My car died at a light after dark due to the failure of the alternator. We pushed the car to a nearby gas station. On a friends recommendation we called the next morning and were given a reasonable quote for towing and repair. The vehicle was repaired promptly and correctly. Every stage of the process was communicated and painless. Highly recommended.

I brought my Jeep in to have my wires checked . Instead he kept my Jeep overnight just to let me know it was a starter issue. I had my starter replaced prior to bringing my Jeep into the shop so I knew that wasn’t the issue. He even explained how he noticed the starter looked brand new and still said I should get it replaced instead of taking the time to diagnose the real issue. Everyone there had horrible attitudes and bad customer service . I am so glad I had a diagnostic completed prior to bringing it in or else he would have had me pay $3-400 to replace something that was not the issue. Don’t waste your time coming here. It’s not worth it.

Traveling from KY to do Ida cleanup. Stopped at two tire centers prior to being sent across the street to this place. Oh my, what a godsend Carl was. He was close to closing but was eager to get it plugged so we could get back on the road. Great customer service. Thank you Carl.

Brought it in to have new wheels installed and a front end alignment. They found the the ball joints and tire rods on the front were Fed up and needed to be replaced. The work was done and when complete it was almost $500.00 less than the original estimate. The work was done in a very timely manner and it rides great!!! I will be using them for all of my vehicles needs in the future. The staff was very professional and friendly. The shop area was clean and the waiting area was very nice with comfortable chairs.

Bad experience..had my car towed there it wouldnt start. guy call me said was fuel pump and computer. had them put fuel pump in and get them tow my car back and i get computer . car been sitting there since thursday. everytime i call was some excuse for why they cant bring it. then wednesday i posted bad review based on what just happen. some other guy call me saying we bring your car but you must take your negative review down. imagine my head exploding at this time. i paid already for them tow it back still dont have my car instead trying reassure me bullying me about a comment. after that told me going refund my money towing back and i had come get the car myself. still havent gotten my refund. are people really this evil . so i assume comments about this place either fake or bullied may have good experience if you there with your car but if you trust them they will fail you

Talked with them over the phone for my truck I purchased at turbo motors. Had it a month and it started running like s**t.. so i took it to them and within 3 hours they found the problem fixed the problem and had it running better than what it was when I had got the truck... Complete Automotive definitely blew me away by this! Not taking my truck anywhere else from now on...

They don’t give you the run around like most shops do and they don’t just throw parts at it hopeing it’ll fix it. They won’t sell you something you won’t need either . I love the staff here. Friendly and well knowledgeable. Weather your need regular mechanic work or want to modifie your 4x4 this is the place to go.

I dont let anyone else service my vehicles, these guys always do a great job. There are places closer to my house but its worth it to make the drive and know the work is done right.

Excellent service!! I am an older woman who drove from Atlanta to Zachary. Enroute my A/C began acting up - would blow hot air - I would turn it off for awhile - it then would blow cooler air for short time and then cut off - etc. I was faced with the fear that #1 being an older woman #2 being from out-of-state #3 expecting to be faced with a high pitch sale of you need a new air conditioner, etc ... I knew the minute Joel answered the phone that I was in good hands. His explanation of what they would do to find the problem and the honesty in his voice reassured me that I was taking my car to the right place. Indeed, after Technician Daniel went over the problem with a fine tooth comb and drove the car; the conclusion was to run the car A/C starting with the recirculation air and later switch to the normal air, that I should not have any problems on my return trip. The 8-hour trip back to Atlanta was uneventful and I had the A/C set on the first notch only and car was plenty cool all the way home. The best part was the handshake and tell your friends about us as my payment for their honesty and great work. I highly recommend Complete Automotive Service Center.
