Worst experience ever!I shop at Target all of the time (online and in store) and have never had a bad experience until now. We live out of town and my husband made a special trip into town to buy and activate a phone during a promotion they had going. We checked the hours before he came to make sure the mobile area was open. He got there to find out the guy who worked the mobile area took off early for the day and no one else could help him. This was the last day of the promotion. We called the next day and talked to a guy who worked the mobile area who didnt seem to care at all about his job or about customer service and said he couldnt honor the promotion anymore even after all of the headache. He gave us an email address and a generic phone number and we have not heard back from either since we left messages 2 days ago. Horrible customer service and sadly I wont be shopping at Target anymore.

Terrible customer service . Waited all weekend only to have the guy working tell us monday we have to reschedule because he wanted to go home

Dont shop here much.
