The place is wonderful, but the manager is quite rude! I was in today and Andy was helping a customer who was selling and Everytime the customer asked a question he would respond with a sigh and sound like the customer was ruining his day. The store is wonderful and I know the employees are people too, but he could really improve his attitude so customers wont feel unwelcome for just asking questions.

Usually have very good times coming here but recently the store has smelt really bad and the trade in experience the last three or four times has been terrible. Lexi gets backed up (super polite and helpful always asks if I need anything) I’ve had to wait for almost over an hour and a half each time just to get a Couple things looked at. While multiple associates sit on their phones and just look around. There should be urgency to help customers not make them wait while employees sit on their phones.

I love going here! Awesome selection of games and cards and other cool electronics! I always find what I need here and very affordable prices too! My only complaint is I noticed, if youre standing in line to sell something for cash/credit there are no benches to sit on. For someone like me with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome I cannot stand up too long, and I think benches or chairs or something to sit on would be a nice touch. Anyway I always look forward to buying games here! Im big into PlayStation 1 so keep restocking your collection! I love seeing what you guys have to offer!

Went there for the first time today. No weird looks about the old guy still playing Magic: the Gathering. The young lady working there was extremely helpful, and ran me through a plethora of sleeves, boxes, and all the older and new boosters they have.

This is a great place wether you need a movie, game, controller, consul, controller, accessories, or even trading cards. Great knowledgeable, kind staff. If you need a disk cleaned this is the best place to go. Awesome prices! When I went there for my first time I was just gonna get one game for my PS3 and I ended up getting multiple!

Great selection of video games, playing cards, controllers, and basically anything gamer related. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that went out of their way to explain some more complex stuff that I had questions about. Ill be back for sure!

I can usually find a lot of good bargains on DVDs and Blu Rays here. The staff is usually very friendly.

Lines are 30 min standing outside to have one of 3 teenagers serve you. The selection dos not rotate. All the same stuff from weeks past. The teens take 30 min per trade in and let multiple trade ins stand in the store at a time leaving paying customers standing out side waiting to buy merchandise. They low ball most of there trades and out right lie about pricing. Ive sold multiple switch games there and every time I go in the trade value of a 49.99 game changes. I cant understand how each worker has a different price for the same valued games. Please spend a little extra gas and go to the other store.

I enjoyed going to Nobles this evening to sell Pokemon Cards. The employee who helped me was very pleasant and kind. Her customer service was excellent. Probably the best customer service Ive had here in Albuquerque NM.

Buyer beware. The store will not return new items for refund or store credit unless the item is “defective”. If you were unhappy with your purchase for other Reasons that do not include a clearly defective device you are out of luck. Think before you buy at this place. They lost a customer today. Generally would like to buy at a local store but with such poor return policies it’s not worth it to shop here.

Found a very rare and original Pokemon White 2 here at a great price. Found other great games here before too

This spot is perfect for the avid card collector from Magic to Pokemon to Yu-Gi-Oh. They even have some of the less know card games such as Final Fantasy TCG, Dragon Ball Z TCG, Street Fighter TCG, etc. You never know what youll find. They even have your fix on old school video games ranging from Nes, Snes, Gameboy, playstation, Xbox, etc. You name it, they got it. They also have a wide variety of DVDs, Blu rays, and board games. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions. They will even take some of your old collectible cards for cash or credit. Small location so there could be a wait, but usually doesnt take too long.

This is a great store! I go every Saturday to feed my DVD obsession. Most movies are only .95 cents. I also pick up card supplies here as well. The staff are always nice and polite and I love that they take Covid 19 seriously. A true Abq gem!!

Noble gaming has a lot of items to buy but way overpriced! Buy online or target instead for pokemon, magic and Yu-Gi-Oh cards. Also when you want to sell your cards, its best to sell online instead, they will low-ball you. The employee said they buy cards at TCG Player Lightly used prices but instead offer to buy at damaged pricing. I brought in a Mewtwo that came straight from the pack and a MCharizard EX Secret Rare from TCGplayer, I was told the Mewtwo was fake, and the MCharizard EX I could get $170! No way I just paid lightly played price for it on TCG Player for $400, near mints on TCG Player were worth $500. The Store is a Joke!

