Theyre always professional and courteous, when Im in the store for my annual upgrade. The staff has always handled any questions I may have in a concise manner.
Store employees know exactly what is going on. He helped me in 5 minutes when the customer support had no clue what was going on. Unfortunately there was only one guy working so had to wait a while to get serviced. But that wasnt his fault. He did his work very well and and quickly as he could!
Chase and Alex have 10 out of 10 customer service, please give them a raise. We ran into a lot of trouble switching over my number and adding myself to my friends account. But they worked through it all and we found a solution. Theyre the kindest and politest phone carrier employees Ive ever talked to.Make sure they tell you about accepting terms and conditions. They didnt tell me, my port in number is messed up, and my billing address on my account may be wrong so I may get charged late fees.Because of the port in I wasnt able to accept the terms and conditions, thus not allowing my new phone to ship. Now I have to waited 7 days for it to ship, 4 of which the at & t dropped the ball on or else my phone should have been here sooner.
Customer service in Aberdeen is great however at & t customer service support over the phone is horrible!!! Also the service here sucks and is way to expensive. Straight talk is the way to go and is cheap with amazing service!
I had a really good experience working with the associates at this store. I came in to upgrade my phone and they made the process super seamless. They were able to take my trade-in and then helped me with the setup of my new device. There were a couple of technical hiccups through no fault of their own, but they were super helpful and attentive. Even when the two associates were juggling multiple customers each, they were still able to get me set with everything I needed. Great experience.

My 3 1/2 yr old iPhone died unexpectedly before I could safely remove over 5,000 pics! Naturally I didn’t wanna lose those so I went into AT&T desperate and hoping for the best but expecting the worst! Anthony jumped in right away helping me figure out how to get my pics off my old phone and hook me up with a new one! It wasn’t easy! It took multiple attempts! Several apps and nearly 4 hrs but he stuck by me and got r done! He was patient! Kind! Knowledgeable! And he knew how to prioritize and multitask! I wasn’t his only customer that day but I never felt neglected! Poor kid even missed lunch! He gets 5 stars from me!

Have many problems. No one helping as free phone, billed for insurance I did not order three times after call in. Two programs did not order. Have to pay. Phone on tablet did not order. Did not put on Veterans discount. This is all way over year. Bad service on phone. Not Happy!this is costing way over $1000. Would not let me use flip phone could have been cleared. Had to buy new one and on and on. Kim store manager super helpful. Took lots if notes to talk to her boss. Wrote things out for me. Explained things clearly for me. Very patient and helpful. Anthony first person I talked to. First time in the store. Very helpful. Patient and covered all topics. Cleared up three Facebook accounts that I had accumulated from problems wit Apple IDs. They both r exceptional service workers for ATT and you should acknowledge them.

These people should be in jail. Recently visited my dad and saw his bill. Somehow these criminals conned a man that can barely use a smart phone into a 280$ monthly bill for things he has never used. I am switching both of our services ASAP. Advise any elderly people to stay away from AT&T.

I had gotten my phone from this store about a week ago. They had sold me a screen protector and not even a week later my phone had slipped out of my hand from about 6 inches off of the ground and busted the corner. I took it in to see what they could do to replace it and their policy was to replace it for 50% off. I went to the AT&T store in the mall and they told me it should be under warranty and should be replaced for free. They also asked who would have sold me a screen protector for an S8 because they tend to pop off and it wasnt a good idea. I told the lady in this store what the one in the mall said and she said there was nothing she could do. Didnt try to help me out at all. Will definitely not do business there again. Seems like anything for a sale and then they dont stick behind it to help you out.
