never had that at any other Verizon store. German and Mark are great. I recently moved out of the area and make the 45 plus minute drive to come here due to how great they are.

We tried 1 more time instead of going, corporate store in Beaumont and,like always they,failed miserably customer svc here is the worse,

Chris was THE BOMB!! He helped me figure out my new phone. He took his time to help me get a case and screen protector. He did everything I could have asked for and more. When need help with anything when your coming here. See Chris, if he is busy. WAIT FOR HIM!!! You will not be disappointed. Customer service is speechless. This store and staff are great. They give you that personal attention when you venture in ther. They take their time and make sure you are fully aware of everything so not does take some time especially on busy days like black Friday and cyber Monday. Wait times in Berizon are typical so thats no surprise but the service German offers was my far worth the wait. I will only come back here for all my future needs.

I dont live in California in just here for personal reasons. Let me justvatart with saying this Yucaipa Verizon is by far the best location I have ever been to. They actually provide customer service and help you. I got a phone and didnt really like it. So I exchanged it for a different and there was no hassle or no fuss. It was straight forward and easy. The manager German helped me and was terrific the original saleswoman Danielle was also great. Im very pleased with terrific help I received here and only wish I could bring this staff with me when I go back home. Great job Yucaipa Verizon.

Small store. So not many phone options.Staff were nice enough. But the wait killed it. I waited for over an hour and a half. Unacceptable. All I wanted to do was add another line.

Im came into the store with a barrage of questions about my plan and my bill. Mark and German sat down on separate occasions and took the time to go over every single one of my questions and made sure I understood my bill. At Redlands they are awful and would not even take the time to look at me because I wasnt going to buy anything. This store has always been good to me and I will make sure all my business is always done here. Thank you Mark and German for being such great people and understanding the elderly people.

This location has always been a great help to me. German, Francisco and the whole staff are terrific employees and answer all my questions and take to time to explain everything and give me recommendations on what works best for me. Ive been coming here for years and they always take the time to treat me well and with respect. Our experience heres was amazing. Danielle was especially helpful. She noticed we had children, and brought out a really awesome product that was beneficial to our family; the gizmo pals. She was also really knowledgeable when we had questions about the phones we purchased, and the pros and cons of other comparable phones. We are incredibly happy with the service we received, and will be back for all future Verizon needs.

I was very pleased with my experience here. It was one of the less stressful visits to a phone store Ive had. Francisco helped me out the whole time and his customer service was top notch. I run a business in town and Id be grateful to have a guy like him working for me. If I have to do anything with Verizon in the future Im coming back to this store.

I went to AT&T in Yucaipa with the intentions of switching from Verizon to AT&T because of a special they had going on. It was a most miserable experience Ive ever had I cant even begin to tell you how AT&T was to me I came back to Verizon wanting to not change after all and asking for help because AT&T store had totally disabled my phone. At the Verizon store in Yucaipa I met German he helped me so much I was so upset and he took all of that away from me made me happy again fix my phone. I dont know how to say it but German really turned my life around for that day he is a wonderful person hes an asset to Verizon and he should be recognized for that.

Keith is awesome! He is always willing to go above and beyond for his customers! Every time my husband or I need help with our phones, Keith always takes extra good care of us. He is a great example of great customer service and Verizon is lucky to have him.

Came into the store today to see about switching to another company as Verizon is more expensive then other companies. I spoke to the manager German and he was able to keep me from changing companies by going over my bill, taking the time to explain why my bill was so high and he was even able to get me a deal on a great LG G7. I love Verizon and I normally wouldnt want to switch but getting more for less is always a great deal and i couldnt pass it up.

I have come back to the Yucaipa Verizon store. Yeah 😀 due to Mark who works there. Decided to try it again after not a good experience several years ago. Mark not only answered my questions, but took time to help me correct my problem. He was not only courteous, but more than friendly and made me feel special and not just a customer. No more Redlands Verizon for me. Keeping it in my home town.