Excellent!!! I went into the Wyoming & Montgomery store to get some DVDs resurfaced. I ended up buying some more DVDs when they working in my DVDs. They are strict about capacity of customers. They kindly had to ask people to wait outside for other customers to finish up

Ive been shopping here for 5 years and have never been disappointed with their selection of items or the staff. Everyone is kind, helpful, and patient, and I can always have a fun chat while paying for things since everyone who works there are like-minded gamers and card collectors. Over the years theyve gotten more well known so popular items like older consoles are usually sold the minute one is accquired, but regardless, I will continue to shop here for many years to come.

Probably the lone surviving store to buy retro games in the greater Albuquerque area. Other than Gamers Annonymous, theres no other options. The store is run like a wanna-be Gamestop with mostly Magic Card dealings going on and used garage sale movies and games. I guess its fine. Just every time I go in here I hope to find something they never have. Always call ahead to see if they have something.

Bought a Xbox one as the three guys working there and said that they tested the game system I bought and I get home and play a game cd and the system won’t read the disc it’s after 7 days of purchase I hope they have a replacement system in stock

Very friendly people, prices are amazing and if the disks are scratched they fix it up with this machine. Plus they have games that aren’t even in stores anymore and you can get up to 7 movies for 10$ and that’s a great price! I’m a movie and game collector and I say that if your looking to add movies or games to your collection then noble is the store for you!

I love this store and Ive been coming here since I was a kid but here lately I walk out of there feeling dissatisfied a little with the buyback values theyve offered as of lately. To be fair I know thats not the employees doing theyre just doing their job and always really nice to me even if Im not always nice to them. So for that I can say if you were looking for anything games related or collectible go to them first and chances are youll get whatever you need there . sometimes they are able to flex on their prices which are fair to begin with in my opinion. An added note I have discovered collectible things there that I havent seen anywhere else in the country at times so its worth it just to browse might find something you didnt know you wanted but cant live without once you find it. Just dropped in because we were bored, but great selection. Lots of on-sale things and I got exactly what I wanted. The people were very friendly and quite funny, it was a very nice stop to make. Im across town, but wouldnt mind going back due to the good service.

Great stock and rare items, always something I can find even if on a budget. Good place to buy gifts for the holidays. The appearance of the store is a bit bland but can be changed easily if they were a little more fun loving such as us fans. I have to say the service here is great, but only when you are getting certain employees for certain tasks. For retro gaming and Pokemon, a girl named AJ is the one to look for. For Magic? Stephen probably knows every card and strategy there is. For newer next-gen consoles, Matt is a better choice. Busy days with people trying to sell stuff can detract from the service, but it is not so bad. Been coming for years now, never had a bad time. Cheers.

I used to go to We Know Video Games for all of my gaming needs, but then I found Noble and it seems like a better business all around. Great customer service and a good selection. Can’t complain about being able to buy retro games in store!

I called nobles at their other location to ask about a game. The guy there told me that they have it at this location. So I call this nobles to ask about the game. They told me that they dont have it. So I was like okay thank you. The next day i happen to be in the area. So I checked it out, there it was the game. The guy that told me the game was not there was like i guess i didnt see it. I was like it was in front of the counter. In other words, in front of his face all he had to do was look down there it was. So pretty much the guy that told to me didnt even check to bother looking for it or looking it up.

The place does have a good selection of cards. However didnt get to see what prices were like because I felt I was getting ripped off when I went to trade with them. They offered me $3.69 for a card that was reselling for $14, then Im told they would only sell it for $8. Which is why the trade offer was so low. But come on man! Thats not even a fair offer! Its ok though. I went to a competitor and they gave me a better offer than you guys did and they didnt even pick as many cards as you did. This made me feel even more you guys wanted to rip me off. I wont be going to use guys for anything from now on and Ill recommend that other people avoid you if they want to get a fair deal.

I have fun when I go there. Its always full around the weekends. Tournaments there are full of lively people. It has a wide variety of games, comics, and cards. I go for the cards and recommend it if you are just starting out. A bit pricey with some stock, but very convenient at times. The staff switches out often so its hard to generalize them. Still the ones Ive met were really nice to me and were a bit too eager too help me. I recommend checking it out at least.

Went in to buy some movies and games for gifting, but arrived a few minutes before closing. Rather than giving me space to buy what I came in for, the two guys working pressured me to leave so they could close on time. I drove a long way to get there and had to leave without my items. And at least one of them was clearly high as a kite. After years of being a regular, loyal customer, the way I was just treated is the reason I will never go back.

Employees are great and the selection is wonderful. So many old treasures as well as new items as well. One employee, Adriana, is so helpful whenever she is there, I dont think I can find anything to complain about here. Its just a wonderful place.
