Be careful about buying cars from this dealer. Make sure the cars are thoroughly inspected before purchase. Make sure you read all the paperwork about the GWC warranty they might try and sell you if your interested. Make sure you understand fully what is and what is not covered. I bought it from them for almost 3,000 dollars and they told me it would cover engine and transmission. When the transmission on the vehicle started slipping in less than five months from the time i purchased it the warranty did not cover any of the the repairs for my transmission. I basically was sold a lemon with a worthless warranty 😩💯

Was a great experience getting financed and picking up the car, after not so much. My car started over heating and they pretty much refused to help me. My odometer was 1,000 miles over what it said on the paper work. I’ve only driven it 1,000 myself and it is already requiring an oil change. Every time I call them they say they’ll call me right back but that call never is received.

I wish I can give it -100 stars. The most horrible place there can ever be on earth, literally. I brought a car from here... Let me tell you there was a nail in the tire and the tire pressure light was on which I informed them about. They did absolutely nothing. After receiving the car I went to go get an inspection sticker, it came back as REJECTED. Now, anybody knows when you buy a car the sticker is not suppose to come back with a R. I’ve informed these people about everything that possibly went wrong with this car. After playing tag with them for a few weeks my car is still giving me trouble. I highly do not recommend this place to anybody AT ALL! They have luxury cars but don’t have the “luxury money” to fix the cars. The cars are run down and horrible. Do not waste your time coming here, it’s a set up.

Although I was referred by a friend & have known the owner many years, I was still very nervous because I’ve been to several dealships where I know & trust the person & they still manage to give me the run around or over charge me. Bill took his time and let me know he would do everything he could to help me within his power. We can all admit things don’t always go as planned. It took a couple of days but he did what no one else could for me & got me into my Lexus! He made sure any thing that needed to be taken care of got handled & My family & I grateful for all his help!

Me and my friend purchase a 2010 Toyota highlander and everything seems to be going well,Until we receive the vehicle and discover that the two front mirrors got cracked underneath it and the back left side fender got a crack and we mentioned it to the dealership and he said he cant do anything about it due to I just guess the got their money and dont care about anything else,So they told us everything is inspected and it was so,I definitely wouldnt recommend this place unless you walk with your own mechanic.

Bought a car that developed a exhaust noise after a week.Brought it back to get fixed. They told me they installed a brand new manifold.A week later, the same problem started again and my mechanic pointed out that all they did was to wrap muffler tape around it.There are so many honest dealerships around, stay away from this one…BEWARE

This used dealership sold me a defective car. A few days after having it the car overheated. Then the car declined after that the water pump blew and engine caught fire. Mind you they sold me this car when I was five months pregnant with all its issues refused to fix it.

The only promise is the lemon law, after that, you are stuck with unknown repairs, no extended warranty, no in house mechanic, no inspection report, SO DO YOUR HISTORY CHECK on the vehicle of interest. Yes your guarenteed a loan, dont look at the body of a car, examine the inside of the engines, suspension, belts and under carriage rust. Car is in my driveway, about to drop 5k for new engine#Looks are not everything

They sold my brother a acura tsx and not even 6 months in the transmission already started slipping and failing. Bill promised to help him out and never did. He told my brother to take his car to the dealer and have the problem fixed. My brother told him repeatedly he doesnt have the money to cover the cost but, bill told him he would cover it. When the bill was due for the vehicles repair bill backed out last minute and did not keep his word and left my bro high and dry 💯💯💯 be careful buying cars from here you have to fully inspect the vehicles before you make a purchase.
