We call and speak to the receptionist who advises the sales rep is away from her desk and will call us back. Never hear a thing back. Probably think they are too good for our business, hard to tell given they dont know if we spend $10 or $10 million on shipping supplies. Well stick with Uline who understand customer relationships.
