The staff are always kind and courteous to their customers. Even if some products are slightly damage, the employees are always open to negotiating, thus creating a fun, friendly, and engaging atmosphere.

Ive been here a couple of times recently and love their selection of magic cards. Their selection of games is eh, and their customer service is lacking. They provide minimal information in regards to their trade ins and I was really looking for more. I will stick to Nobles from now on.

Gave me more than was asking for a gamecube and xbox 360 and got some great stuff out of it love this place will definitely be going here instead of gamestop from now on

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice store! If youre looking for video games new and old, youll love this place! They also carry older consoles if youre looking for one. They do not fix consoles though, even though it indicates in other spots that they do. I recommend a visit if youre a (video) gamer!

Cool store! Full of retro gaming consoles and games. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have a couple of arcade games in the back of the store for you to play. My kids were amazed by the consoles of yore. If you want to take a trip down gamers memory lane this is the place for you!

Had a blast just like everytime. played magic the gathering got 2 packs per win for the promotional period! Hurry in b4 it ends. I cant recommend this place more. They can fix your computer well you a video game or console and now they have magic!

Perfect example of what a big city retro video game shop should be. Great selection of classic games. Actual fair prices. All the staff are informed, passionate, and insanely helpful. if youre passing through burque, or if you live here and love video games, you owe it to yourself to stop in.

This is a good place to find used games they do retro in a big way. I bought a gaming console that wasnt working and they did a pain-free Exchange. Theyre a little more expensive than what you get online but thats why you buy from a brick-and-mortar if you have a problem you can deal with real people

It has #magic cards along with used video games. The staff/owners seem nice enough, but I found the waifu pillow in the corner creepy. It seems fine, but that, along with some other things I observed (like there appears to be no women on staff) makes it not very inviting for women.

It appeared to be a popular place with the gamer crowd. I guess gamers dont require ambiance or perhaps the sparse environment is ambiance. I stopped to pick up tickets to the Comic-con but they were unable to locate them.

We traveled quite a way to get here and it was an amazing experience. My bf was the initial shopper for old school games like PS1 but he couldnt get me to leave lol. Personally I love the street fighter game they have in the store. So if you are a gamer give it a try and check it.

Customer service is very good but I have been waiting for a part for my Xbox 360 for 7 months only to be told each week It is on order

Great place to find affordable, used games! I purchased 4 games for under $29. 2 were for Game cube, and 2 were for Wii. Easy to find. Plenty of parking.

Friendly staff and they have a ton of retro games, hard to find products and accessories at reasonable prices. Their sister store is also a great place to visit if youre looking for retro gaming consoles, games and accessories.

Been going here for years always looking for older PS2 games and accessories that are becoming increasingly rare and hard to find, its awesome to have stuff local and avoid ordering online! Prices are very reasonable, I got a 100% legitimate copy of Pokemon LeafGreen for GBA for cheaper than I could find a genuine copy on eBay. Even the prices on used consoles were very competitive. Highly recommended! Staff at both locations are very friendly and helpful.

Ive been going to this store for years and despite how disappointed I am with this city, stores like this are what make me reconsider moving away. The staff is helpful, well informed and straightforward. If they dont have something in stock, they can set you up to get a text message notification when that item is back in stock. If they dont carry a certain item, they will more than likely order it for you. I tend to make more money selling used stuff online but have sold plenty of games to this store because in the same way I have found great games there, I wanted to help others find great games and support the store in the process. Their locations are pretty far from where I live, but its worth the trip. They hold gaming and community events regularly. If you havent visited Gamers Anonymous yet, youre missing out!

I bought my son a GameCube and one of the more expensive games($42.95!) for his bday only to get them home and find the system only works sometimes and the game not at all! Because they dont do refunds he got a credit and bought an N64. When we got it home we found it only works sometimes too. Seems to be a theme with this shop.

Dont expect to be treated nicely unless they like the way you look and react to them. Dont ask for a refund if your stuck with a lemon either! Youll just be given store credit at best... John and his click of loyalists have ruined this place for me and my family. Weve spent over $1000.00 throughout the years shopping there, even donated some equipment there unconditionally just because I [used] to like the place, i was even nice enough to come back and pay for a ps3 (pre PS4 era, so they were pricy then even used) when their manager Dustin failed to properly charge me for it. I could have walked away right then, i even had a recipt to show for the so called failed purchase. Long story short, dont expect a refund unless they like you, and dont expect friendly service unless you kiss their butts first. Some of the old employees were cool, but the owners loyalists ruined it for me..... such rude ppl if you dont fit in with themPS: Some of these reviews are by employees, Dustin Lynch (in the reviews) works there and is buddies with the owner Jon Sakura... so what does that tell you. Check for your selves!
