Excellent service! I signed up online and was contacted by phone a few minutes later to confirm my rental. The office manager told me she’d be there until 6 and would be happy to get me set up with my access code when I came in. I arrived a few hours later and everything went smoothly. The facility is very nice, clean and secure.

We have been looking for a storage facility for our needs and Ventana Ranch Storage was our choice after speaking with Melissa about what we needed. Her knowledge and expertise helped us make a decision, but most of all the time she took to work with us apart from just business. Theres lots of options and deals, but over all... the details and great customer service make all the difference.

This particular storage business caters to everyone. Ive personally keep my personal belongings there. Its safe and they have many different sizes of storage areas for your needs theyre clean and well kept up. They also have temperature control units. Ample parking inside and outside of this facility. People can also store there vehicles, trailers, and cars there. The attendant also lives on sight for added security. Theres also several businesses in the area,in case you need anything. Very good location to get to and their service is great, their always willing to help.

I recommend this business for your storage needs, particularly if you have to leave the country. They offer great customer service! We live on the other side of the world, but Melissa does an excellent job of keeping in touch and helping us manage hiccups with our bank. I dont get to stop in frequently, but when I have, the place is clean, secure and someone is there to help during office hours. Ventana Ranch helps keep the load off my mind! ;-)

Melissa Glass was top notch customer service, friendly and helpful. The storage units are clean from a ton of sand unlike other places in Albuquerque or Rio Rancho.

We have had a unit with Ventana Ranch for about a year and a half. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that I can make payments online, without an additional fee. The facility is clean. I feel safe when I am there and thats important to me. At my last storage place I always took my dog! The location is great and easy to access. I always look at reviews when Im looking for a new service and I would definitely recommend this place!

We have our business equipment stored at Ventana Ranch for over a year. They have always been very helpful from the time we moved in to today. The property is always clean, the office staff is very friendly. The way they have my payments set up makes it easy for me each month. I dont even have to think about it. We are very happy here and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the best storage facility on the west side. I have been a client for over three years and my space needs were accommodated without a hitch. The Manager, David is very professional and polite. It is rare to have someone that really cares and has a can-do attitude. When you walk in, you are greeted and he makes it easy to rent. One of the best things about this company is the use of the hauling truck. It really mad it easy to move you stuff, especially if you only drive a small car. Overall, I have been extremely happy with the price, service and the security of my contents.

The guy that runs the front desk is a lazy worker. He has bad attitude and he needs to be talked to I don’t know if he’s the owner or what. So someone needs to let him know he needs better Customer service

We have been a customer of Ventana Ranch Self Storage for almost 2 years. The grounds are always clean, quiet and you feel your belongings to be in a safe, well maintained environment. The Staff has always been helpful, prompt to any needs and I feel the value they provide compared to other facilities is great. For those in the Ventana Ranch area, you could not ask for anything more convenient.

This storage facility is awesome. Melissa is extremely friendly, helpful and very customer oriented. She appears to be very business like, knowledgeable, and follows company guidelines. When I found out that I was not on the list as a customer, only my wife, who is now deceased. She politely said she needed proper documents. I presented her with a document stating my wife had just passed away, she promptly allowed me to be added to the list as a customer. Melissa will try to help her customers within her legal and moral guidelines. After going over the paperwork, she asked if I had renters insurance. I replied I do. And I would bring it in as proof. We were being charged an additional $10.00 which has since been removed.The storage units were clean when my wife received them. The expectation is it is returned in the same condition ready for the next customer. There are occasional dirt and dust that accumulates over time. It is recommended to occasionally use a blower and blow the dust, dirt, sand and the like. You may want to clean Cobb Webbs and spray some insecticide to protect your belongings. We need to keep our units clean.Strongly recommend this storage facility. You may also get to use their vehicle for delivery to the storage unit. There may be a charge depending on the requirements.

This is an outdoor unit that backs up to a dirt lot. They expect you to sweep it out. What a waste! I’m so sure that between people the units don’t get dusty. Jamie is incredibly rude and has zero people skills. Also, it is very expensive!! I rented two indoor units for the same price!! No dust to worry about in the other unit!

Been there since August 2010 and no problems at all.I do recommend this one over most in the city, and the best in the area.I have not used a storage unit this long before, and the ones I have used for a year or less gave me problems, and had bad customer services. They notify you on every issue, no matter how small. I appreciate the staff of Ventana Ranch Storage

The people in the office are really friendly. Clean facility and I feel very safe while there - the last facility we used, I could never go to alone to go through anything in our unit. Prices are comparable to other storage facilities.

Ive had items stored at Ventana Ranch Self Storage for about six months now, and am delighted with their level of service. The staff is always friendly and responsive, and the facility always looks clean and well cared for. My rental unit is a fair price, and there arent any hidden fees. Definitely well worth it!

I would like to say ....I am very much appreciative of Jayme, this gentleman just went all out on helping myself n my daughter.Very welcoming environment, I didn’t feel rushed or ignored & I feel my storage is safe until I need to get my belongings out and back on my feet....Jayme went out of his way to show every storage size I felt was needed, he took the time to show on a Sunday mind you of all days,which was the only day I was able to come into town to come & gather my info needed.I am very satisfied customer & very grateful I chose this location because of this person!!!! Jayme I would like you to know I had a rough couple of months & because of how considerate you were, I was beside myself w/ how much you jus took that time to make a customer feel welcomed their. I filled out the form on their site in the middle of last week to reserve a unit. There was no response via text, call, or email. My wife and I stopped by 35 minutes before closing yesterday. The office was empty, the door was locked, and there was no note. I called this morning at 10:47 AM and left a message. So far they have not called back. I stopped by at 2:15 this afternoon. Again, the door was locked, nobody was in the office and there was no note. That is too bad; they are by-far the closest storage facility to our place.

I have had a unit here for 3 years now and have always been treated like a valued customer. I have always felt secure while I was in the facility and have always felt that my possessions are secure and safe. I recommend this facility to anyone that has a storage need.

The guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I asked him if I could get a unit and he laughed at me and said well you have to come in. I dont know why he was laughing because every other place I called happily offered to reserve a unit for me. Nontheless I went somewhere else.
