Superior Ford is aptly named. My 83 years young Mother has always received excellent new car sales and service after the sale from Jessie Gray and the Superior Ford team. Jessie has always patiently answered her questions, and there were many, coming from a prior life long Chevrolet owner. She is now the very satisfied owner of a purchased brand new Ford Fusion.I have also referred another family member to Jessie Gray, who purchased new, and will do so again. Numerous friends have also been referred to Jessie Gray and Superior Ford and are also pleased.A new vehicle is a major consideration and it matters much to have Superior sales and service.Thank You

The car salesman Jac James is beyond unprofessional and doesn’t know much about sales and/or cars. I was simply asking to see the specs on the car to see if I wanted to come take a look at it. Before this screen shot of the convo I was asking to see the specs, he said look at the website and it wasn’t listed on the website. I have never came across a more unprofessional car salesman in my life.

It was such an excellent experience at Superior Ford. I totally was blown away when the deal was done. I was in tears Thanking God first and foremost, then to Mr. Donavon who was phenomenal, then Mr. Willie who was amazing and finally Mr. Jon who was outstanding. Had brought my transit van to be serviced for 3 years. They changed a turbo & exhaust manifold but used the old exhaust manifold gasket which now leaks and causes loud exhaust noise.Asked why they didn’t use a new gasket and I was told they didn’t know I wanted them to put a new gasket on. Techs name was Darren who is suppose to be their top mechanic but thinks using a old gasket made sense .Also the van goes there for all oil changes the tech stripped the oil plug. Their remedy was to put a bigger oil plug which cause my van to leak oil daily on my driveway and everywhere I parked The manager of the service department didn’t care about repairing it correctly which was to change the oil pan. I offered to pay for the part and they change it which they did not. I also called twice and left a message for Patrick Campbell with no return phone call. I live in Zachary and will never return here again. They will damage your vehicle and not fix their mistakes Don’t waste your time or money

I cant say enough about how nice everyone was. The receptionist (I forgot her name) was extremely welcoming. Our sales person, Jacob, took his time with us. It was as if we were the only people that mattered (and yes we made two trips). He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood how to operate the vehicle and where everything was. Could this be typical service/sales info? Maybe, probably, but Jacob made it feel personal! I appreciated that. Jon, well, he was excellent. As we were signing our papers, he made sure we understood everything we were signing, went over it all thoroughly and made sure it was correct. Answered questions we asked and asked us questions we probably would not have thought of. Again, his job? maybe, but he also treated us as if we were the only people to ever grace the doors of Superior Ford. Definitely will keep them in mind when we need to purchase another vehicle. Cant wait to work with you guys in the future. Keep on making people feel welcome! That made the difference in our decision to purchase the vehicle from you all.

With such a disappointment from other dealerships/resellers changing prices on the day I visit, changing item description, providing false information, I am highly satisfied from the #SuperiorFord, and I would like to share my experience here with many potential buyers:I purchased a used vehicle from the Superior Ford on September 9th (2020), and I like my car so far. James, Jon, and KeAndre were very helpful, and checked every minor dents and dings with me, and suggested how things can be repaired. They checked every tiny details of the vehicle such as engine oil, windshield washer fluid, brake fluid levels before signing the contract as well.Superior Ford should do a little more than what is done in case of cleaning the vehicle. I dont know who was responsible for cleaning, but I found quite an amount of leaf debris on and under floor mat. Multiple items belong to previous owner like receipt paper, car insurance documents, mails, etc are found as well. The previous owner should have took a time to make sure they didnt leave anything behind (anything confidential especially), but I think the Superior Ford also has a responsibility to make sure everything is out.Im still waiting for vehicle registration to come in, as well as the license plate.I would give them 5 out of 5, or even 10 out of 10 for their in-person service! I took my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection on 11/07/2017. I know for a fact that they did not do the inspection because I need front brakes and my windshield fluid wasnt filled so that means they didnt check my fluids. I also marked my tires to make sure theyre rotated and the tires werent rotated. I wont complain to the dealership because Im sure itll fall on deaf ears. Ill just take my vehicle elsewhere.

2 years ago I bought an f150 that I had problems after 10k miles from an individual lot in baton rouge. Once I started having problems with the vehicle, that dealership avoided me like a plague. Luckily I live close to Superior Ford in Zacshey and they helped me get my vehicle fixed, loaner every single time and towed it all for free. I was never left on the side of the road.So just the other day i was ready to trade in my vehicle and I came back to Superior Ford due to their amazing service from Kelsey at service desk, and Mark(salesman) and Jon(the finance guy) who got me straight on financing. I will leave with this. If youre in the market for another car or truck, go to Superior, the guys that are going to take care of you anyways even when your current dealership avoids you like a plague when you start having problems.

****WARNING*****This entity has very rude customer service!!! The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional in the worse manner!!!Michelle Quinn a customer service manager, and Lacey a service representative hangs up repeatedly in customers faces and refuses to take return calls to customers or their representatives regarding the progress of repairs. Now if this is how the manager acts, how will employees act?A customer has had her car here for 3 months since December 2015. It is now March 2016, and the vehicle is still not working. The customer has paid over $1400 for services. The dealership has done nothing to help her with her inconvenience and wasted time, gas, and mental anguish. This is not fair to the customer.Please do not take your vehicle here. No one deserves this level of disrespect, unprofessional behavior, and egregious conduct.It should not take 3 months to fix a car with the same problem repeatedly. If there is an issue, one should be willing make amends for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction. The dealership has done nothing to help this individual.
