I sent my husband to get a box of coffee for my sons birthday party. He was told they have to make a fresh brew. After 15 min of waiting, he went up and ask, one of the staff told him someone forgot to press the start bottom to brew! So waited another 15 min, when he was handed with the coffee, the staff told him you know you can always order in the app ahead of time. Sure, but how about some apologies for the long wait?

This store is absolutely amazing! The staff are super friendly and really helpful. Yes, there was a bit of a line but its to be expected. Mind you I did get charged for the wrong order which the young lady was quick to catch, apologize and refund me for. Hey mistakes happen and Im in no hurry so no blood no foul. Plus I did get my drink for free cause of the incident, but otherwise it was an overall positive experience. Definitely recommend coming here if you in the area or passing by.

Received my order in a sufficient Manor but it was the wrong beverage. I ordered white hot chocolate but got a regular chocolate hot chocolate happens quite often.

Waited 20 minutes in line to get to the window and be overcharged for oatmilk. I never get charged for oatmilk from any other location. I get this drink daily.

Rude in drive thru and very unapologetic for always being out of certain items.I am a long time Starbucks customer and visit locations across many states ...this location misses the bar completely mostly due to rudeness in the drive thru. Blatantly ignored my questions while talking to other employees.

I dont like coffee so I often get the refreshers or creme Frappuccinos. Half of the time I order a creme Frappuccino they make it with coffee instead of cream, its as if they dont pay attention. Ive gotten to the point that Id rather just get something from dunkin donuts, cheaper there anyways.

Line was long, but I had pre-ordered and paid through the app, so had to wait. When I pulled up to the window, the partner tried to hand me someone elses drink and asked for payment. I corrected them, and they were unapologetic... Possibly they were just having an off day, but coupled with the long line and a tepid beverage (I asked for extra hot) left a poor impression.

Im bi and everyone who works here is really really cute. Also the service is great

They have good coffee but its really grainy you can see it at that end of your cup of coffee. Coffee is expensive here I dont know about you but I can buy 8 coffee for about 5 bucks a bag and then the last two weeks I think its a lot better either way. Pretty much anything is expensive here.

I gave 3 stars bc they discontinued gingerbread latte....no really christmassy drinks besides peppermint things, and I see the pumpkin is still going....and the cold brew is like bomb, but Im sure because I fell in love with it, that too may dissapear :(

I am a SB fan as many are; however, if youre going to honor veterans then HONOR veterans! Anyone can get a small black coffee anywhere including my own kitchen for little to nothing...but a Tall coffee with one of my favorite flavors or signatures, now thats feels special🤗. Needless to say, I ended up paying for my Tall peppermint mocha...pointless😠.

We just stopped in for a quick snack. The staff greeted us promptly and were very happy to answer my questions about certain items on the drink menu. We are not coffee drinkers so we usually dont stop at Starbucks. My iced lemon loaf was fantastic. I also liked the strawberry acai drink I ordered. I should have ordered a large. My wife had the breakfast bun and she said it was very good. She also had a bottled drink. Which she liked. Thanks Starbucks!

I tried a Matcha Green Tea Latte and wasn’t a big fan of it. Thinking about just tossing it, I reluctantly told the barista that I didn’t like it and without questions she offered to replace it on the house. Little acts of kindness and great customer services makes the prices and quality of SB well worth it! Thank you for making my day! Fast and friendly staff and chilled vibes from the patrons!

Great coffee like always. The only thing was they didn’t have nitro cold brew which is a minor mishap. (first world problem lol.). Besides that everything was amazing customer service is on point! I seldom visit Starbucks, but was out in the area for work so I made a stop at this location. Personally the menu has always been intimidating to me, I typically don’t know what to order, and have also had some lack luster customer service experiences in previous visits, which has led me to avoid Starbucks. This particular day I was catered to by a gentleman by the name of Ed and I can say I was provided with undoubtedly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Ed made me feel extremely welcomed and also made my feelings of intimidation and uncertainty dissipate. He provided me a plethora of suggestions based on his expertise of the menu. It’s comforting to know there are employees, such as ed, out there who truly care about the customer and go above and beyond to accommodate them. Anytime I’m back out this way I’ll make it a priority to visit this location!

This is a temporary rating due to Starbucks new Blond Espresso product. They covered their whole menu with Blond Espresso advertising. Im not sure how many people memorize the menu or feel comfortable buying items without knowing the price, but I wont. Ill probably be back in a week or so but its a ridiculous practice/idea.

Had to wait 2 minutes before someone showed up to take my order. The person who was behind the counter asked what do you want, as if I was their to get some personal help, the person did not see me as a customer.

The drive thru is always busy but the line moves fast. I have been there several times, the first time I was there, they messed up my order. I asked for a chai latte but got a plain coffee. I decided to give them another chance the next time, and I havent been dissatisfied since.

Outrageous prices for small portions of overrated product. I would rather support a small local business that feeds a family instead of funding this large corporation with un-American values.

Today was the first time Ive ever ordered a Bacon, Gouda, and Egg sandwich and received one without any bacon and gouda on it. On the plus side, at least my Caramel Macchiato had caramel in it.

Coffee is always good, and this is a great place to get some work done as long as you put some headphones on. Music can be kind of loud at times.

I love it when I have a lot of work and/or I need to study. Very convenient, quiet, and nice.

The cashier seemed confused, distracted and not listening.

Amazing food and service

Wow. Just wow. Twice I have now dealt with these people being rude and getting my drink incorrect. I have ordered the same drink for the past 5 yrs and for some reasons these rude Baristas feel they know more about pricing than even corporate. Why would I pay a dollar more for my drink than the day before? They act as if I am the problem. Jon was one barista and the other was some woman for whom I didn’t even get a name because I left before I even picked up my order. I refuse to pay a dollar more and argue with them over something I know is wrong. The manager really needs a refresher course with his employees on being courteous to customers and knowing the prices of their coffee. I will go out of my way to head to West Dundee for my coffee in the future since they obviously know what they are doing over there!

This is your standard Starbucks so expect great drinks, and fast service. However it isnt in a convenient location, and the last time I went I got a bacon egg and cheese muffin and there wasnt any bacon on it which is why I gave this location a 3 star review.

Went there this morning and got my usual Carmel macchiato at the drive thru. Got to work 20 minutes later took a drink there was no coffee no Carmel just steamed milk. Thrid time they have messed up my drink. Never going there again.

This is the 4th time in a row that my order has been wrong going through the drive thru....and theyve NEVER offered to make anything right in any way. Not good customer service at all👎 The Starbucks farther down on Randall in LITH by the movie theaters is a MUCH better facility. They all know what theyre doing and if they ever make a mistake (rarely happens!), they DO offer to make it right!
